I love this car wash. I sign up for the 3 month VIP unlimited car wash package for $117 which is cheaper than the Neapolitan car wash by Costco and does a much better job. The staff are all very friendly and remember me each time I go in. The attention to detail when drying is what I love. They even use a tire cloth to shine the tires. My car looks great and I get many compliments on how nice it looks when it's fresh out of the Auto Spa :) the whole process takes about 10 minutes each time and is worth the wait. read more

Really just a car rinse. Paid $90 for wash, extreme bug removal and cleaning and conditioning of leather seats. The work was so bad I had to re-clean it myself afterward. Exterior still dirty in many areas and imagine my disgust at how dirty my rinse water was after I re-cleaned the interior. The worsted part of this experience was when I was pointing out the dirty areas to the workers and managers they just wanted to argue with me. I will be doing it myself from this point on. read more

Paid 50$ for this wash.. I don't have high expectations for this place as they have 1/8th amount of cars they used to buy wanted the interior done nicely. Wow what a joke, starting on the exterior there was minor things left on pain in which I could wipe off with no effort. Moving to the informer I can see where they missed 60 percent of the cars leather. Would expect this out of a 12 dollar quick wash! Waterfalls Auto Spa wrecked my leather BMW M3 dashboard by spraying Armor All on it. Then they made matters worse by trying to fix it by drowning it in water, which created a potential issue with the stitching coming undone. I wish their clumsy work was the worst part of this Waterfalls Auto Spa story, but it's not... The manager on duty at Waterfalls Auto Spa, Jimmy, was extremely apologetic and understood that the damage was caused by adding chemicals intended for plastic onto a leather dashboard. After a couple of days back and forth, the general manager at Waterfalls Auto Spa, Jose, agreed to pay a detailing fee for the car dealership to remove the chemicals. But alas, after the restoration work was completed, he flat out refused! Unluckily for Jose, his agreement to pay the detailing fee over the phone was overheard by a service advisor from BMW via speakerphone. At the moment Jose gave his confirmation over the phone that the fee would be reimbursed, the service advisor at the dealership assigned a staff member to began the recovery work. And that's the truth. Speaking to Jose on the phone after the dealership recovered the dashboard was a surreal experience. He started out by denying he had ever spoken to me, then flat out lied by insisting he did not offer to pay the detailing fee. As you can imagine, this raised a lot of eyebrows at BMW as Jose had been heard agreeing to pay. The only conclusion one can reach is that Jose, the general manager of Waterfalls Auto Spa, is a liar. BMW also outlined to me that Waterfalls Auto Spa have absolutely no idea what they are doing when it comes to interior car detailing and that they have heard dozens of horror stories over the years. In my opinion, Waterfalls Auto Spa is managed by dishonest, shameless people. They have absolutely no problem, whatsoever, lying to your face and you should think twice about trusting your vehicle with their business. Potential customers of this Waterfalls Auto Spa should also visit their Better Busines Bureau page, where they have received multiple complaints about damage to their client's cars, and a subsequent pattern of not caring and/or lying about making good on damages. **** UPDATE 1: Janine from Waterfalls Auto Spa left me a voicemail on Monday, Nov 14, 2017, stating: "I got your message on Yelp and wanted to touch base with you". Got my truck detailed today and I'm extremely satisfied with the work they did. After a few years of going to the beach weekly, carpooling my dog everywhere and just not taking the best care of it, they made my truck look brand new! My friends are already asking me where I got my car cleaned because it looks so good. I wish I could attach pictures to this review so you can see how good it looks (edit- I figured it out :P). If there was a negative category I would mark it. I've never done business with such a joke. I pre-paid a $300 detailing on my 2012 F150. It had been a couple years since the last detailing and I went to try this place out. I specified a clay bar on my paint after they tried to upsell it. It's part of cleaning the paint! What up charge? The very demeaning Manager said he would throw it in. I received my truck and was immediately dissapointed with the lack of cleaning with obvious very easy to see and "detail" clean. I was told they weren't going to clean between the rubber bars on the steps, they never cleaned the top of the truck, they didn't clean and treat the rubber around the windows, they left filth in spots at all door ways. They didn't roll down the windows and clean the top of the windows and that's enough. I'm sick with the amount of money I had stolen for a car wash. pay the $20 and it's about the same thing. I know because I had another car washed their along with my truck. I do feel they worked good at getting the grit out of the paint on the sides of the truck and the hood. I spoke to the manager on duty "Dave" who was nothing short of bullish. He approached the entire situation form a place I've never seen. Very much rude. I was told "the discussion starts with me and ends with me" when I disagreed that they need to refund my money and I asked if he was the owner. Not an offer of anything to try to help the customer. He absolutely refused to 'DETAIL' as the service suggests on side steps but did have his guy go over some of the other points. Just went to waterfalls auto spa in Naples off pine ridge and was almost charged $139.99 to have my car washed and seats wiped down. Now yes I have children that so have spills and crumbs but wow $140! So I said no way. So the salesman who was very nice, charged me for the basic wash. And extra to have my SUV vacuumed. And extra for some bug prep. I get into my car and look at my backseat and this is what I see!! I think for almost $50 I shouldn't have crumbs left all over my back seat. My car (a late model Cadillac) was fairly clean but, I thought I'd stop for a car wash.. I pulled up to the greeting area where a polite Latin young man proceeded to "sell" me on a full wax instead of just a wash and vacuum. I asked how do you apply the wax? He told me they apply it with a orbital machine, he said they car wash is free if I get the wax, a $58 cost. I agreed, my car was finished in 20 minutes and brought out front, it looked ok, I got in a drove away. When I got home I noticed a black smudge on the rear bumper cover that was there when I first got to the car wash. I thought it was a 1/2" scuff or something? At home I took my polishing cloth and without any hard rubbing, wax, cleaner or anything else It came right off. What I don't like is that the "Greeter" sold me a line of crap, they didn't use anything other than spray wax, and buffed it with a micro cloth. I know because I retired from the automobile business after 40 years. My advice is Only get the wash! The other stuff is crap And won't last. read more

