Im a monthly member there since years and was always very happy Unfortunately it changed hands and the new people are not even close to provide the service how it was before Only 1 person sprays the car the way you are watering a flower ,before you had 3 and 4 guys really doing some prep a;sp spraying for bugs which I have sometimes coming back on the interstate in the night. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the worker I will post a picture he has on the cowboy hat. I'm not driving my own car. I'm not even from Naples. I was nice enough to bring my mother's car. Her brand new car that I'm still getting used to even driving to clean it here at this godforsaken place. The guy with the cowboy hat was a banging on the window because I accidentally hit the windshield wipers in the front and the back he was banging on the window for me to stop. I went today in late January for a car wash for my first time. I really enjoyed the experience. You pay $10 for a basic wash, pull up, a few men apply some soap with brushes on the windshield and then you put the car in neutral and it floats through. I thought it was fun and entertaining to experience!! When I was finished I pulled aside to vacuum all the sand from the drivers seat floor. Great car wash! Driving across alligator alley your car is ATTACKED with luv bugs! I wasn't doubtful that one $10 car wash would get rid of them but man was I wrong this place is prepared for them! It's a two step process that they do before you go into the car wash and your car leaves with no luv bugs. Wow! Jesus is such a great worker! Great customer service!! The mat washing machine was down and was only able to dust not wash my car mats. I was disappointed. He came over to me and said I could bring the mats by and he would hand wash them for me. I was still vacuuming my car and he offered to wash them for me just then and said I could pick them up at the office before I leave. I was done soon after and went to get my beautifully washed mats. Smacked a bird on 75. Stopped and used a squeegee at a gas station to knock the big stuff off but I didn't want to wait for the parts to dry to my Jeep. Stopped here to grab a premium wash and it did not disappoint. The guys hit my front with extra soap and a brush, got all the bird parts off and sent me through the wash bay. In general I have had good experience with this wash car. The people that was before is gone and now are two guys from Haiti that really care less for the customer. As a member I go there every week but if this guys stay there I will consider to cancel it. They turn off the vacuums and when I went to ask for it none of the say a word, the skinnier turn around and after a few both guys left the facility living my self and a black Toyota inside. A good advise? Bring back your previous crew...very professional and attentive with customer. Those guys were customer oriented and a plus for luv. I wanted to surprise my husband a get his car washed. When I arrived a Luv-a-Wash there was 3 lines for the cars to get into. I had never been here before so I took the least busy lane and I got to the front of the line I finally noticed I was in the "Members only" lane. I panicked and try to get the car next to me to let me in her lane and this very nice man came to my rescue and got me though the gate. Now as I start into the car wash with the guys guiding me in, the car locked up and I could not get the car moving. Now once again I am holding up the entire 3 lanes of traffic. The nice man that helped me before asked if he could get in and figure out what was going on. Ofcourse I jumped out and eventually he got the car through the wash. I I told him he was the kindness, nicest patient person I have met in a very long time. He smiled and said " I am the owner,Happy to help".
