I got a flat tire so driving on a spare. I called tire Kingdom and Ernie greeted me. Having a somewhat rare tire size, Ernie said me my tire was not in in stock, but he said he ordered it and it would be in stock tomorrow mornin. Lower priced tire shops I talked to this afternoon said it would take 3.4 days to arrive in their shop. I can't wait 3 days as I am driving on a spare. I just left tire kingdom and only waited an hour. Six stations here and I noticed at least 8 employees all working a very good pace. I was greeted by yet another pleasant friendly employee named Gerard who was knowledgeable and professional and all the customers seemed satisfied and content. I called what I thought was the east Naples store to check if they had a specific brand and model of tires. The car has different frames not and backs. Which sucks for tire rotation. But I digress. I ordered the 4 tires. I'm found out I was talking to the north Naples store. They transferred the order to the east Naples store. That was good. Tires will the there by 11 am 12/28. Great I had run flats with a flat. I get there at 11. No tires. Won't be there until 5 pm. They close at 6. And!!!! Only 2 of the 4 tires. Why? Only 2 were ordered not 4 even though I was given a 4 tire price. What do you do? I ordered the other 2 and they were to be delivered 12/29 by 11 am and installed promptly . Got an alignment too. Promptly means by 5:30 pm. If you order tires call the store directly. I was told my order when to a call center. I said I called the north Naples store and was told it's a call center. Call the store where you want the installation directly to purchase the tires - moral of the story. read more

Alignment service requested. Because I had to replace a lot of suspension components. They did it in a really short amount of time which leads me to believe they only touched the front end toe. When an alignment is done you do all tires and you start with adjusting caster then you adjust camber and then toe. I understand that some cars stock you cannot adjust caster or camber. You can only adjust toe. and that's why I upgraded the suspension to coil-overs so that at least on the front end of my car, you can adjust the camber. which with the stock suspension, you cannot. After the alignment was done the car still does not want to drive straight. And when I look at the rear it doesn't even look like they touched it. And if they did do the rear they look like they're toed in. And my car still pulls. I asked for the alignment sheet and they said it was broken and they couldn't print the sheet. So I couldn't even know why my car is pulling. And the service rep said my lowering kit doesn't help. Like bruh I don't have a lowering kit I just upgraded to coil-overs that will keep stock ride height. And I upgraded from a. 205/60R16 tire to a 205/45R17. I asked if my car drives straight and I think the service rep said something but I didn't hear what was said since I have tinnitus. I think the service rep said either "still pulls a bit" or "you'll find out" something like that. Like I come in for an alignment because my car pulls and doesn't drive straight. When I left after the service rep said it was done the car still pulls and doesn't drive straight. 1 out of 5 stars. They had 1 job and it wasn't done right. The alignment they did will only get me so far before my tire probably explodes due to bad alignment. like why can't I just pay the service fee and you let me work on my car in the shop and let me borrow the alignment tools I need and have a tech watching and I sign a waiver saying if anything happens to me it's not gonna be the business fault. It will be my own fault. I'm a qualified mechanic/service technician. I know a lot more about cars and equipment in the shop than your average Joe. And I'd really like to work on MY car, and they still get paid for letting me do my thang. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE This place has to be one of the most inefficient and dishonest businesses I have ever encountered. I had 4 tires delivered there to be installed. Had a morning appointment and arrived at 8:30am. They didn't get the car in to start working on til 9:30ish. It's now almost 11:00am and the car is still not done. All that was needed was installation of 4 tires and an alignment. My car was jacked up, completely untouched for an hour before they started actually working on it. Meanwhile, every other customer that was there had issues with either service taking too long, services done without customer approval and/or being overcharged. The manager Mike did not handle these issues well, nor mine when I asked him what was taking so long. Absolutely embarrassing customer service all around. read more

Made an appointment on Jan 27th to have 4 new tires for Feb 5th. I have to request my days off from work the beginning of the month so I had to request that day to get this done. Arrive at tire kingdom around 9:50 and once I'm greeted I'm told "we have a situation and our compressor isn't working so you can either leave the car or wait around a few hours. We're supposed to have a new compressor delivered sometime today". Well I have my toddler with me so waiting around all day for a job to possibly not get done because they do not have the right tools is not something I can do nor would it be fair to my toddler. He then tells me he can't find my reservation and was quoting me $150 more than I was quoted when I made the reservation. The gentleman I spoke with on Jan 27 supposedly wrote in the notes the quote he gave me over the phone. This man never once tried to make things right with me. Just said well you can reschedule. Never taking into consideration that I had to take off work just to come and get new tires. I have been going to tire kingdom many years with all of my vehicles but after this incident I will choose somewhere else where I'm treated with respect. After finding my tire pressure dropped I noticed a screw in my tire so found Tire Kingdom on Yelp since it's close to my residence. The entire process took less than an hour and the price for the tire repair was about $25 which is pretty much the going rate these days. Same as back up north. Very sad. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Got it done though. Unfortunately I had oily handprints on my door handle, fenders, hood, steering wheel and on my carpet in the drivers compartment. I put all the requested information in and the reservation was accepted. When I arrived, desk person was not sure that the car would be serviced. First time visit to Tire Kingdom. Went online to schedule oil change, filled in specifics on Mercedes GLE and received confirmation email with appt time and price. My wife showed up for the appt and the general manager (Kerry C.) explained to her when checking in that the price she had wasn't correct and it would cost more because the appt was for a diesel rather than gas vehicle? She called me and said she was getting scammed by this guy so I sent her the email confirmation showing price and vehicle information so she could get the confirmed online price. The manager said he was unable to view the online reservation for some reason along with a lot of double talk. He tried to explain that full synthetic oil is for diesel engines....??? I went back online to double check that my vehicle info was correct and indeed it was for a gas engine and not diesel. My wife asked him to view her online confirmation - he just handed her the keys back and said to leave!! I cannot say for sure that they were trying to take advantage of my wife but I would surely NOT RECOMMEND this Tire Kingdom if you're FEMALE! read more
