Let me tell you about my experience in the Bonita Springs store today…read more I arrived with my 2 girlfriends at 620 pm and was fully aware they close at 7. At 640 as we were trying on clothes an associate came over and said "Ya know we close in 15 minutes" With a real bad attitude. I said wow I've been in retail my entire life and I would never say that to a customer. She then said OH WELL! Oh well we spent over 500$ Also my friend purchased a sweater with palm trees and another sales girl said well what are the people going to think when you wear the sweater with palm trees in New York. What a dumb unprofessional thing to say. Well Anthony's you need to do a better job training your staff with regards to customer service and maybe give some pointers on what not to say to a customer.

I was looking for something specific and managed to find it here. It's a pretty well-packed store and it's organized. Sizes seemed to be consistent and straight. Hooray for a light colored polo shirt that I didn Some "fluff and fold" tidying is definitely needed. I saw a few displays where clothes were not folded and displayed neatly. Prices were good, in the middle of the range.

I…read morewas told by someone who lives down here that they carry a decent selection of Salt Life apparel, so I should stop in and see if they have stickers too. The store was very clean and laid out nicely. I was able to find the Salt Life apparel section quite easily. When I didn't see the stickers, I went to the nearest cashier to inquire. her name was Joanna, and she might be my most favorite cashier in all of retail history. She was so warm and kind and very helpful as we tried to track down whether or not the store had any Salt Life stickers in stock. While I didn't leave the store with what I was looking to purchase, I walked away with something even better--a great customer service experience.

The woman running the fitting room today acted like a drill sergeant. No one was even there, but…read moreshe made me stand in a specific spot while she counted my items, which felt unnecessary and awkward. She also counted two matching sets as two items each and told me I had to leave one item outside the dressing room. That would mean trying everything on, getting dressed again, and coming back out for the last piece. The funny part is the sets are connected by the tag, so you can't even separate them to try them on individually. If they're going to count sets as multiple items, they should at least tag them so people can actually try them on separately.

Miromar Outlets…read more Shopping Experience I loved visiting Miromar Outlets. The property is clean, feels safe, and is thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to get around. Just to name drop a couple of the stores The Nike Factory, Polo Ralph Lauren, Saks Off 5th Ave, Guess and Adidas plus many more. There are just too many stores to name. With so many stores, you could easily spend an entire day shopping here. Atmosphere and Amenities Fountains throughout the center add to the pleasant atmosphere, and some even contain live fish. Benches are available, although I would welcome more seating as shaded areas were hard to find. I also wish there were more directories to help visitors navigate the property. Dining Options When you need a break from shopping, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including Ford's Garage, Naples Flatbread, and Rusty's Raw Bar & Grill just to name a few. Parking and Location Parking is easy, with large lots surrounding the buildings. I also heard that charging stations are available nearby. Interstate 75 is only a short drive away, making the outlets convenient to reach. Overall Rating Miromar Outlets offers an excellent mix of shopping, dining, and atmosphere. I must give Miromar Outlets five stars. Gulf Coast Terry

This outlet has a vast variety of stores for women, men, kids, and plenty of snacks and restaurants. This outlet had many values. My favorite deal was at Kate Spade. Most items were 50% off! They even have a Lululemon outlet which is truly rare! The layout of the outlet is kind of like a L shape so the directory was definitely helpful. The Christmas decor was festive and fun! They even have an island for turtles to play. See my photo of their playland. There must of been at least 50 small turtles. If you're in the Estero area, take a stroll right off the I-75 and grab yourself some deals!
