I went through the wash and my car came out dirtier coming out of it. I went back to the attendant and he said there is a problem with the wash. They closed it and told me to come back later for a wash on him. I don't have time for that and asked for a refund. No refund available or voucher. He said come back in the next week and he would give my car the works. I went back a few days after the holidays. It was a different attendant. I explained what happened and what was told to me for a new wash. His response was 'I guess I'll take your word for it' - really why would I lie??? He had no response, I told him to get the manager because I'm sure that person would know if they had a problem. He gave me the wash but it still did a bad job. I left a heavy film on my windows and car. I had to take it to another car wash to get it clean. Never going back to that place or any other Mister Wash. read more

Today I got a platinum car wash and then proceeded to the vacuums where one wasn't working. Two carpet mat cleaners were not working as well. Looking at the paint you could see many places it was not cleaned, this is odd because it usually comes very clean. For some reason there were many unoccupied vehicles parked at the vacuums. This place is changing names and maybe ownership as well. If this is how it's going to be from now on I guess they'll lose my business. read more

Terrible. Took my car through the $25 wash and it came out worse than it went in. I pulled into the vacuums to dry it and found it was still really, really wet despite the air dryers. As I toweled it off, I could see spots everywhere from the tire shine. It was all over the hood, windshield, etc! Days later and two other car washes (different ones!) and it is still all spotted up. Ok, so after getting a brand new vehicle, I decided to finally check out this very busy place to see if the hype was real. Well, yeah, gotta say this joint ain't only hoppin', but it's hoppin' for the right reasons. Since we're nearing 2018, is it any surprise that so many things are becoming more automated? Scary in many ways, yes, but also pretty darn cool. So, let's begin. There are 3 automated teller lanes to choose your level of wash (members use the left lane) and pay using cash or your card. Once the line is short enough, the gate will open and you can find your place to "enjoy the ride!" The attendants at the tunnel will give you a complimentary bag of a cleaning wipe and "Clean Machine" logo air freshener, then help you guide your driver side wheel into the tunnel track. They'll pre-wash your entire vehicle, remind you to put your baby into neutral, take your foot off the brake and you're ready for a Disney-like washing experience. Sit back and relax - you'll be through in a few minutes. After getting splished, splashed, scrubbed and spit out of the tunnel, you can park in one of the dozens of covered spaces with vacuums on each side to finish your detailing job. Your vehicle will still be plenty wet, so take advantage of all the fresh towels, too at each station to dry off every little nook and cranny. It's amazing how much water gets inside the door jambs and such, but it's worth it because the wash really is amazing. Being in the shade makes the job much more enjoyable, and having the long vacuum hoses makes cleaning out the interior really easy - and FREE for customers. There are some pay kiosks on one side closest to the main entrance for the wash if you'd like a little extra fragrance, shampoo (I think), but I've found on my 2 visits that I didn't need much more. Plus, I brought my own polish and window cleaner from home as well. This is a great place, I've enjoyed sitting back and looking at my ride after the wash and I'll definitely visit at least twice a month. Now called Mr. Car Wash. This is an example of a big national company taking over a local chain and ruining it. When this was clean machine, you had free micro fiber towels, window washer liquid and large buckets with brushes so you could pre clean bugs off your car machines that washed and vacuumed your floor mats and a free hanging air freshener . Now under new ownership we have lost all of those perks. This used to be the BEST place in Naples to get your car washed. Now its a place with free vacuums. Nothing else. They took away the free rags, free air freshener, free pre-wash bug cleaner buckets, and no longer spray the front and back of your car with the extra cleaner. The wash now does a blah job. I have a monthly pass here for the best wash. They do a decent job, except for bug removal. I come through at least once per week and the bug guts don't go away. They're so bad at it that they put a barrel at the entrance with soap and a brush so you can DIY. DIY!?! That's why I came to the car wash! I really like this car wash. It's a great value and the equipment gets the car very clean. So why three stars? After 6:30 pm they shut down TWO THIRDS of the vac stations regardless of how busy they might be. So, if you come after 6:30 and want to towel dry the car and vacuum you have to wait in line while staring at a parking lot full of empty spaces. When I asked the manager about it he said he gets that complaint ALL THE TIME but that's the way the owner wants it. I get wanting to run an efficient business and wanting to reduce labor/electric costs but this is ridiculous. At least keep two lines of spots open so people don't have to wait for 15 min just to dry the car. read more

