I went to this store today to buy my daughter a pair of shoes for a school trip she will be taking. When I went to the cashiers toa pay, there was three cashiers there. The first was a lady in her late twenties, mid thirties that finished helping her customer. She looked at me, my wife and my daughter and turned her back, folding clothes and pretending to be busy. The next cashier, a young man, finished with his customer and said he would help us. As we walked to the cash register, the lady started whispering in the mans ear about how she hates asians and would never help them. For the record, I am white and third generation American. My wife is Asian and my daughter was born in Australia, raised in America and is American. The young man told her to be nice and we paid. When we got outside my twelve year old daughter looked at me and said "Dad, why do people hate me so much when they don't even know me?" I was devastated. This nast angry excuse for a person destroyed a little girls confidence and self respect with one stupid comment. I truly hope it helped her feel better about her miserable existence on this planet. With Nike showing its colors about how it feels about racism in America, I hope everyone that reads this will join me in boycotting this un-american company. I wish we could give zero stars for unnecessary pain and suffering inflicted on my little girl. read more

I had a fabulous experience in this store today. A young sales person by the name of Carlos asked if he could help me. I explained that the shoes I found on clearance were too small and he asked me to give him a minute while he tried to find a pair. He came back and told me he had good news and bad news. The good news was that they had my size and the bad news was that they were in a storage unit offsite and it would take 10-15 minutes for him to go and get them. Sure enough he came back with the shoes in 15 minutes. He had a wonderful manner and was exceptionally helpful. Carlos deserves a raise! read more

I went to look around at the Nike Factory Store with my daughter and some friends at the Miromar Outlet Mall and it was laid out similar to other Nike stores that I've been in before. My daughter loves Nike and was the one who requested to stop by and look inside. However, this Nike Factory Store was not very impressive with their products for sale. Staff was also not very helpful nor was there much staff present on our visit. We looked around the store for about 5-10 minutes and left shortly thereafter. read more

Quick stop in here with my mom to look for sneakers for her. I'm used to going to the one at Sawgrass Mills and that place is an insane asylum no matter what day you go. If you are flexible on colors, you can typically get a good deal on sneakers here. It helps to know your prices before shopping here, some items are better deals than others. This store was clean and well stocked. One of the helpful sales associates (Lisa) assisted us in finding a necessary size. She took the time to go in the back and check on shoes for me. She couldn't find the ones I wanted, but she came back with another pair that was similar, but even cheaper! I was so happy to get such a good deal! It didn't take us too long to check out. I had purchased clearance shoes, they didn't ring up correctly, but the matter was quickly fixed. I don't get up this way much, but this was a much nicer Nike Outlet experience compared to the one in Sawgrass Mills. read more

Laziest employees on the face of the earth. I certainly hope they don't make more than minimum wage, which seems like they are still stealing from the company. The employees are experts at hide and go seek, refuse to acknowledge you are there to shop, and love to steal their time on the clock. I guess it's fitting since it's a sports store. Employees will literally walk away from you if they see you approaching. The store is a complete mess and the employees are pathetic. The only people working were the cashiers. What a shame. Good selection of merchandise here but not a lot of clearance merchandise (where you get the best deals). I did pick up a pair of 2015 Air Max sneakers here for $99, that's a steal for those. The girl at the counter checking me out was decent. read more

Went to the Miromar outlets today to purchase some new basketball sneakers at the only to have my $300 polarized rayban sunglasses STOLEN in the back of the NIKE outlet. There was a camera right above where my sunglasses were left last and the manager explained to me that the camera is pointed toward the wall and would not capture footage of where I was sitting and there was nothing they could do. Price wise- They have good prices on some shoes and clothing. For product from the actual company having shirts or pants for 14.99 or 40% off is good. Yes going to Marshalls or wherever will be cheaper. That's a given. Anyways, I am more interested in service. I walked around this store for a good 30 minutes. They have an outstanding amount of employees working...but I was not acknowledged once. They were all standing together talking. I didn't buy anything because of it. I love when an associate does their job and asks me if I am doing okay in their store. Make sure your brand is being displayed in a good manner. The store is displayed nicely, and clean..needs customer service help. *Also Emerson, you placed a pair of shoes on hold at 3pm the previous day. I have worked retail and I am aware that most places put all of the holds back at the end of the night when they clean the store. Unless they told you this shoe could be put on hold overnight, which was false, it sadly can't happen. They acted brainless, maybe because those people did not work the previous day.* read more

Price-wise, you're much better off going to a TJ Maxx or Marshalls than here. We ended up scoring a sweet dry-fit shirt for 9.99, but the rest of their merch was very overpriced for an outlet store. read more

First off the prices here are not that good. You can get better on the internet or at Marshalls. Second the selection is spotty at best. Finally and worst of all, they have really awful customer service. I tried to get some help and talked to a manager called 'Pops', and he could not have been more surly. Do yourself a favor, go to UnderArmour or the Adidas store. This place needs to learn to value their customers, and the only way they will is if everyone goes elsewhere. read more

Product wise- it is all displayed nicely. Deals weren't amazing though, but Nike has become very prideful with their prices, so not going to attack the individual store for that. Other than that, they were very staffed. Now the staff just needs to become more vocal with customers and less social among each other. This is supposed to be where all the good deals are. Aside from the high retail prices and misleading signage, there are constantly kids bouncing balls all around the store. It's extremely annoying and none of the associates say anything. Myself and some other people in line literally put our stuff down because we couldn't tolerate it any longer. Found a shoe I liked. The store didn't have my size. I was told they can't order it from their "offsite" in my size. They said it "should" come in during the following week. Then I asked if I could pay for it to get the sale price and they just call me when it comes in. They told me no the price will be the same. They said to call ahead to make sure they had it so I didn't drive out for nothing. I did exactly that. I called in today. (one week from my original visit) They said they had my size, color, everything. I got excited so I loaded up my family. Drive 45 minutes. Get there. Can't find it. Stand around for about 6 minutes looking around for help. Employees are standing around talking about their personal lives and I get offered NO help. Had to search for help. Kid who helped me then found out they didn't have my size. Not to mention the shoes were more expensive than they were when I previously saw them. After I expressed my frustration that someone told me they had them in stock and they didn't. And I drove all the way there, the employees looked at me with no response. I try to go onto the Nike website after I swore off this store, can't get the shoes I wanted from the website either. I have now sworn off Nike. I encourage others to do the same. Pathetic company. I've worn Nike my whole life too. Never again. Kids won't. I won't. read more

Terrible service. Employees are helpless when you request assistance. I placed a pair of shoes on hold at around 3pm, specifically for 24 hours, and when returning LESS than 24 hours later(about 1pm the following day), they had sold them to someone else and acted completely brainless about the entire situation. Came here the day after xmas hoping for sales. The store was very busy. I was kind of disappointed with the amount of women's apparel they had. i was looking for yoga pants and only saw two different styles. There was no wait at the fitting room when I went in. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to be given a room or not, so I awkwardly stood there as the employee folded shirts. Tired of waiting, I just went into an open room. The check out was busy, but to improve efficiency they had someone take off your security tags before getting to the register. I noticed the price was a little high, and saw that the girl at the register had not taken off the 30% off for two of the shirts. I asked her about this and she didn't even know they were on sale, then asked me to tell her which shirts were on sale. I'm an honest person and told her which two they were, although I probably could have gotten away with a bigger deal. Moral of the story, watch the price total to make sure you are not being ripped off! read more
