I had been overseas for an extended time. The manager told me corporate set the rules not her. I went across the street to White House Black Market returned 2 items. They returned the items without comment and helped me purchase a few new items. I will not shop at Lily Pulitzer again but will happily continue to shop WHBM.

This young man impressed us with his customer service skills, his product knowledge and his navigation through tracking down the lost items. He told us he had only been with Chico's for a few months! Wow he is impressive and would be an asset to Chico's as a Store Manager that enables him to coach and train a store staff with his unequaled skills. I think the owners must have hired new salespeople because the sales lady was very friendly and helpful. She engaged with me when I entered the store and made me feel welcome without being hovered over. When I had a question, she was quick to find an answer. She made it a great shopping experience for me. The store is utterly charming--a delightful mix of MacKenzie-Childs and stylish clothing.
