I get my car cleaned every two weeks. I used Waterfalls on Pine Ridge for the first time on Sunday. The service was BEYOND terrible. The windows still had water marks. There was sand still on my floor and water in the door jams. I politely asked for the manager and showed him the car. He told me that he would have someone wipe the windows in my car. I asked about the dirt on the floor and at first he tried to tell me it was beach sand and that it does not come out of the carpet. I was jaw dropped! He told me that (and I quote) "we cannot take the time to make one customer happy because we have other customers to service, they can only clean so much in the time given". I looked around and there were two other cars there. I was shocked!!! I have never had my car returned with dirt on the floor. He offered no help. I asked for a manager to contact and refused to give me anyone's name. He said he is the manager and that is it! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I hope you don't waste your money here. I agree the tried hard sell to add on services. I drive a corvette and the had me sign a waiver stating there not responsible for any damage to my car if hung up in the wash because it sit so low. Really??? my car has only been through a hundred car washes. It better not get hung up!!!! read more

Second time here. $40 for a platinum car wash. Unorganized and a true rip off. Management unconcerned and argumentative. Classic car wash in Estero is worth the ride. My first time there was yesterday. The wash was excellent and competitively priced. The best part is that I left my wallet there. The manager went out of her way to find my phone number by Googling me and then calling me. The wash closed and she agreed to stay after to let me pick it up. What couldn't have been a horrible situation turned out excellent because they went out of their way to take care of the customer! Will definitely be a regular from now on! read more

Waterfalls Auto Spa has started an aggressive push to up-sell you on their services. If you don't accept, you may find yourself waiting an exceptionally long time for it to be cleaned. Recently I asked for an exterior wash only. The "salesman" who greeted me, Melvin, tried to convince me that, at a minimum, my car needed special attention in order to get the wheels clean. I knew that their normal exterior wash does a fine job with the wheels. I went into the building expecting my car, which was about the fourth in line, to start entering the wash. After 10 minutes of watching car after car go by, I went outside and saw that my car and 5 others were moved off to the side with their flashers going. The person who checks you in is rude. He tries to push the most expensive service and is nasty when you say no. Look at your receipt because he enters that there is damage on your car when there is none! That way if they damage the car they arent liable. Very sleezey and a bad way to conduct business. The actual car cleaners are nice and do a good job. Not going back. read more

Both windshield wipers were torn off my A6 Audi by the auto car wash and nobody at the car wash said a word. I found out about the damage 2 days later when I took the car to the Audi dealer for service, where they pointed out both my windshield wipers were missing. They asked if I had recently washed my car and I said I had two days prior. I called Waterfalls Auto Spa who washed the vehicle and they verified by my license plate number and receipt that their video cameras show their car wash ripped the wipers off my car and acknowledged the damage was caused by their equipment. I asked them politely to cover the cost of the replacement wipers ($54) that the Audi dealer has charged me for the replacement wipers. They said they were not willing to pay for the wipers, even though they acknowledged their equipment caused the damage. They said I could bring the car by and they would order wipers for me and install when they arrived (meaning no wipers on the car for who knows how long), or provide me with 2 free car washes. I told them that the wipers that were torn off were genuine Audi parts and I wanted them replaced with genuine Audi parts, which had already happened at the dealer, and all they needed to do to satisfy me was to stand behind their quality of wash and just cover the cost of the wipers when I brought them the dealer invoice. They refused. This is not a business you want to do business with. They don't stand behind damage they do to your vehicle, and they won't tell you about it if you don't notice it. for the 12 years i have lived in naples it has been the spot to keep my beloved mini cooper beautiful...i have had weekly washings and waxes, and used the detail dept as well, always to my great satisfaction!!! the best there is, in service and customer relations, always a joy to see the consistent staff, who pride themselves on remembering the driver and the car...a must do!!! read more

The worst car cleaning job I have ever had. I selected the premium wash for 40 dollars assuming I would get a better job. The outside was not completely clean and I wish I could put pictures here of what the inside looked like! You could see how they didn't completely wipe everything down inside with their grease cloth because you could see all the lines around the edges of the armrest, dashboard and doors. They didn't clean them before using armor-all because the everything was polished over the dust. It was not busy, in fact it was a cloudy day with drizzle so it was the only person there. I even tipped them 10 dollars because I feel bad they work in that humidity. I am sorry I even left a tip! For 70 dollars I could have had the company I won't name come right to my house in my driveway and completely DETAIL my car. How does this place stay in business? It is not about the money, it's about being ripped off and not getting any quality for what you pay for. I will be sure to tell everyone I know here in Naples not to go to either one of these car washes. The one on pine ridge road is just as bad and the guy there does hard core up selling. read more

I'm new to the area, so I was looking for a place to get my truck detailed twice a month. I tried waterfalls on 41 and Pine Ridge because it was close to home. They did a fine job and have very friendly detailers, although it is a little pricey: just over $40 for a truck or SUV for the platinum service. Unfortunately while I was browsing the gift shop I purchased a steering wheel cover that promptly ripped at the seam as I tried to install it. I returned the following day for an exchange or refund, and the older woman behind the counter said, "what am I going to do with it? I can't help you." Ok, this company obviously needs some lessons on how a business works. They're not willing to stand behind anything they sell in their giftshop for one, and two, they just lost a lock for at least $85 a month in detailing because they weren't willing to exchange a $15 cover. Sounds like a fail to me! I won't be returning. read more
