I went there today (Tamiami Trail location) for a car wash and was greeted by a guy with a tablet. I asked for a basic car wash and also asked him what the price was. He refused to give me a price and had a nasty attitude. I paid the 26 bucks to get my car washed. I felt ripped off. I asked to speak to a manager but the only person at the car wash was the cashier. The people that actually cleaned the car were nice and I left a gracious tip. The cashier was nice and apologized to me regarding your employees attitude. I am a Naples Florida full time resident and live in the neighborhood. I am never going to your car wash again and will certainly not refer anyone to your establishment. I just wanted a car wash. The person taking the order insisted that I needed a detail and if I would agree to the detail that my car wash would be free. That was in August!! Well the car wash may have technically been free but actually ended up costing almost $300 because I was stupid and paid for the detail and every time I have called since august they have told me they were busy. I asked for a refund and was told no. I have since bought a brand new car and don't need a detail. Don't believe the baloney they try to sell you! read more

Close to my parents' home, this is my go-to spot for a quick car wash & detail. They have three levels (bronze, silver, gold) with plenty of add ons to complete your package - rain-x, mat cleaning, extra bug removal, but it can get expensive quickly. For the most part I've been happy with Waterfalls - good customer service and my car looks great, but the last time I did have some serious drip marks coming down from my side mirrors I haven't had before, and they didn't wipe off easily. Also, even though I kept my windows down overnight the mats were still super soaked the next day and my car smelled AWFUL. (once they completely dried it did go away, but still) I'm hoping this last round was just a fluke - as I've never had a problem in the past, and they are super convenient! They do have a nice shop with coffee, cards, car accessories, and a new selection of lilly pulitzer cups/koozies/stationary. read more

I went there to get a quick car wash. The guy up sells me on a hand wax to go along with the wash. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I leave the place and go back to work. As I was closing my car door I realized they did not wax the top of the car. I called the manager and he said to come back and they will fix it. Once I get there he reprimands the service team for selling me a car wash stating my car needed a new clear coat on top. He has his team wax the top and it looks perfect. Not sure if I will bring my car back I wasted a portion of my day trying to get what I paid for. read more

Told us they had a special for Express wax it was $49 usually $70 but when I looked at they're paper it said express wax for a car was only $50. Then the floors were still dirty and not vacuumed. There was still dirt on the fenders but they washed and waxed it supposedly... The inside wasn't wiped down there was still dirt inside on doors and jambs and the windows were still dirty. read more

I'm thinking I should have saved the money & washed my Jeep myself! My WHITE vehicle had dark spots all over it. I could wipe them off with my finger- no extra effort/removal required. The back of my SUV was not vacuumed and is full of beach sand. When questioned, they said I didn't purchase the package that has them vacuum out the back? What?! This Car wash acts as if they are selling you a deluxe wash and then up charges just to wipe the door jam. Lmao. Then, only gives basic wash to obviously save on expenses. Most customers probably do not even realize the solution to clean the car doesn't even come out of the machine during wash. So, they charge for something they aren't providing. Shouldn't wiping/drying the door Jam be included in a $40 car wash? Nope. Extra 10 bucks. When brought to manager/owners attention he had no intention of making it right. I have been going to Auto Spa on the north trail since moving to Naples 18 months ago and have always been very satisfied... until my terrible experience today. I went in to just have the exterior washed as I do several times a month and it was priced at $16 ($4 more than last week). I asked what was going on I was told that because the winter residents were returning the prices went up ( that wasn't the case last year). I felt as though I was being hustled to purchase more services and told that for $25 my car would be vacuumed as well. I was flagged that my car was ready to take and nothing was done inside. Every time I come to this place, the main guy tries to up -sale me when I don't want anything extra. It gets very annoying. They did a terrible job on my car wash, and missed many spots. I am completely unsatisfied. I do not recommend this car wash. Definitely better ones to try in Naples and especially where they won't annoy you with up-sales. read more

Ok so I get contacted by Janine an employee of the car wash to take down my honest review cause it reflects badly on them. After all I did go back and they correct their work. Well yes they did but didn't I already pay them for the workin the first place?!!! Then their sales greeter gave me a flippant remark that " hey what do you expect we do over300 cars a day". So now I'm being accused of fabricating conversations. I basically responded to deal with your employee problems directly and not through your customers! Really?!!! You expect client loyalty by accusing customers of lying?!! All bad reviews by so many and I guess this goes to show the ignorance of some people. I skip the on site detailers...they don't have everything in their vehicle to do a fabulous job. I drive by other detailers, including the Pine ridge location (which may be great also) to see Alex and his team. They have repeatedly done a superb job on both of my cars and I will continue go there. They are really excellent. read more

