I've been in Naples 30 years, should have read the reviews about this place. Must be under new management. Got the car washed, after being hassled to add extra services. After it was dried guy called for me to get the car, girl was trying to remove dirt from the back, head guy stopped her, I asked whats all this dirt, he said "if you want it removed you pay extra." I said I have to pay to have dirt removed. He said you want to talk to manager? I said yes, in the meantime I removed the dirt with the girls rag, manager never showed, I went and found her and told her what occurred. I have been going here twice monthly for a fews years. Basically they do a good job however the in and out wash is 48.00 plus tip. The overall out come is good and oddly the cherry on top for me is you get wafer air freshener from the cashier. This last trip I asked for two as I drive a truck and the cashier agreed. I took my car to this car wash for them to exclusively remove the bugs on the front of my car as I just drove thru alligator ally a couple of days ago. I usually do this myself but I figured to pay for it as I know it's a time consuming job and I didn't want to do this myself this time. They charged me $84.53 and did not take care of the issue. They claim the bugs are burned into the paint which is imposible because this vehicle has 7k miles, I always keep it clean and I literally just drove thru alligator ally (See photos of headlamps, they burned into the Plastic of the headlamps in a couple of days too ? Today, similarly to 9 other NEGATIVE reveiws of AUTO SPA, 4920 Tamiami Trail North, Naples, 34103, I had the worst experience at this auto detailing Spa. STAY AWAY from this place. I paid $96 for a wash, and the rear carpets to be cleaned, rear mats to be washed etc. The car was presented as ready and when I looked in the back the mats had water in them, I requested they remove the residual water. they started to do so when a man approached stating he was the GM, he looked in the car, took pictures and said something to the fact of "what water are you talking about"? I pointed it out and he continued to be verbally abusive. Mats were removed and then it became noticeable clearly the mats were not cleaned properly, residual white matter on them, when I pointed this out he became very rude and said, "your done, get out of here, get your car out of here"! I refused and told hI'm I had paid for the mats to be cleaned and I would not leave until they were cleaned properly, again he stated, get you and your car out of here. I requested to speak to someone else and a woman approached stating she was a manager, she looked at the mats, saw the mess on them and asked the staff to remove them and clean them, however the man claiming to be GM, grabbed the mats from the staff, put them back in the car and told me again to get out or he would call the police. I called the police, who attended, looked at the mats, saw the dirt, commiserated with me, but of course could not force this place to clean the mats. The lady manager was very nice, the staff was vey nice bit this man claiming to be a GM is an unprofessional useless person who will drive business right away from this place if he is allowed to remain engaging clients. Oh forgot, while I was waiting for the Police he stood up at the balcony laughing as he stood next to other customers waiting, pointing at me etc etc. I have used this business for 20 years, never had an issue, but there is an issue now, a rude unprofessional GM if he is indeed GM. I have given this place several chances. The quality of the wash has gone from ok, to bad, to terrible. I will not be back for another chance. Although I paid for the most expensive all inclusive package, my car has never pulled off the it lot CLEAN. Initially I was told sap spots couldn't be removed unless I brought it in for a detail, because they could damage the paint. Somewhat understandable. But then I was told pet hair couldn't be removed from the interior unless I got a detail. No thank you. But the kicker was when mud and dirt was left all over the sides and tires and I was told "that won't come off in a wash and wax". It is clear now, they will do or say anything just to sell the detailing. You'd be better off paying a neighborhood kid 20 bucks to was your car and call it a day. read more

I went to get my car washed today, inside and out, and payed 47 plus a 20 percent tip. I requested that they pay more attention to the inside and clean up some spills (all surface level like a spilled tea). I get in my car and can visibly see some stains on the inside bottom left part of the door, but I usually don't bring up things so I move past it. Then I see the one stain in the back (again, literally just a spilled tea) and notice that they put my umbrella on top to cover it so avoid cleaning. I ask one of the workers if they could please wipe it up and he says something to the other workers, I get stared at, and in literally almost 5 seconds wipe the spill was cleaned up. All they had to do was wipe, and they are so incoherent, lazy, selfish, and honestly just fucking thief's that they stole money from me, didn't even clean my car and just tried to hide stains instead of taking a rag and rubbing for five fucking seconds. Updating my review again, the previous one was 5 stars and this one won't change. The whole crew here is exceptional. I come here every two weeks and the staff doesn't even have to ask what I'm there for. Just hand the keys over and I'll be back in about 40 minutes. Finally met Janine who runs the place and does a stellar job. Had a great conversation and really solidified that I will be counting on Waterfalls to keep both my work and personal vehicle shiny as can be. Always professional, complete in a timely manner and every time I get back in my van it's like brand new. The only complaint I have is that they offer a complimentary air freshener. JUST ONE! I'm sorry Waterfalls but if you're chasing that elusive 6* rating I'm gonna either need two air fresheners or fewer options because you offer so many! ... There are a lot of employees, and they are VERY good about which package you want..and the up-charge...$25 for a "regular wash" is a lot too.. and a "wipedown" inside the car is an extra $9 after paying $25 to go on the wash line inside. EVERY time i have been here, they ( at the end ) say, "you're all set" and i walk around the car and see a dirt / dust, water spots, still on the car?! it was a hand wash! The person who then wipes it down seems surprised....as if i'm being "picky." The car isn't clean. My black car had white paint splatter all over it. I brought it to Auto Spa to get an estimate for removal. They gave me a reasonable quote for an exterior detail and set the appointment. I dropped it off at the assigned time and they were punctual and very quick to get started on it. I picked it up later in the day AND the results were AMAZING!! Not only was the paint gone, but they removed the swirl marks on the hood. It was perfect and looked better then when I picked it up brand new. So I spent $50 on a car was, I paid extra for the wheels to be cleaned with no dressing on the tires specifically, wheels were sprayed with oily dressing all over rims and tires which will be all over the side of my Jeep, besides the tires the car was still dirty with water marks and dirt still all over. I got fed up going to the Auto Spa before because when I went there the check in people invariably tell me that the $19.99 won't clean the car. Usually because there are bugs on the car. This is Florida. Cars have bugs and for the most part they wash off easily. They want to me to upgrade to the $39.99 or today the $50+ package. When you go to pay, before the car is finished cleaning, they want to add a tip at the checkout...before you see what kind of job they did. Today I went back to try again as I was given a gift card. I have a Kia SUV and there is no trunk, just 6 seats and a small tail gate area. Apparently Auto Spa considers anything behind the first set of rear seats, trunk including cup holders, seats and carpet and the $19.99 wash does not include the trunk. It took me 15 seconds at home to clean "the trunk" with a shopvac. When I complained, the check in person proudly claimed he told me when I checked in. He didn't. The prices are equivalent of at market rate to other cities with this convenience and they further offer a worthy discount to our military, veterans, and first-responders. First of all I assume when they see people are coming out of their cars with masks abs gloves on they should have respected those customers by having their workers use mask while cleaning interior accordingly.
