I rushed to wash my car because I was really busy, and I was the only one there. It took me two rounds to get my (VIP member) car wash because the guy there seemed not to care. There were spots on the front grill and windshield, and bird poop on my car that weren't scrubbed properly. We should've known as it was getting close to closing and noticed that everyone was rushing to leave work. I have been a customer for ten years and their service and speed have massively deteriorated. I always get the Supreme Shine wash which is now up to $35. You expect ever winding to be cleaned in and out and wheels properly wiped and cleaned. That no longer happens do I am starting to look for new options. read more

Never one to give 2 stars but this place just deserves their rating on Yelp. I needed gas and a wash so I went here and Costco for gas. They charged me $49 for my Traverse as it is a van, sport ute, whatever. I don't mind paying $50 for a wash if it is great. I go to pay and the bill was $49.00 if I chose not to come back. If I came back it would have been $32.00. The wash was not worth $32.00 and I won't be back. I was in the waiting area reading all the Yelp reviews and thought nah mine will be better. After all I am me. Nope they did not even get the outside clean. I walked around the car and there were dirt spots all over the car. Not insects but dirt. If I could give zero stars I would. For 24.99 they don't even wipe your rear view mirror, or wipe the cup holders. My poor little grandma bought 10 gift certificates last year to give as gifts. I encouraged her not to do the same this year since this place can't seem to get it together. I much prefer the auto spas in Naples to this location. I had a supreme wash and had to ask them to wipe my cup holders, door handles, and other minor things that should have been done, as they are included in the most basic wash... let alone the supreme. I actually confirmed a few times with the staff that these things were included in my wash. After much back-and-forth, they all advised that these things should have been done but were not. I got into my car and left, in a hurry, after SPECIFICALLY POINTING OUT THE ISSUES. I did the absolute wrong thing of assuming it was done. It was not. The whole left side of my car is as l day wet. ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING. Had to go back AGAIN for them to get it right. At this point the quality control gentleman try to tell me none of these things were included in my wash... However the 10 other people I had just spoken with all stared at him dumbfounded. Don't waste time or energy here unless you're getting a basic wash. UPDATE: Owners were full of excuses, instead of just saying hey sorry we messed up. The quality control gentleman legitimately argued with me when they gave me my car back for the third time, and it still had product dripping down the back that was purple and pink. I absolutely am horrified at the level of service this place is providing, especially in a place like Naples where you actually have competition for something as lame as a car wash. I used to love coming to this car wash and thought it was the greatest when I first began vacationing in Naples. Over the years and multiple car washes later, I've come to realize that Neapolitan is not as good as it once was. First, the person who preps the car for the car wash with the brush and soapy water never seems happy to be there. Lately, he only guides me on the track and that's it. No prep work at all to my car. Next, the mechanics of the car wash never fully seem to be working when I go through. Without fail, each and every time I go to Neapolitan, it's either no soap at the beginning after the "prep" or the brushes at the end that are not working. Lastly, the workers at the end of the car wash that wipe my car are not very thorough. Countless times, my car has dried with watermarks or used, wet cloths are being used to dry my car. Not anymore. All around displeasure. Inside windshield wasn't clean. Mirrors had so many dried spots it was unsafe to count on them. Floor mats were just tossed in instead of placed on the factory hooks so they won't slide all over. No tire shine on one rear tire. On top of this the price has gone up $35.00. Won't be back here. Went on a Sunday and discovered they don't do floor mats or covers on Sunday. Purchased the basic wash for $23.95. There was standing water on my rubber floor mat when I got in. I asked them to dry it When looked at car a few minutes later, discovered there was still bird poop on car. Also not dried sufficiently so water still dripping off. Inside, there was still sand and dirt in ridges of floor mats and seats. Inside windshield was well cleaned. I do like the selection of birthday cards they sell. read more

