I brought my car in before they opened and left my keys in the lockbox and came back to get my car after i was done at work and the exhaust was installed, they informed me of some setbacks but were able to get it installed still and charged me the original quote price which was 1/3 of what other shops quoted me. Will definitely come here in the future and have passed along the word to my family (family of 4 Audi's and a bmw), the guys i talked to were very nice and helpful and knew what they were doing.

I just left tire kingdom and only waited an hour. Six stations here and I noticed at least 8 employees all working a very good pace. I was greeted by yet another pleasant friendly employee named Gerard who was knowledgeable and professional and all the customers seemed satisfied and content. But I digress. I ordered the 4 tires. I'm found out I was talking to the north Naples store. They transferred the order to the east Naples store. That was good. Tires will the there by 11 am 12/28. Great I had run flats with a flat. I get there at 11. No tires. Won't be there until 5 pm. They close at 6. And!!!! Only 2 of the 4 tires. Why? Only 2 were ordered not 4 even though I was given a 4 tire price. What do you do? I ordered the other 2 and they were to be delivered 12/29 by 11 am and installed promptly . Got an alignment too. Promptly means by 5:30 pm. If you order tires call the store directly. I was told my order when to a call center. I said I called the north Naples store and was told it's a call center. Call the store where you want the installation directly to purchase the tires - moral of the story.

For a first time customer, you need to know to park your vehicle by the entrance to the office. They appear to service the fleets for a number of businesses, so the parking area around the garage is most always full. Don't park in front of the entrance to the work bays. They don't schedule appointments. I show up at 7 am, when they open, and over a five year period they have always completed my service by close of business that day. I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule, but that has been my experience. When parts are needed, they often arrive in the afternoon. They will call you when the vehicle is ready for pick up. To me their pricing is fair and honest. I want quality work and I'm willing to pay for it. A friend of mine suspected her dealership was overcharging her and asked if I knew of a good mechanic. I took her to Voigt's and they were able to perform the work for much less. They are a good place to go, if you want a second opinion. Voigt's pointed out to me that my truck has a broken bolt on my exhaust, so there is an exhaust leak until things warm up. They said it really didn't hurt anything, so it's a repair that I am choosing to put off. As to my reviews always being positive. For a number of years I benefited from the reviews of others and found places I would have never know existed otherwise. Then I decided to submit reviews. I use Yelp to find good places to try. I figure that's what you are looking for too. You're not looking for a bad experience, but we all experience bad ones from time to time. It could be my bad day and not theirs. I just don't write a review when it happens. In my opinion Voigt's service is worthy of recognition

While he had my car, I asked if he could put in 2 headlight bulbs which I had purchased. When I picked up the car, I saw he charged me $109 to put in two bulbs! I was flabbergasted! I don't know how anyone can feel justified charging that much money to put into bulbs. And then saw I was charged over $35 for "shop supplies." Which I was told were for cleaning. Never again! Unless you have infinite $, find another mechanic.

An amazing young man called us right back and figured out our situation. He came as quickly as he could which was not easy as there are very few turn arounds on AA. With the help of the Road Ranger ( who was also incredibly helpful), he took the tire off, switched tires for us to safety drive to the tire shop where he finished the job. I can't say enough about Charles, his expertise, friendly and helpful attitude, he turned a bad day into a palpable one. Thank you Charles for everything!!

After calling four tire shops, Charlie's Emergency Tire Repair came out, took my damaged tire and the spare tire off my car. Drove to their shop and mounted my spare tire on my rim. They brought it back and remounted the spare tire and rim on my car. Not only is it balanced and aligned, they came back again and released my parking break for me and did a final inspection on the remaining three tires. I am very impressed with their service and felt completely safe while they fixed my tire. If you are an ADA person or have cancer and cannot help yourself with tire changes. I highly recommend Charlie's Emergency Repair Service! I definitely received red carpet concierge service!
