Julian took the time to explain the packages that would meet my needs at the lowest price. He listened to me and was patient and very nice. 3 stars because it gets the job done which is basically washing your car and vacuum it.. A few reasons why I can't give it a higher rating, they don't have an area that you can clean the front or back of your car (pre soak) to try to remove those nasty love bugs.. they do have two attendants that are really good are spraying and attempt to get it clean before entering the machine and I appreciate it but it would be great if we had the option to spend more time doing it ourselves. It was my first time so I decided to subscribe to their text messages and I was able to get my first car wash complimentary, saved me $16 called Kiss the Bricks.. as I pulled up the attendant already removed the screen with their prices so I wasn't able to see what they're memberships and prices were and he said he couldn't bring it back up? As you get out the machine the vacuum areas are spacious which I like so you can open your doors without hitting other cars, the vacuum pressure is very strong which I also loved, they provide you with 1 red towel to dry and you can get more if needed, they have some buckets to place the dirty towels around and a few window spray bottles around. I wish they had other things to clean the inside of the car like pressure air to get the dust inside out, more towels that are accessible to use and not have to walk up to the attendants to exchange it, however I can understand why they do that in order to make sure they get them back and people don't waste too many. I would probably come back again depending on their prices because if I received their lowest one available for $16-$18 not really a good value, since I have been to others that offer more for less. read more

I in front of me trying to get out of the car wash because it's getting a green light and it's 3/4 of the way still into the car wash the tire scrubbers don't work what a disaster. Was really, REALLY disappointed with the quality of the car wash I received from Brickyard. First I selected the highest tier wash ($27) + $10 for the heavy duty bug removal + $7 for washing my rubber mats. First, the car came out of the wash with a TON of residual dirt from areas not cleaned, I spent far more time continuing to clean bugs from my car after the wash than was spent actually washing the car, and I was told there was someone I could give my mats to so I could receive the was, but there was no one there for me to give them to. I know these automated washes can only do so much, especially after a long road trip that gets your car dirty, but for $45, I felt like the quality of the wash was just absolutely dreadful. read more

DO NOT GO HERE..!!! Was a member of this car wash on Immokalee Rd, had two cars on a monthly subscription. While going thru with my Tahoe I heard a loud thump on my roof and when I pulled out I noticed the paint was stripped off two long spots on my roof and a piece of their machine was still on my roof. I advised the Manager and they had me fill out a form and said they would call me the same day... but Nope ... no call. They blew me off. I had to go back and ask for another manager. They reviewed the cameras and it showed their machine damaging my roof. Then the manager just said... it's our policy that we are not responsible for any damage..!!?? That was just horrible customer service and a huge disappointment. I will be sure to let everyone in our neighborhood know that car wash is dishonest. Do not go there..!!! read more

If anyone is the queen of procrastination it's me and my car was dirtttyy!! I was driving home and saw this new car wash and whipped right into the drivethru!! The service at the window for choosing which car wash was impeccable and the guy hooked me up with some gloves a car scent and a clean towel for after. The whole process is super easy and graceful! Prices are affordable for the washes I suggest the monthly membership bc it's FL and cars get so dirty here also with this quarantine it's something to do when you're bored at home LOL Anyways I love vacuuming so the free vacuum at the end is the best so you can clean your car! Also as I was leaving I forget to take the tape off my back windshield and the worker came and did it, what a nice man!! Highly suggest to go get your car washed read more

Their customer service and attention to detail was great! All of the employees were seen working hard every time I went. The car wash is always maintained, clean, machines ran properly. Their vacuums worked great! They kept their drying towel stocked at all times. I had a membership for about a year, when I moved away I called and got someone on the phone by the 1st ring, they promptly took care of my membership and gave me a refund where they saw I didn't use it the month prior due to being busy with the move. Great customer service!! The membership was so convenient, there were many times I went and was able to skip the line with my membership. I highly recommend the membership! read more

I also was not aware when I purchased the car wash membership that it came with verbal assault so long as the comments are made in Spanish, not to mention how the young lady (16-18 yrs. of age) working there while this happened was being treated. I stopped by Brickyard Car Wash before going on a first date with this pretty girl I met out the week before in Mercato. My car was dirty, and I needed a miracle... And I was thrilled with the result! This car wash did a spectacular job making my car clean and spotless. And it is very quick and reasonably priced too! I'll be stopping here every week to keep my wheels clean because it's super convenient, right on Immokalee Road. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this car wash . I went through with my SUV and their brushes scratched and damaged the hood of my car . As soon as I noticed I asked for manager Alex in which happens to be owner as well. Non apologetic and took no accountability for what his car wash did to my car . Instead blamed the paint job on my two year old car. And then trying to sell me a seal coat that cost more than a $1000. Sounds like what he trying selling the last customer he ruined his car on one of the reviews I read . This must be his go to excuse so he doesn't have to take responsibility.
