I hate these types of reviews....one star sucks. Why?…read more And as much as I hate reading about them I hate writing them, as well. In general, it is an awful way to leave a customer who thinks of your store first before your competition. I usually got quick and courteous service from Sherwin-Williams and the paint is usually a little higher than Ace Home Depot and Lowes. Collier county employees have a discount which makes it a fairly good deal in general. Recently I called and ordered and picked up from. Denny a rebuild kit for a cat pressure water pump it was $100 for the rebuild kit. This kit included the rings an gaskets and seals unfortunately it was missing 3 o-rings and 3 of the seals were the wrong size. We ended up running around to find the right sized seals for $20 at John Collins and o-rings were at ACE hardware. We came back to this store to explain how parts were missing and some parts did not fit at all. We were looking for help from the branch manager. Jim Teaster seemed minimally concerned and really offered no resolution to the problem. He was not helpful in any other solution other than offering us some shirts..what?? Shirts!! or His other offering was a discount on future paint purchase. I doubt I'll ever return to this location considering I've lost all faith in this disservice. And he left a bad impression that undid any good feelings of my past experiences. Too bad for SW and too bad for me. I was not pointing fingers I was asking them for help in getting us the correct parts. My recommendations for paint would be Home Depot for either Joe or Jersey Joe the paint pro Airport pulling and Pineridge Rd. My recommendation for poor customer care would be to see Jim Teaster at this location. His answer to problems was I can give you some shirts.. 012/14

The guy who answered refused to help us. He wouldn't even just take our paint sample and bring it in the store to get the color number. Please explain what part of "Open" I don't understand.

This place was right around the corner, so I gave it a shot. WOW! Sooo friendly and knowledgeable!!! Such a wide variety of products and someone to walk through the whole place with me showing me options and explaining the benefits and downfalls to each for my specific project. All stain selections were the same price point relatively as the other stores, but a way better product. I will most definitely use this place again and again!

I found a paint color the man asked me how much I would be painting and said I needed 2 gallons. I had already picked out the $79.00 paint per gallon. That was the worst paint. It was thin and watery. We painted the whole room 3 times and we painted over a light beige. Never again. We're going to be using Bear from now on. Our friends say it's good paint and CHEAPER. You would expect a paint that cost 79.00 to have good coverage. I feel like because I'm a woman I got taken.
