I immediately reached out to my friends to see who they would recommend and Tatiana came highly recommended. Upon my first meeting, she was friendly, supportive and knew exactly what to do. The manager was literally oh well, there is nothing I can do about it, we have looked everywhere, we even checked the security cameras. I then asked, so you think you have a thief among yourselves. She did not have one once of symphathy for me. I was not excpeting any, but she was a total straight face, we do not care attitude. The defect was a tri-pointed large rip, like it had been caught on something, some stitching to hold down one flap, missing fill in that corner and a charge to return it to me minus the stains. Do not prepay until you inspect your property, and would think this would've been noted upon receiving for cleaning.

The reply used cited the fabric type so I challenged again having had this exact same reasoning a time before. No, these are 100% cotton; no man made fibers. This time this new attendant takes my shirts back to hang them so she can visually inspect the tags; then asks for my phone so she can confirm they've been laundered before. After may a 10min delay, I get my credit and drive off; never to return. Seriously this isn't a lot of money each time but to challenge and spend minutes reading each shirt tag...I vote with my wallet!!!
