I drove from Texas to Naples and told them over the phone I had bugs. Didnt mind paying extra I just wanted them off my truck. when the truck was finished I had bugs everywhere and was told they tried with the pressure washer. when with my napkin they were coming off. They then take it back and scrub with bug juice. little better but had to go to Wawa across the street and remove the dried off residue of the bug juice on my chrome unless it will stain it. they should train their employees better knowing that could have caused damage. they didn't clean the rims either. not satisfied and would not recommend. read more

We stopped to get a basic exterior car wash. For $12.00 cash, they completely and very thoroughly soaped and scrubbed my entire truck and camper shell from top to bottom including the wheel wells and running boards before running the vehicle through the automatic car wash. To top it off, they hand dried the outside and interior doors and windows. This place is awesome!!! Best quality car wash ever!!! read more

It takes way too long to get your car washed. Today I intentionally timed it. When I arrived there were two cars getting vacuumed and then my car washed next. It took 45 minutes! I also noticed when I got home the car had black scuff marks on it that were not there when I arrived and the area where you open the drivers side door was dirty. Price of this car wash is reasonable. The employees are very nice. Poor management must be the problem. Manager wasn't there today. read more

I went on November 22 to get my car washed and cleaned. Pulled in at 12:03 pm. Around 12:45 I asked if my car was almost complete. Supposedly a car wouldn't start in front of me, so instead of moving mine, they passed 4 other cars in front of mine. My car was ready at 1:06 pm. I asked if they would do a refund. Took our car to this establishment. When the car came out of the wash, the tire was shredded and the underside of the car was damaged. We brought the issue up to an employee and was told that it didn't happen there! We did not drive to the wash on a flat tire and damage the car! Damage is extensive, plus we paid $400 for a new tire! Latino workers r rude. One lady knocked loudly on my car instead of telling me to move up. The other guy yelled at me loudly on Spanish to move my car. I told him I didn't understand and he continued to yell at me in Spanish. Rude. Update: the manager reached out and apologized and told me he doesn't work there anymore. She gave me a credit as well. I went for today for my first car wash with Radio Road Car Wash. I paid $12 for an external wash. They did an excellent job preparing and spraying and hand washing my car, wheels, front grill and back. Then I went through the auto car wash. Then they completely hand dried my car and it looked perfect driving away. I could not have been happier. I will definitely use them again! read more

EVERYTIME and I mean EVERYTIME I go to get my car washed, they ALWAYS do a stupendous job! I recently kind of "bumped into" a pole at the gas station and I ended up getting black paint on my white car, that I just could not get off. I tried, soap, I tried "Goo be Gone" and nothing was working. I asked if they could take a look and perhaps mitigate the black marks. Mitigate? Nope...they got rid of them!!! They refuse to inform people of any problems, they never do a good job, and are extremely rude. They underpay their workers and never treat them right. If I could rate it 0/5 stars I would. This is the best car wash in Naples! Some car washes use old rags over and over and it leaves a strange stinky smell in your car after they wipe it out. Not here. I watched them constantly use fresh cloths to wipe out interiors. Their system is very efficient, and they do a great job shining up the outside as well as the inside of your car. Not only that, but whatever they use to clean the dash makes it look shiny and clean for days and days. The prices are reasonable and the employees are very friendly. There's a nice spot where you can sit in the shade and watch all the magic happen to your car too. Fun. :) Don't forget to tip the employees- there's a tip box! read more

My husband had a very bad experience today going to car wash on Radio Road. He selected a wash in/out for $32. And was amazed when asked to pay an additional $20 because there was a lot of dog hair to vacuum! We have owned dogs forever and have NEVER been charged extra like this. This is one of those sad stories where the owners step back and the service goes down. I've been going to this car wash for years now as I have a dually and they always took care of me. I got to briefly know who the owners were but I haven't seen them in an awhile, with this said, the last few car washes have been mediocre and today was beyond disappointing. I paid for the hand wash (which by the way has gone way up) to the nice lady who greeds you and I offered to drive my truck to the guy who does the hand wash and immediately he started to complain. He said he wasn't gonna do my hand wash because he didn't feel well, then told me he was just gonna hit it with the power washer and that was gonna be ok to what I said NO and I told the lady to give me a refund. Who knows how many more times they only do this and maybe this is why my truck lately came out looking just ok. I hate to say that I will not be returning to this car wash with any of my vehicles. I just left Radio Road Car wash. My son purchased an unlimited exterior car wash plan for my birthday. When I tried to activate it, I was unable to do so. Despite showing my son's receipt for 2 months Of service. I was told it probably was through the website and not EVERWASH. Couldn't get an answer about who's Everwash. Customer service said to talk to the manager but the manager was too busy to talk to me. And I should consider myself lucky that they gave me a complete car wash and not just an exterior. If a gift is purrchased through their website there should be better service than I received. I instructed my son to cancel the plan and dispute the charges. Poor customer servic! read more

This businees was sold and the new owners are a company . The price has gone up and the service is slow and terrible. I went today . there were only 3 cars infront. After the first car went through it took 20 minutes for the next car to be washed. there was only one person to drive the car out of the wash and the dry it. I was therefor a total of 70 minutes. By the time my car went into the machine there were 6 cars behind. 3 of these turned round and left 7 cars came int the entrance and seeing the long wait they all left. the previous owner were excellent, quick, efficient, and id a perfect job. Even with 5 cars in front the previous owners would have had me through washed, dried and ready to leave 30 minutes after I arrived. This new comapnay is TERRIBLE I will not go back and I am WARNING evryone to look elswhere read more

I have brought my trucks there over the years. My car wash today was terrible. They did not clean off the bugs on the windshield, mirrors, front bumper or the front grill. Car was not properly dried so not I have water streaks running down the doors. Prices have gone through the roof. They only armor all 3/4 of the tire and over sprayed the entire rim. It's nice that they wash it, but for $68+ they should've cleaned it, too. After the team dried it, I got a rag and wiped it because it still had many dirty spots so it was bothersome that the spots weren't going to be cleaned because I was told they only dry the vehicle, that they don't clean the exterior like that unless it's polished although I was able to remove the spots with just water and a rag. I won't spend my money here again. And the massage chair is not relaxing at all. Originally, I was going to give them a great review before I got the car, but after the massage chairs squeezed my legs too hard and literally hurt my coccyx and lower back, I decided to hold off. One of the women said it was dirty because of the tree I've had it under. I have not had my car outside for over a month due to repairs so I was baffled when she tried to give me that bs. Imagine someone trying to blame you for something that you cannot relate to. This place is a big no-go for me. Me, personally, I want exactly what I paid for so this was a thumbs down since they didn't deliver 100% of what I paid for. The place across the Coastland Center mall has never disappointed like this, but I decided to try them out since it was on my way home from the repair shop. I hope this helps someone.
