He gave us great helpful tips and advice. The experience changed when we went to check out. I wanted to discard my shoes, but my brother was getting his sneakers he tried. I handed the shoes to the nearest associate and said "hi can I give these to you, they didn't work out so I'm all set" He walked to the register to help my brother but then began scanning my shoes as well. I quickly told him we were only getting my brother's shoes. He replied with a snark comment about then why did I even give him the shoes in the first place and rolled his eyes. He clearly did not want to be there and was taking it out on the customer. This experience alone would make me not return. The rest of our check out experience was hostile and very unfriendly.

The first was a lady in her late twenties, mid thirties that finished helping her customer. She looked at me, my wife and my daughter and turned her back, folding clothes and pretending to be busy. The next cashier, a young man, finished with his customer and said he would help us. As we walked to the cash register, the lady started whispering in the mans ear about how she hates asians and would never help them. For the record, I am white and third generation American. My wife is Asian and my daughter was born in Australia, raised in America and is American. The young man told her to be nice and we paid. When we got outside my twelve year old daughter looked at me and said "Dad, why do people hate me so much when they don't even know me?" I was devastated. This nast angry excuse for a person destroyed a little girls confidence and self respect with one stupid comment. I truly hope it helped her feel better about her miserable existence on this planet. With Nike showing its colors about how it feels about racism in America, I hope everyone that reads this will join me in boycotting this un-american company. I wish we could give zero stars for unnecessary pain and suffering inflicted on my little girl.

Miromar Outlets…read more Shopping Experience I loved visiting Miromar Outlets. The property is clean, feels safe, and is thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to get around. Just to name drop a couple of the stores The Nike Factory, Polo Ralph Lauren, Saks Off 5th Ave, Guess and Adidas plus many more. There are just too many stores to name. With so many stores, you could easily spend an entire day shopping here. Atmosphere and Amenities Fountains throughout the center add to the pleasant atmosphere, and some even contain live fish. Benches are available, although I would welcome more seating as shaded areas were hard to find. I also wish there were more directories to help visitors navigate the property. Dining Options When you need a break from shopping, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including Ford's Garage, Naples Flatbread, and Rusty's Raw Bar & Grill just to name a few. Parking and Location Parking is easy, with large lots surrounding the buildings. I also heard that charging stations are available nearby. Interstate 75 is only a short drive away, making the outlets convenient to reach. Overall Rating Miromar Outlets offers an excellent mix of shopping, dining, and atmosphere. They even have a Lululemon outlet which is truly rare! The layout of the outlet is kind of like a L shape so the directory was definitely helpful. The Christmas decor was festive and fun! Now my sales person looks up says hello, never comes over to assist me or says she will be right with me. I'm just handed the box... I assumed this was a "sit and fit " place but no. I wasn't measured, just handed the box like I was in an outlet store. The other salesperson did not have a customer but she did not offer to measure or fit me either. I'm also not sure why my salesperson was not able to service more than one person at a time. The girl that checked me out was nice and signed me up for the loyalty program. My salesperson never thanked me for my purchase , kind of a disappointing experience. Maybe they are not on commission, but if they are , this was not great for a 400.00 purchase.