I got tricked into spending a few bucks more for the middle of the road wash set and dry. I hoped that after paying a little more for better service. They would provide. They seemed to take longer with the car but not much more was done. It wasn't worth the extra amt. since it was not completely dried out on the inside. And they missed vacuuming the small amt of sand around the center console. And bugs were still on the glass?!? grrr. I'm doing the glass myself next time. And tip myself more when I do a good job. So my car is pretty clean and I just wanted to get a really nice wax and really just clean up the inside a little bit so I Took my car in for a $300 detailing asked what was included they said everything even detailed waxing. When i pick up the car it looked like they had just done a glorified car wash and just washed the rugs the corners on the floor still had dirt the rugs still had sand in them. The wax job...... no wax was done to the car they just ran it thru thr csr wash a few time because A day later it rained and I had white spots all over my car from that crappy wax in the drive-through that dripped off horrible job. I called them and told them what a bad job it was and they told me oh bring it in and show us what you have a problem with and will redo it first of all I took an entire day without a car to do it I'm not gonna bring it in and show you because you're basically we need to redo the car all over again. Very shady business. Not sure I will ever go back. 1st time I brought my car here, they cleaned the inside and it still had stuff I had to clean up because they didn't. NOTE: they seem much more interested in SELLING you the deal of the day whether you need it or not. The people working there will ask you 2 or 3 times if your sure you don't want the "works" the special of the day. With that you end up paying closer to $50 when finished and you're not really sure what you got. Today was the 2nd attempt with them. My wife brought here car in and got the special of the day Gold Wash plus the shine. Her bill came to $39. I asked for the special and they began to charge me $49. When I asked why it was $39 for my wife, they quickly dropped the price. Then I noticed they charged me $33 for the exact same thing they charged my wife $39. Very shady business going on here. I had my car washed there 2 days ago and was told that I needed to have my car buffed because I had mold on it from parking under a tree (which I don't do by the way) that would not come off with washing. He quoted me a price that was over $200 for this service. I chose not to have it done and told him to just wash it for now. The "mold" which was actually just dirt did not come off so I went over it with a soapy cloth and it came off with no effort at all and should have come off in the wash. Either he is stupid or he thought I was. The wash I paid for was a waste of my money and I will NEVER go back there again. read more

