I have had two bad experiences with this company. The first was an appointment that, after 45…read moreminutes in the waiting room, I still had not been called. At the front desk I informed them I had other things to do and could not wait any longer. They were apologetic, calling me a day later and rescheduling. Everyone makes mistakes so I let it go. The second occurred today when I got a call from a collection agency over a bill from the Eye Center I had never received. I assume the problem was that it went to my winter address in Florida rather than my summer address in NY state, where I was at the time. The fact that they never bothered to call me before turning it over to an agency upsets me. I have never had to deal with a collection agency before this. and have an excellent credit score. I am finding a new eye care provider.

I was amazed that FDD was able , in very short order, to come to the house, do measurements, demo the old cabinets, and install new cabinets all in less than a month . The only reason I took away one star is that we were under the impression that the layout of the replacement cabinets would be identical to the existing, and they were not. We asked FDD to remedy this situation , and they declined. Overall, I do recommend them and would use them again, but I would make absolutely clear what I was buying and what would be delivered.
