I received a call today 6/19/2026 from a ERO representative who advised that the shipping was higher than what was calculated at check-out (it more than doubled) and they couldn't ship my order unless I wanted to pay the additional shipping charges. I declined and she then tried to switch me to another product. I assume they are not aware that Under Florida law, once your payment is processed and an order confirmation is sent, a legally binding contract is formed. The company cannot unilaterally change the price of the shipping or hold my order hostage. If they fail to honor the original agreed-upon price, they are in breach of contract. This is exactly what they did here. My next step is reporting them to Florida regulators for their poor business practices. This mistake was not my doing! ERO should have done the right thing here.

Lovr Boy's Coffee is top tier! Being the coffee snob I am, I can tell a fresh bean from an old one and they are killing the game. They roast their own organic beans, make their own syrups and have homemade sourdough treats. We got a loyalty card and once you get 7 drinks, you get one free. I couldn't be more in love with this concept and will definitely be back. The only downside is there is only one small table, so it's definitely a grab and go type place. If you're in coconut point, you have to stop by!! Everything about this place is so aesthetically pleasing! She moved to my line thinking she would be next. The sales person actually LEFT the checkout area after helping me! Ignoring my friend. I had to go over to her and get her attention. Very odd staff. The location itself was not very large but they had it very organized and had "hard to find" styles. I was able to grab a gorgeous bag for my mom and couldn't resist grabbing one for myself. The customer service was great. I enjoyed some "bag talk" with the ladies as they helped me decide on which items to take home. I'm so glad I found them, I just may be making the two hour drive over here more often.
