It's a pity that I have to give this place a one star review for my most recent experience. We can right when it opened and was helped by a very friendly young man. He gave us great helpful tips and advice. The experience changed when we went to check out. I wanted to discard my shoes, but my brother was getting his sneakers he tried. I handed the shoes to the nearest associate and said "hi can I give these to you, they didn't work out so I'm all set" He walked to the register to help my brother but then began scanning my shoes as well. I quickly told him we were only getting my brother's shoes. He replied with a snark comment about then why did I even give him the shoes in the first place and rolled his eyes. He clearly did not want to be there and was taking it out on the customer. This experience alone would make me not return. Didn't have the style of the particular show I wanted. They had a pair that I liked by not my size. 10 is pretty normal. They refused to order it for me. These shoes are quite pricey. I've never been to a shoe store and not been able to order the ones I wanted and my size. Overpriced and under delivered. read more

Constant lack of inventory / sizes. Every time I go there I face the same issue and then end up ordering online.

Love this store! I stopped here to spend a $15 gift card and ended up staying and shopping due to the outstanding customer service and help. We found really nice quality jackets and bought some as gifts since they were discounted so heavily! The store also has tons of Nike leggings and pants on clearance! I went to Fit2Run today not knowing what running shoe I wanted to buy. All I knew was I needed a pair that was durable enough, fit well, and was somewhat stylish. Yasmeen Chang, one of the store associates, helped me accomplish all those things. Not only was Yasmeen knowledgeable with the different brands and models but she was patient and understanding with all of my questions. Yasmeen must of pulled out approximately 15 pairs for me to try on and described how each shoe was different from one another. Yasmeen showed great customer service skills, attentiveness, and product knowledge. Yasmeen ultimately helped find the right shoe for me. I highly recommend Fit2Run for anybody in the market for new running shoes. I know I'll be going back. read more

Absolute terrible customer service. Asked if I could be fit for a running shoe and was told someone would be with me in a "few minutes". I waited patiently and was completely ignored. Then i decided to just figure it out myself and try on a shoe and I had to basically beg one to just to check a size for me which they did not have either sizes and offered no alternatives and walked away. read more

Walked in to get fitted for the right running shoe. The shoes looked amazing on the wall and I actually looked at everyone of them. I picked up about 7 or 8 to see how the weight of the shoe was. Unfortunately, the two women working in the store couldn't care less about me or selling shoes. They never said hello. They never once asked if they could help me. The one may not have ever turned around from facing the wall behind the counter. The other one was busy with a clipboard and yet they both had plenty of emotional energy to carry-on a wonderful conversation with each other. I guess their social time being paid by the owner was more important than selling shoes. Horrible customer service. Walked out and this review is probably the only way they'll even know I was in the store. read more

I came here to pick up my packet for the swamp buggy mud blast. The staff was helpful and attentive. I ended up buying a pair of shoes.. Shopping problems. The girl who helped me was up to date on all of the styles. I would definitely go back to buy shoes from here. read more

A joke. Running superstores should have employees that know about the shoes they sell. The person who helped me should have been working at Champs. I had to Google the shoes on my phone to get correct information. Poor stock as well, half the shoes I wanted to try were not available in size 11. Then I got double charged for a pair of shoes and they couldn't properly do the refund including tax. The whole process took so long I couldn't wait to get out of there. If I hadn't invested an hour of my time I would have told them to forget the whole thing. read more

Awesome and knowledgeable staff. If they DON'T know something, they'll find out. Cater to more casual runners, which means they lack some of the more obscure models from companies, but they still leave big box stores in the dust. They even have more than a lot of other running specialty stores, especially in the Southwest Florida area (which is more known for retirees than fun, active people). read more

I went in on 8/18/18 for a fitting and was greeted right away even though it was busy. I was needing to get fitted for new running shoes and the woman who helped me, I believe the manager, was very kind and patient as this was all new to me. She helped me try on 5 different pairs of shoes after analyzing my stride on the treadmill. She even waited as I tried on the same pairs of shoes 2-4 times. Overall this was a great experience and I will absolutely be back! read more

On Friday, March 7th, my husband and I were at the Estero shopping mall. I was looking for athletic shoes. It is important to note that we are both retired, but as Vermonters, we are physically very fit. We hike, XC ski, and fitness walk. We had stopped in a few shoe stores, and I felt that there might have been a hint of pre-conceived notions about fitness abilities of older people. There was no sense of that at our last stop at Fit2Run. Jimmy approached us, and was so very knowledgeable about all the products for my needs. There was no "hard sell" approach, but honest appraisals regarding what would be helpful for me. I feel he was very serious and sensitive in the time he took, answering any questions I had. I ended up buying a pair of Hoka shoes (which I love!) and then asked about water carrier belts. He showed us several options, and spent as much time explaining the different options in these products as he had spent with the shoes. I left your store with such positive regard for the way we were treated, and would recommend shopping there to anyone who might ask.
