They did a decent job a few times with my car. Last visit they upsold me, without giving pricing and the wash came out to $153. I think it's normally around $40. I was fine with it until I got home 1 mile away to find they did a horrible job. The car wasn't clean on the exterior and the interior had streaks. The wash was worse than the regular $40 visit. The manager raised his voice when I asked for something to be done and told me to go down the road somewhere else. I'll be going to luv-a-wash from now on. On my way now to pick up my Porsche that is kept in the garage that's was already cleaned. And when I went to pick it up it still had dust and water spots. So I left it over night for the manager to take a look at it and all I good was grief. He then had the GM call his name is David. And all I got was grief. Today, similarly to 9 other NEGATIVE reveiws of AUTO SPA, 4920 Tamiami Trail North, Naples, 34103, I had the worst experience at this auto detailing Spa. STAY AWAY from this place. I paid $96 for a wash, and the rear carpets to be cleaned, rear mats to be washed etc. The car was presented as ready and when I looked in the back the mats had water in them, I requested they remove the residual water. they started to do so when a man approached stating he was the GM, he looked in the car, took pictures and said something to the fact of "what water are you talking about"? I pointed it out and he continued to be verbally abusive. Mats were removed and then it became noticeable clearly the mats were not cleaned properly, residual white matter on them, when I pointed this out he became very rude and said, "your done, get out of here, get your car out of here"! I refused and told hI'm I had paid for the mats to be cleaned and I would not leave until they were cleaned properly, again he stated, get you and your car out of here. I requested to speak to someone else and a woman approached stating she was a manager, she looked at the mats, saw the mess on them and asked the staff to remove them and clean them, however the man claiming to be GM, grabbed the mats from the staff, put them back in the car and told me again to get out or he would call the police. I called the police, who attended, looked at the mats, saw the dirt, commiserated with me, but of course could not force this place to clean the mats. The lady manager was very nice, the staff was vey nice bit this man claiming to be a GM is an unprofessional useless person who will drive business right away from this place if he is allowed to remain engaging clients. Oh forgot, while I was waiting for the Police he stood up at the balcony laughing as he stood next to other customers waiting, pointing at me etc etc. I have used this business for 20 years, never had an issue, but there is an issue now, a rude unprofessional GM if he is indeed GM. I was charged $10 extra for a dirty truck! Why would I come to a car wash you ask?? Well the cashier had no explanation for why he charged me more much to my denial, neither did she offer to take it off my bill. Also asked for front mats to be washed (extra charge as well) and they are still dirty. Also back of truck still has dirt haze on it where supposedly they pre washed it! Horrible service- twice now. The first time I had the car serviced with wax and detail on the inside, I had to send the car back. Guy started to pick people that he wanted to blame for the job. What? Today, I took the car back after a couple of months. Good job inside the car. Horrible 90-dollar wax on the outside. Sent the car back. Both the manager and the guy who takes the order argue that it's just a quick simple wax application. For 90 dollars?!! Should the car still have dust on it? Should the guy have grabbed his towel to remove water drops from the car?! I don't normally leave any reviews for anyone. What a rip off. This used to be a great carwash. You could get a complete exterior wash, interior cleaning, windows cleaned, seats wiped down, everything for about $36. Now everything is ala carte. Basic wash $29, plus $10 if you want your windows done, $10 to wipe down the dash, $29 to wipe the seats then the mysterious $15 for extra vacuum. It goes on and on. And by the way they have taken down the big price board and now have small framed price lists. The ala carte menu is about 20 items long. They tried to charge me $56 for a wash , tires done , dash wipe down and they wanted to ding me for extra vacuum. That was over the top so I drove away. What a sleazy way to do things. There are plenty of other car washes in Naples that do a good job at fair prices. read more

Besides being expensive, my main complaint is that despite a large sign saying Collier County requires masks while inside nobody inside including the owners wore masks except the cashier who put one on only when he saw I had one. I have always come to Auto Spa - for 8 years now and been very satisfied until recently. The last two times the gentleman who gave me my ticket kept trying to charge me more for things I did not ask for even when I repeated that I did not want anything extra he said "you need it!" Last time they forgot to put my mats back in and I left to return to get them. Overall, very disappointed but figured I would try them again today. Everything is extra so it's ends up being a basic car wash with mats- over $30. I asked him not to charge me or clean back mats but he persisted to do so either way. Believe all of the poor reviews that you see on here regarding this car wash. The place is just a mess. The staff is rude, confused and incompetent. The sevice is simply terrible and the prices are