My 2012 Lincoln MKX had a noisy engine, and I brought it to the local dealership, who recommended replacement of the exhaust tail pipe assembly and flanges, but the parts had to be ordered ~ $850. Upon driving the car away, the brakes were very spongy and later, red flashing warning signs that I had low brake fluid. I managed to get it safely back to the dealership, where they found corrosion and leakage in the brake line mid vehicle. I had no brake problems beforehand. They suggested replacing all the brake lines from head to toe, massive job dropping the fuel tank, rear diff etc. for ~ $12k, more than the vehicle is worth! After online research and phone calls, I had it towed to Naples Auto Repair (5 star reviews), where they replaced a broken exhaust flange and gasket, and did NOT need to replace the tail pipe exhaust assembly. They repaired the rusted leaking brake lines, flushed the system, and had everything running great for ~ $500 Rich is very experienced and honest, doesn't try to upsell you, fixes what needs to be fixed at a very reasonable price. I am only a first-time customer but hear me out when I say that the staff here know what they are doing and they do it WELL. I had a pretty bad oil leak in my 2014 Chevy that could not be fixed by THREE other garages in the area. But this team at Naples Auto Repair got to the root of the problem and fixed it in a matter of days and for a very decent price. I couldn't praise this team enough. As a retired business owner, I could see Richard's team is hard working, productive and they get right to the point when talking to me. On the completed repair day i again observed all their employees were happy, hard working and smiling. They shook my hand in the old fashioned way of doing business. My windshield wipers were making noise but nothing was coming onto the windshield and my blades were in need of replacement so I called Naples Auto Repair and they were so accommodating in giving me a quick appointment to come in. My regular car dealer gave me an appointment in 2 months! The technician diagnosed my problem as slime buildup in my washer reservoir so he cleaned it out, put on new blades and I was done in less than an hour. I will definitely be going back to them in the future with any car problems that arise. Very friendly and very knowledgeable technicians!! I highly recommend them for all your car issues. Probably the only mechanic shop I'll ever go to in Naples. Owner of the shop rich was very nice and made the whole process feel swift and pleasant. I had got my car towed by AAA and unfortunately they towed it to dealers choice on Shirley st (beware they'll do this on purpose) and by doing so I missed appointment with Naples Auto repair but after I called Rich was very understanding and squeezed me in the same morning and was able to repair my car before noon!
