I was amazed at the pre screenings and evaluations and the choices you have for the eye surgery. I had severe cataracts, with my left eye being almost fully occulded. I was scared of losing my sight. I was constantly reassured that the problem can and would be corrected. As soon as the first surgery was completed, I was amazed at the results. The second eye was done two weeks later with equal results. New lenses in my eyes and a new lease on life. I was counseled on the pre and aftercare and the entire staff was both professional ans reassuring. When I get up in the morning, I still look for my eyeglasses before realizing I no longer need them. I just need to use the cheaters for reading. At the front desk I informed them I had other things to do and could not wait any longer. They were apologetic, calling me a day later and rescheduling. Everyone makes mistakes so I let it go. The second occurred today when I got a call from a collection agency over a bill from the Eye Center I had never received. I assume the problem was that it went to my winter address in Florida rather than my summer address in NY state, where I was at the time. The fact that they never bothered to call me before turning it over to an agency upsets me. I have never had to deal with a collection agency before this. and have an excellent credit score. I am finding a new eye care provider.

From my first contact on the phone to the greeting I received when we walked in I was made to feel like a valued patient. The exam I received from Dr Parrish was by far the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Using modern diagnostic equipment and technology Dr Parrish recommended a change to my contact prescription and took lots of time explaining his thought process. I've been wearing contacts for 30 years and I've not had the explanations I got today. Belinda discussed pricing with me then fitted me with the new lens. All in a. A five star experience.
