My brother had always been a customer since he moved to Naples many years ago. Also, a good friend of mine takes her cars exclusively to Naples Park Auto and have for years. They have always been happy with their service. Brandon is always fair, kind, reliable, trustworthy and does a great job. His shop is clean and organized and Cheryl is friendly on the phone and in the front office. I will only come to Brandon for any future car repairs of my own should I need them. I now have my brother's Jeep Wrangler Sport since he passed and took it for them to look over so I know it will be road worthy for a trip to NC. I know I won't be taken advantage of for unnecessary repairs and if for some reason it does need some work, I'll be charged reasonably. read more

Horrible!!! Ex customer!! Who will never go back. After spending hundreds of $$$ on repairs I had decided to look into buying myself a different vehicle. I called Naples park Auto to have a car checked out that I was interested before the purchase. I was told by them I would have to wait 3 weeks for them to check it out. And my final draw as to why I would not recommend or return is just last week I had asked Brandon to hook up a computer to my recent purchase which is now having issues, and I was told it would cost me $50 for a minute of his time. In their advertisement, it states "Family owned and operated and wants to treat their customers as family". What a joke! read more

Probably should leave a five star but four stars are more believable. I made an appointment a week in advance to have my front breaks replaced and rear brakes checked--I had over 50K miles on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and had never changed the brake pads. The time required for the next available slot says something about the customer base. They called and informed me that the brakes did not need changing (I apparently did a lot of highway driving). They also had taken the car for a brief spin to insure no problems. I was charged a small service fee. read more

I'm very disappointed with the owner of this shop. After servicing my vehicles for several years a major repair was booked in April, and was to be completed no later than Nov. That gives them 7 months. On the 6th month the owner informs me that he can't do the work. This owner is NOT a man of his word, very very disappointing. Phoned the store, told them what brand of car battery I want, told them exactly what I drive and asked how much would the battery would cost for me to pick it up? No service required I just need the battery. The lady on the phone told me they cannot tell me how much it will cost, that they require me to bring the car in so they can see what kind of battery it takes. I told her that the battery is dead, it won't start, I can't drive it anywhere much less bring it in. Yes, perhaps I could jump it and drive it in but I don't know if I will want their battery when I hear what they charge for it. Then, unless I have left it running, I'm stalled again. Anyhow, she apparently does not want my business. Some merchants just like to make it difficult for prospective customers to come in and spend money. MAYBE... just MAYBE I can find a business here in town that CAN tell me how much they charge for the battery I need and I can spend my money at their store not at Naples Park Auto Service. read more

Brandon is a great mechanic and also knows his electrical. I agree with those who have found him to be top notch. Not the person who Taylor D. wrote about. I have had several of my cars in and if they need work, he fixes the problem. If they do not need work, he lets me know. That is an honest mechanic. What I do agree with Taylor D. is to find a reputable shop is very hard in the area. read more

Don't know how Jackie was able to find Brandon honest. He's a young kid who doesn't understand customer service and is so absolutely full of himself it's sickening. Honest to god I used to only take my car here before him. I went to have my car get serviced real quick before a trip only to leave there with the problem WORSE then before. I told him and he sat there telling me basically I'm SOL and it was my fault. Want a good mechanic in this town, good luck. read more

Great mechanic who is honest. I was told by a different repair shop that I needed brakes. Being new in town I took my neighbors recommendation to go to Naples Park Auto Service.