ridiculous. You pay way more here than at every other car wash in the area, and you get less than those cheaper places. Detailing service is a total ripoff. I paid $275 for a detail that I doubt they even completed. It was nothing more than a regular carwash with wax. Yes, they took everything that was loose in the glove box, center console etc. and placed it all in a plastic bag. Big deal. The armor all was missed in many places, the exterior was poorly done, they told me four hours and it actually took more than six hours, which would have been perfectly fine if the vehicle looked like it was truly detailed...but it wasn't. They also broke my convertible rear window, which I didn't discover until days later when I raised the top. By then I didn't even bother to try to bring it back, because based on my previous experience there it would not have been worth the time or effort. I recently went to the AutoSpa after concrete from the construction site next door blew onto my Range Rover. Alex looked at my car after it was washed to make me aware that the concrete did not come off. Once it was in the sun I could see the small concrete pebbles that remained. The group took a clay bar and went over the entire car and it looks brand new. I was super impressed with the professionalism of both Alex and Lan in ensuring the car was done well and ready for pickup quickly. They even worked me in since they wanted to remove the concrete pebbles immediately. Since then my husband and son have brought their cars in for a regular wash, they were not disappointed. What rip off. If you need a detailing, look up smaller mobile detailers. I'd rather give my $300 to a small business than this place. Completely impersonal at the counter. Had me pay for a $300 detail a month before I could even get into them. Then said I needed an extra coat of wax for another $60 and then tip on top. I'm not leaving a tip because they already nearly made $400 off of me. Also was never told how long detailing would take so sat her for 2 hours and then she tells me it's a 4-5 hour process. I couldn't be happier with a Car Wash, and I used to own a detailing shop. The end results at this location are worth every penny! Truck was disgusting. 4000 miles with pets, eating in the car and all the crap and crud that accumulates on a multi-day road trip and it needed to be cleaned. I usually run it through a Car Wash knowing they'll just do the basics and I'll finesse a better outcome and detail it better when I get home. However ... the first crew that do the windows, dash, doors and console wipe down didn't miss a square inch! Next up, the Vacuum Crew - I was so thoroughly impressed with the technique used by Walter & Jaire to get every pet hair off the seats and put of the carpet that; A.) I tipped them directly! (Mgr approved) B.) I'll be stealing that method! ... and they did it with such efficiency they were done in a quarter the time it would've taken me. The pre-prep before it goes on the track and through the machine is also done with special attention to dirty, bug impacted areas, and the brake-dust covered rims and tires. The wipedown at the end of the tunnel was obviously engineered by someone with the attention to detail that I'm cursed with ... Not just start from the top and work down, but use pressurized air-guns to blast excess water out of cracks & crevasses nearly eliminating the drip marks that happen when you pull away. I got home and couldn't find a problem that needed more attention - which saved me a few hours that afternoon ... and that's priceless. It's 5 days later and the Tire Shine is still visible. I mentioned how happy I was with the results to both Mgr's and my interaction left me with the feeling Management really cares about the outcome of every vehicle. So rare in the Car Wash world. I returned from a long road trip with a dirty vehicle - inside and out. After paying $370.00 + a $20 tip, I do have a very clean car. That's the good news. The bad news is $394.00 for a day-spa type cleaning is outrageous. I declined another service charge for some sort of "hard water stains" which were not visible to me, however the intake person insisted I should get this additional service for $100 more. When I declined, he got snippy and told me they would do it right, or not at all. I said, OK, not at all - I'll take it somewhere else. He then agreed to do the car without the extra $100 "service". OK, I did agree to the service and charges but if I were thinking more assertively, I should have gone elsewhere. In my opinion, they pressured me being I'm an older woman. After spending $26 just on the exterior wash I was quite disappointed when I came out and found that I was going to have to go home and re-wash the car. When I pointed out to the employee all of the spots that I was able to easily get off of my car by simply rubbing my finger across them he responded by telling me it needed a more detailed wash job then the "simple wash" Considering I normally pay about $25 for an interior and exterior wash, I had no idea that a simple wash should be almost $30. I went there today (Tamiami Trail location) for a car wash and was greeted by a guy with a tablet. I asked for a basic car wash and also asked him what the price was. He refused to give me a price and had a nasty attitude. I paid the 26 bucks to get my car washed. I felt ripped off. I asked to speak to a manager but the only person at the car wash was the cashier. The people that actually cleaned the car were nice and I left a gracious tip. The cashier was nice and apologized to me regarding your employees attitude.