NO one left me a message..)#)#)#) the review then called back the next day and spoke with our other store manager dave. he explained to her that there is signage everywhere in the vacuum area. we have multiple signs in between lanes and as you walk into the store on our fence. Unless they hung new signs by now..)#)#)#) also, when our customers finish with our csas, they are handed a pre receipt where they have a chance to review the services before they go to the cashier to pay (which is inside at the opposite of the building- hence plenty of time to review whats in their hand). (#(#(#(Since there was no menu where I was parked I had to trust the sales guy that what I was getting was not above and beyond what I wanted and that wouldn't have shown on a receipt. My favorite car wash in Naples. This place does everything for you for a reasonable price. I don't like going to the express washes where my car isn't hand dried and I have to vacuum myself. Staff always takes care of me and my car. I recommend going with the Gold wash and extreme shine wax. They also have great greeting cards and a killer gift card special around the holidays. The convenience of their two locations is great for me between work and Home. read more

This car wash severely damaged my rear bumper and refused to accept any responsibility. There was slight damage before going through the wash, but their equipment dislodged the entire rear bumper and they were very hostile and unhelpful. I plan to sue and will keep Yelp posted. read more

Not only does this auto spa do a fantastic job on my car, they are honest and professional. I have been here many times and I'm always pleased with my car. Today as I'm sitting here waiting on my car the gentleman that I left it with walked up and gave me $60 cash that fell out of my purse into the back floorboard. The employee vacuuming the inside of the car found it and turned it in. I didn't even know I was missing any cash so he could of kept it but he did the honest thing. I can't believe some of the reviews about Waterfalls. I've been bringing my cars here for years and have always had a good experience. Friendly staff, great store and clean, comfortable waiting area. You have to pay a little more for extra services, but that is the same with any business. I'd recommend it to anyone that wants their car cleaned properly. I also wanted others to be aware that their is extreme inconsistency with what you are told outside and what you are told when you get to the cashier. My complaint has nothing to do with a free birthday wash which is what Waterfalls would like you to believe. This review is kind of long, but worth the read if you want to know how this car wash conducts themselves. Really sad that I even have to write this review as a former car wash employee of 5+ years. (Short Version) The Good: Exterior of car looks very nice even after the past few days of rain. Relatively quick. The Bad: Did not clean dash or center console well. Made excuse to charge more money for services not necessary (Explained below). Difficult and kind of rude management. (Long version) My wife was trying to do something nice for me when I had a concussion on Monday and took my Jeep to get it washed. She looked at Waterfalls' website, determined the $18.99 car wash for my Jeep would be sufficient, and went to the Pine Ridge location. When she got there, she was pleased they were not busy so it would be faster in and out. She pulled up, told the salesman she would like the $18.99 car wash, and he tried to up-sell her on the $36.99 (Reasonable up-sell. I've been a car wash salesman before. Its the basic pitch they have you follow with). My wife declined and the salesman said, "Ok, but I will need to charge you extra for vacuuming because the car is pretty bad." (I'm basically the only one that drives my Jeep, my wife rarely rides in the passenger seat because we take her car, and no one has ever rode in the back seat so no it was not "pretty bad"). My wife does not like confrontation so she agreed thinking a few dollars more wouldn't be so bad. When she got up to the counter, the cashier told her the price was going to be $33.99 (that's $15 for extra vacuuming of a mostly clean floorboard folks). Again, not one for confrontation and kind of the anxious type (I told she should always ask to speak with someone about the price or ask for the vehicle back, but she did not know she could), she went through with the wash. Fast forward, she got the car from the guy, he walked off, and she left. On her way back, she looked down and noted the center console hadn't been touched at all and the front dash looked dusty. At this point she felt embarrassed and sad that she had spent $33.99 and a $5 tip on a car wash for a car that had not been cleaned well. She pulled over, grabbed wet wipes, and proceeded to dust the dash and clean the center console. Thursday when I'm driving, I commented to her how amazingly clean the car looked inside and outside, especially the floorboard and center console, but she got noticeably upset. So I asked her what was wrong and she relayed the same story to me that I just relayed to you reading this review. They were already closed Thursday so I told her I would call and speak to them on Friday. I called and spoke to a manager by the name of Jimmy. At first he seemed receptive, listened well, and was rather understanding. He offered to provide a credit and I explained my wife and I live nearly an hour away so, HE OFFERED to refund me the $15 for the vacuuming as it seemed a bit much. I told him that sounded like a wonderful middle ground and my wife would be in the area next Monday and Wednesday if she needed to stop in for the refund. We agreed that either day would work for her to come by, we hung up the phone, and I was very happy that we'd come to a reasonable agreement. 5 minutes later, Jimmy calls me back and states he wants my license plate number so he can investigate the event and speak with his salesman. I shrugged and gave it to him. Didn't seem like a big deal, seemed mostly for internal use. He calls me again and is now refusing the refund. His entire attitude changed. He is speaking over me, not letting me finish sentences, and making excuses to tell me I'm wrong, my car was dirty, and that I'm lying. All of this over $15 that he offered to refund to begin with. They did tell me they would rewash the car inside and out any time I would like in the future. If I am in the area and in need of a car wash I will not be coming back here and I highly recommend that others take their money elsewhere as other local car washes do a better job for the same price points. read more