I had tried several other car washes in the Naples area without too much success. However the Waterfalls at this location did a pretty good since job since I started going to them last year. However the last wash was terrible. It was a slow day and maybe the regular crew wasn't around, I don't know. When I inspected the car after the wash, the wind shield was still dirty, the dash hadn't been dusted as it normally is and the door sills that have always been wiped down after the wash weren't even touched. I told who I though may be a supervisor of the issues and he offered to wipe a couple things down but I didn't have the time for that to happen. So instead, you get my comments. This is a management issue. They are supposed to be sure that their service is provided in a consistent manner and not make the customer bring these matters to them after the fact. My newly purchased vehicle suffered some stains on my hood. I drove to Auto-Zone, called mobile detailers, then drove to a car wash place, and then to a body shop place looking for answers, but came up short every time. The other car wash place wanted to charge upwards of $150 without any guarantees. While driving home I decided to give Auto-Spa a shot and I am extremely happy I did. I spoke with the manager and said she could get it done. She knew because she did it herself!! As busy as she was, she took the time to help me out without even knowing how much I struggled driving around town to so many places. This is the worst car wash I have ever received. I picked the most expensive package for both interior and exterior for SUVs and I DID NOT receive what I paid for. They didn't vacuum my third row at all nor did they wipe down anything in the interior as they should have. We brought our car, a Mercedes SL 550, to get a car wash on March 30th. Within a couple of miles of leaving the Spa, right off Logan, the cars driver side tire exploded, the car needed to be towed and the tire of course had to be replaced as there was a 4-5 inch gash on the inside wall. Between cost of tire and towing we spent $370. We reported it to the Auto Spa, the next day. We believe the tire was damaged as it was pulled into the car wash on the tracks. We aso brought them the tire, which Dave the manager was quick to take from us for examination. We were also informed that they would conduct an investigation into how the car was treated in their possession, we would be contacted within 48 hrs, they took our phone number and email, and said that things like that never happened. A few days later we stil didn't hear back so we reached out again. We were told that they would look at cameras, and that we could come in. Dave sounded dismissive. We said we would like information sent to us as originally stated. Once again we never heard back. Today is June 8th. Once again we called and said we would like this situation resolved before we post our review on the treatment of our situation, we wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Dave got on the phone I told him I would like to speak with Janine, as she seems to be handling customer relations, he would not connect me with her and said he is the only one handling our complaint. After three hrs we received a call from Jennine. To make a long story short and throwing info at us in an aggressive manner, and attacking with distorted facts - we were accused of extortion and were called thieves!!?? We are beyond disgusted with this business! They never even took an attempt to talk to us until we said we would go public with our review. We never expected a full refund of our costs in fixing this issue, but expected a little customer service and explanation or at least a response. Read the negative reviews and believe them. My favorite car wash in Naples. This place does everything for you for a reasonable price. I don't like going to the express washes where my car isn't hand dried and I have to vacuum myself. Staff always takes care of me and my car. I recommend going with the Gold wash and extreme shine wax. They also have great greeting cards and a killer gift card special around the holidays. I brought my truck in for a detail which over the phone was supposed to range between 300-350, I arrive and get told it's extra for the clay bar which I was fine with but then it was extra because my truck can't fit through the wash it needs hand washed? 1. I know my truck fits through because it's been through. 2. You'd think a full detail would be a hand wash anyway. So my total comes out to 475$. So for the price of 475$, the exterior looked good and didn't really pay attention. When driving I turn around and notice there's still crumbs on the floor. I then notice my floor mats weren't cleaned jus thrown in the back of my truck. Then I noticed that my truck bed still had leaves in it from before it had arrived. As if all this wasn't dissapointing enough for 475$, I then notice that my bottle of Chemical Guys Black Frost Air Freshener Spray, brand new unopened, had been thrown out or stolen. First time trying this place. I wanted the inside and outside cleaned and I was told a hand wax with carnauba wax. The inside was 38.00, a vacuum and some armour all type liquid applied. It was not applied evenly, they missed spots. They didn't vacuum between the seats and around them. I could have done better. Was still sand on the back seats. The outside looked good at first until I noticed the swirl marks on the hood. It took them less than 10 minutes to wax the car. They didn't wax it by hand as they said. I could see them working on the car through the window from the inside. They used an air gun with a pad that rotates, when they get dirty they grind dirt into the paint and leave swirl marks. That's what happened because I always hand waxed my car. Now I have swirl marks on my hood that can't be removed. My bill was 104.00. Will not be returning there and would not recommend to anyone. read more

I paid 40 dollars for their level 3 car wash and when I picked up my car it looked like they just put tire shine on my car and that is it. The outside was still filled with bugs, I asked the guy if I had paid for it not to be washed and he came back and started cleaning my car. He was very nice. I drove off very disappointed. When I noticed I didn't have the antenna of my car I pulled aside and called and they gave me attitude. I came back so they can put the antenna back on and I noticed how dirty my car still was. Made an appointment for an interior detailing for today. To start off, it took them 25 minutes for the detailing guy to start to check us in, and we were the first ones there for a detail. Next, they try to jack up the price on my wife. The price sheet at the counter says "starting at $120" for an interior detailing. We have a compact sedan, which we are just looking to get professionally cleaned before we sell it. The car is very neat, with no stains, garbage, or junk for them to clean up or work around. So why does the guy tell my wife it will be $150?? When I hear this and tell the manager, he gives me the line about the "starting at $120" policy, so I ask him to explain what could possibly make our detailing more than that. I have a local place I usually take my car to. They do a great job, are reasonable, and even give me every tenth visit free. But yesterday I decided to give auto spa of Naples (US 41 location) a try for sheer convenience since I could make it on my lunch break. When I first pulled in I asked for a standard wash and they asked me if I wanted my wheels clean for an extra 3 bucks. Strange question for me since my usual place includes that. I figured they must do a really good job since they charged extra and ok'd it. When I got the car back, the wheels had a black greasy substance on them, just the outside edge was wiped clean. Inside the car there was still sand on the passengers side floor mat, and it looks as though the completely forgot about wiping down the dash. I was really shocked but had to get back to work.