So I grew up in Naples and live here year round and have used most of the car washes. I am baffled at how low the star rating is. I've now come here 5 times and my car always looks spotless and I have a black on black Jeep Grand Cherokee so dirt shows. I have also brought my bosses brand new Ford Raptor here and they did a great job; which I had taken it to 2 other car washes that day and after waiting in the line was told they would not take the vehicle due to time and size. The only thing is they are very busy which should mean they are good lol my usual wait has been 45 minutes but I understand I need to wait my turn and that's how long it takes. read more

If only i could give this facility negative stars for the wash i had today which included a full interior vac and shine, one that my 10 year old nephew could have done with zero experience. The doors weren't wiped at all, the middle console looked better before i got there tbh and the dirty rag they left in the door, we'll that speaks for itself. Also the trunk wasn't vacuumed with conditioned mats sitting on top of the unvaccumed trunk. Paid for the Extreme Shine $30. wash - not worth it. Exterior looked pretty good but inside smelled awful and a lot of areas were missed. The smell made me nauseous driving away so bad that I rolled all my windows down to air it out on my way home. The carwash I usually use is closing for a few months so I had to look elsewhere. I love being able to stay in the car and drive through which you're able to do if your a VIP member however the drying process is very shabby compared to Auto Spa. At Auto Spa they open my car doors and my trunk and dry the inside and take a tire cloth to shine the tires which this car wash does not do. The drying process consists of about 1 minute maximum. I will be anxiously be awaiting the reopening of Auto Spa off of Pine Ridge! read more

I felt cheated today as I used my Valpak for $3 off and then tried to pay with a gift card that I had previously purchased. Even though the clerk did it last time, they told me I wasn't allowed to use it this time. Why? What's the point? The kid was rude and even though I showed him the receipt from last time he still snidely glared at me and said, "oh well, they shouldn't have." First the guy who preps ( brush and soapy water) the car at the beginning of the tunnel doesn't do much other than to guide you on the track. Half of the cloth brushes barely if at all touch your car. The wipe down crew look like they don't care and don't change cloths often enough as after wiping the windshield it looks worse. read more

Worst car wash experience I've had in 30 years of owning cars and taking my car through car washes in multiple states and 2 countries. After hurricane Ian I had to get my parents from their condo which was on one of the roads in Naples that had a 5 foot storm surge. Both their cars were destroyed and their building will not be habitable for at least another 90 days. Their road was covered by a few inches of mud, sand, and in some places, several inches of salt water. I ended up with mud caked to areas of the underside of my car. When I went to this car wash a few years prior I had a very good experience. This time I got my car back with water on the interior from the right rear passenger window being left down a couple of inches when they sent it through the wash, and dirt still caked in areas around the bottom edge of the interior side of the door, dirt in the floor mats I had asked to have cleaned, mud smears on the inside lower panels of the doors. When the on-site employee working the cash register came over to me to tell me my car would be a bit longer because it went through the wash with the window open I was shocked. I asked how the window was opened and then left open and he said their employee did not do that. I asked to see the video from their extensive on-site security camera system and he then told me he did not have access and the manager would have to review the next day and would call me. He also told me there was no damage, just water. The car wash uses more than just water to clean cars, all of those chemicals used to clean and polish the car also went into my car. In addition to the rear seat and floor, and back of the passenger seat, the inside of the rear passenger door was wet and water in the door speaker. So the company managed to soak the rear passenger area of my car and also leave mud on the interior of that door.....go figure. After they used a wet vac to remove some of the water they ran my car through the car wash again and then drove it out to the area where they wipe the outside and inside of the car down. There was still mud caked in areas that had previously been pointed out, a leaf on one of the floor mats, and dirt on the floor mats (these were plastic which could easily have been rinsed off). Outside male employee who seemed to be supervising the other employees who were wiping down the cars was just rude and snapped "We know!" when we attempted to point out where there was still dirt on the car. If the first employee I encountered had simply told me their wash would not take care the dirt I pointed out when I turned my keys over I simply would have left as I could have gotten the same level of wash from a standard car wash for less money and then done a better job myself of sweeping the car out and wiping out the interior. read more
