He asked me to drive out to my marina, record a video of my Garmin screen, and send it to him for review. After sending the video, I heard nothing back. Later that afternoon, I called Scott's cell phone and was told he would get back to me. He never did. The next day, I called multiple times. Each time, I received a text saying he was on the phone and would call me right back. That call never came. After two days of waiting, following up, and getting the same promises with no response, I gave up. ShipTronics wasted my time and had me make an unnecessary trip to the marina without providing any assistance or follow-through. Fortunately, they never performed any work on my boat. Based on my experience with their customer service and communication, I would not recommend this company. Professionalism and follow-up are important, and unfortunately, ShipTronics fell far short of expectations.

Unplugged the Garmin and plugged it back in looked for the fusion amp (he never found it) and left saying they would get back to me with an estimate to replace my transducer. I agreed to wait. He promised he'd hold the boat for me until he got back. I headed over to Walkers as soon as Brad alerted me he'd got off the plane. I called Brad when I left to let him know I would be there shortly. He told me he'd sold the boat. This guy has no integrity and belongs somewhere other than in any customer-facing position. If Walkers will hire someone like Brad Skelton they probably don't deserve my, or your business.

I've called from the water, and they walked me thru an issue over the phone which saved the trip. Another time a tech met me at the ramp and diagnosed an issue on the water. My boat has been to them 4-5 times with different issues and always left satisfied. This is how customer service should be. Honest, dependable and knowledgeable service.

We are from the north and able to do research and talk to the new owners before purchase. We put money down to hold the boat with the promise to give us the money back if we did not purchase. They did not even cash the check. They held the boat for 2 weeks no questions asked. We did come down, do a test trial, and bought the boat. It was as advertised and we are definitely happy! The boat was a great deal. Skip, the new owner, was also able to completely service the engine, provide a new battery, paint the bottom, etc. before delivery. The parts were reasonable and the labor prices and time were spot on. We feel the value was there every step of the way with the Florida Boat Center. Our dock is in Fort Myers and Skip even delivered it right to us since we weren't buying the trailer. Perfect experience all the way around from start to finish (and we have been working with them over the course of 4 weeks). We also met and corresponded with the entire staff including Suzanne and Brenda. I have to say each and every person working there was professional, responsive, and more than accommodating.