Law this place. So for awhile I wasn't getting my car washed often and due to that I was accumulating these black spots on my car. Couldn't get it out anywhere, went to clean machine and one of the gentlemen there explained to me that the spots were some sort of airborne mold from mulch (which happens to be in my condo parking area in a few different places) he informed me to use hot water and soap to clean it off. Also works if I use their rRNA with the window cleaner I have. But now I have the unlimited pass here for around $40/month and I love it. Keep my car clean and in great shape. Also able to get right in cleaned and vacuum my car without a problem. Definitely the best car wash I've been to in Naples. I've been to probably 3-4 others. I have been to this car wash twice, not all of the side washers work, car is still dirty, wheels are never clean. might need to look at your equipment or stronger wheel chemicals, if you can't clean wheels in the tunnel, then clean them before it goes in. read more

Incredibly unprofessional business. This facility did damage to my car and the site manager and management took zero responsibility. Part of my new car was ripped off, was found in the car wash, and was viewed by the cameras as being damaged during the wash. It was also run over by other cars. The "site manager" deemed that they had no fault and I was on my own. Total nonsense and a class-less move by a local business. I would never allow another automobile near that place. If I were involved in the management here, I'd be embarrassed of my staff. Find another place if you value your car and possessions. This business surely does not! read more

If you just need a quick basic wash this might work it doesn't do the wheels very good and if you have bugs spot so you have to scrub them ahead of time and they have a station for that the vacuum cleaner is included so that's a plus but the wash is very mediocre read more

We were disappointed with the wash from Clean Machine. Somehow, a brush left abrasions on the rear lift gate of our 7 week old SUV. Black paint, so every little scuff shows up I emailed clean machine to advise them of abrasions (so they can adjust equipment), cancel our monthly membership (we won't be going back for a wash - ever) and to request a refund. Reply from clean machine: "Video doesn't show abrasions. Do you have pictures?" No refund offered. If you ignore this post and get your car washed there, at least check the rear paint on your car for scuffs/abrasions!!!!!! Signed up for 6 months - same as a year ago. Will not do again. The nice leather cleaning wipe that was part of the package is no longer provided. Now, they ask you to use their window cleaner fluid with their towels. This does not even clean the windows without streaking and second, it is not for use with leather. Efforts to get them to supply the wipes have fallen on deaf ears. Also, service attendants are not well trained, nor are they courteous. Not a way to run a business. read more

My husband discovered Clean Machine on the way home from work and now we both have monthly plans. I gladly drive out of my way a bit to use this car wash. SUCH an improvement over the "full service" washes that cost much more but only do a slipshod job. The drive thru exterior wash is excellent. Vacuum area is clean, covered, and really has great power vacuums. Finally - nobody has mentioned yet - they have mat cleaners! I can use these, plus the free towel, to put finishing touches on my car and be sure that it's in top shape all the time. Such a convenient car wash, my car always comes out like brand new. They also have a Matt washer that I always use! Not just that, but they give you FREE Air Fresheners and FREE Towels that takes off EVERYTHING when I clean my dashboard. Just used this car wash for the first time after seeing the other positive reviews. I have a white car and don't wash it too often but when I do I need a HEAVY clean. I have used other car washes before but they have never been able to clean off the month old dirt and bugs that were practically dried on to my car UNTIL I found Clean Machine. Not only is it an awesome and thorough car wash but they give you an air freshener for free, a wet towel for the inside of your car, free vacuums, car floor-mat cleaners, and dry towels to clean up. I got the silver level, which did a great job. They also give you a free air freshener and yes, even a towel!