I have gone to this car wash several times. Today (7/27/18) I took my brand new (300 miles) SUV in for it's first wash. I stood outside at the beginning of the wash to watch them clean the inside as I had paid $25 for their "gold" wash. They were busy because the other location on Ridge is closed for renovation. There were two ladies doing the inside along with one guy. The ladies left to go work in the detail area. The manager (I learned later) jumped in my car after a quick vacuum and washed the inside of the windshield. Then pulled my car over to the wash. I was not sure when the rest of the windows would be washed inside so I asked at the checkout. The lady said at the beginning. I said they were not so she called the "manager". He came up and argued with me and said they had been washed then disgusted he went and washed them the "first" time where they were drying off the car. I was astonished he would argue with me and basically call me a liar. I told him I would never come there again and I felt ripped off with a $25 wash and not full service. My advice is to look around Naples for other car washes. There are plenty who do a great job and don't rip you off with high prices and not do the services you paid for. read more

Absolutely the worst experience at a car wash. I took in a 2016 BMW 650 XI Black Car to get a wash. I asked if they hand washed and they said they did but that would take at least an hour and well over $100... I didn't have time so they guy guaranteed me taking it through the regular wash would be Ok. I asked several times if it would scratch my car, they assured me it wouldn't and rattled off all sorts of high end cars that go through there. I figured maybe it was Ok. Then I had second thoughts and went back out to double check the car wouldn't get scratched.. Again they assured me it would be fine. It went in with a high Gloss freshly detailed exterior to a thoroughly scratched paint job over the entire car. It was a mess... $32.00 for a car wash that scratched the paint and now I have to get it re buffed and waxed for more money. On top of that, the interior person stepped all over the car climbing in it with dirty shoes and left marks all over the door sills. Stay away if you really care about your car. read more

Took my car for a interior and exterior wash plus paid extra for the bugs to removed from front of car; after running my car through two times and numerous excuses from the staff I finally told them never mind I can't spend my day off at the car wash won't be returning here again don't need to pay 30.00 only to go home and remove the bugs myself. I went to the one at 4920 Tamiami Trail N. When my car went thru car wash to be wiped off and dried and inside, they were 3 vehicles that were complaining real bad. When I got in my car it was not even 1/2 way done. Then while they were in front of where I could not get out, they moved cones and moved my car to get away. The inside was terrible but I would have been 1 more griping. I sent email for a simple refund with nobody calling me back for over a week now. I use 2 car washes in the Naples area for about 5 years. I bring 3 different cars through. I have always liked the service at Waterfalls especially the high pressure air around the mirrors and moldings in the drying area. Why I am giving them a 2 Star review is that they charged me an additional "Full Size SUV" surcharge for a Kia Soul. When I questioned them on it, they didn't want to have anything to with me, including the guy checking the cars in to the woman at the cash register. There was a S Series Mercedes next to me which is larger then our Soul and he didn't get a surcharge. With many options in Naples, I will NEVER use this car again. Bummed because they do a good job, just hate getting ripped off. read more

What an amazing find. I cannot believe i did not know of this place before. After a terrible experience at another place in town on friday, i decided to look online and it brought me here. The gentleman who i first saw not only let me know of what they offer but he was clear as well when telling me the pricing. They have a hidden gem of a card shop once you enter. I then let the cashier know of my issues with a place i had my car washed before and a gentleman who i believe was the manager over heard and personally walked me through the steps and menue and the way they operate.
