I have had two bad experiences with this company. The first was an appointment that, after 45…read moreminutes in the waiting room, I still had not been called. At the front desk I informed them I had other things to do and could not wait any longer. They were apologetic, calling me a day later and rescheduling. Everyone makes mistakes so I let it go. The second occurred today when I got a call from a collection agency over a bill from the Eye Center I had never received. I assume the problem was that it went to my winter address in Florida rather than my summer address in NY state, where I was at the time. The fact that they never bothered to call me before turning it over to an agency upsets me. I have never had to deal with a collection agency before this. and have an excellent credit score. My new puppy actually chewed up my very expensive Titanium Eye Glasses. I went to Quigley, and showed them the bird nest he created. True story- the lady in the center was wonderful. I was amazed at the pre screenings and evaluations and the choices you have for the eye surgery. I had severe cataracts, with my left eye being almost fully occulded. I was scared of losing my sight. I was constantly reassured that the problem can and would be corrected. As soon as the first surgery was completed, I was amazed at the results. The second eye was done two weeks later with equal results. New lenses in my eyes and a new lease on life. I was counseled on the pre and aftercare and the entire staff was both professional ans reassuring. When I get up in the morning, I still look for my eyeglasses before realizing I no longer need them. I just need to use the cheaters for reading.
