Super helpful with getting parts to our Kubota. We purchased it up North and they were very willing to warm our business.

Less than five months ago, I purchased a new blower from your company. Approximately one month ago, I brought the equipment to the Naples location for what I understood would be a minor carburetor adjustment. Since leaving the blower for service, I have not received any update, call, or communication from the service department regarding its status, the anticipated completion date, or whether any additional work may be required. I find this lack of communication extremely disappointing, particularly given that the equipment is still relatively new and was brought in for a seemingly minor adjustment. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly seek information about equipment that has been in your service department for an extended period of time. When I recently visited the Naples branch to request an update, the staff was unable to provide meaningful information regarding my blower or its service status. Instead, I was referred to the Northport branch. This was frustrating, as the equipment was dropped off at the Naples location, and I expected the Naples service department to have access to the necessary information and be able to communicate directly with me about my service request. The issue is not only the delay itself, but also the apparent lack of organization, accountability, and customer communication within the Naples service department. I would appreciate an immediate update on the current location and condition of my blower, the work that has been completed or remains to be completed, and a clear estimate of when it will be ready for pickup. I also ask that this matter be reviewed so that future customers do not experience the same lack of service and communication. I selected your company expecting reliable products and professional support after purchase. Unfortunately, my experience with the Naples branch has not met those expectations. Please contact me as soon as possible with a complete update regarding my equipment and the status of the requested carburetor adjustment

It started with false advertising, leading to a bait-and-switch. They advertised a Sportsman with a 2019 Yamaha 250... After we started putting the deal together, we discovered that it was really a 2018. The Garmin was advertised as a 12-inch but turns out to be a 10-inch. All the information we had led us to believe a trailer was included. At the close, we found out it was not included. We had been told that they would have the engine records for us, but at the closing they discovered there were none. The financing was bizarre....The finance guy sat there and told me that 10% was a good rate and an $800 payment was good. This after their ad in Boat Trader showed a payment around 350 as doable. After we found that was just more BS we were told "it must be your credit". Don't think so... our credit at that time was over 800. There's more but just know these guys give used car salesmen a bad name.

I had three other brokers looking for me also. All but Chris gave up after a month or two. Chris Wallace sent me emails monthly if not weekly giving me updates. He finally found what I was looking for and had it brought to their lot. We closed the deal and had boat in the water in less than a month. The service staff did everything they could to get boat ready for a fast delivery.
