They mailed me 3 devices through FedEx that I never received. Fedex admitted they lost them. But Verizon after a fight only credited me for 2. Then somehow transferred my account into someone else's name. Locking me out! They don't even know how that happen. We are now 2 weeks in and I still have no phone and no service. I can't even log into account or app as it continuesly tells me I'm not a Verizon customer. read more

6/1/25 The sales person Laurie was so rude and unprofessional. I told her upfront that the phone had insurance and instead of giving us the info to file a claim on our lost phone she still attempted to sell us a new phone. I questioned why I would do that when it was insured so she basically just walked away as we were still speaking. HORRIBLE service and gives Verizon a bad name. read more

I bought a phone recently, less than a few months old and it starting having issues and usually at other Verizon store they look at the phone and if they see an issue they send me a certified referbished phone. We'll they said they can't help me and tried to get me to add a new line for a new phone. Never going back to this Verizon. read more

G-d help us when people my age decide to buy new iPhones and iPads and have to do all the installations themselves! This is my experience today. I decided to switch from T Mobile back to Verizon. When we travel, sometimes we have very little service with T Mobile. So I went to the company store early this morning, with the intent of trading in my phone for a newer model and because I saw an ad that you can get $1000 back in credit towards a newer one. Maybe you need a Masters degree in Phone exchange and installation lol! I decided to get an IPad too because they were only over $200 if you purchased them together. I also bought 5 accessories so I would get an additional 40% off them too and two protection plans. You have to understand that I am usually a very conservative person, but my two bills came out to almost $900 ouch. I decided to pay for as much of the equipment as possible. I came home and Dave looked at the bills. He couldn't understand them and neither could I. I was busy trying to transfer one IPhone to the other. I ended up calling Verizon Customer Service who really did help me some what. But since we had a dinner date I had to stop after a few hours. I came home and everything still was not transferred. I started transferring to the new IPad and was practically crying at this point. So Dave said listen, let's go back to the store and return the IPad because I still had my older one and he said I didn't need to spend all this money. The monthly fees were just too much, even with a $300 rebate and some twenty something dollars off each month. There is also a fee when you start service. We got to the store at 7:40 and the store closed at eight. We were greeted not so nicely by a young lady who told us that if an appointment came in we would have to come back. At this point I almost lost it and told her that I would return EVERYTHING, if this is the way they treated customers. It turned out ok, I got about $350 dollars back for the IPAD and some accessories. They have a $50 dollar restocking fee. The other lady refunded my money and told us that we have to do everything ourselves because it protects our privacy. We even have to mail our old phone back. PS when I was on the phone with the tech, he said it was a way for them to have less people in the store. What do you think? I am perplexed since Dave recently bought a phone at T Mobile and they did everything for him! read more

Went in to pay my bill. Employee convinced me to add Netflix & Max+ to my Verizon account. I said ONLY if ad free. Has ads & I cannot get into Max. Jerk!!' Called to complain & another employee did nothing but try to selll me insurance for $25/month!!!! Phone does not work as it is supposed to and he did nothing to correct its operation! $200+ per month & phone does not hold a phone call! Poor service! read more

The employee was not patient and didn't care about my concerns at all. She was condescending and arrogant. Had she stopped and listened to what our needs were we would of upgraded both of our phones. They took my name when I got there and was completely ignored the rest of the time, along with other customers. They have absolutely the worst customer service ever. read more

As a frustrated ex-T-Mobile customer, I came to this store to get away from T-mobile's insanely garbage service. Brian was SUPER helpful in getting my family transitioned to the a new plan. Dude helped me through what I thought was gonna be a super difficult process. Insanely patient guy because it took much longer than expected due to complications on my end. They suggested I move my IPad, second phone, main phone and internet to Verizon business. They transferred everything but internet. I have had nothing but trouble since they did the transfer, taking unauthorized charges from my bank account, bills far beyond in excess of hundreds of dollars every month because they're incompetent staff screwed up my accounts and failed to inform me core about the downside and benefits of switching accounts. The people that work at this location are nothing other than order takers. They have zero knowledge of any of Verizon's policies. I'm canceling my service after 23 years with Verizon. Wish I could give 0 stars for poor attitude. I have been a Verizon customer for 15 years and never I'm my life have I ever experienced the amount of condescending and sarcastic remarks from an employee. Went in ready to buy a new phone and we were super understanding of all of the COVID precautions, I know times are very weird right now. Our team member Laurie from the moment we sat down had a horrible attitude and also when I asked a question she made me feel like it was a stupid question by her tone and choice of words. My phone display went off after being dropped and I went there to see if they could help (Apple store is closed due to COVID). A young woman with long black hair "helped" us and quickly told me that my phone couldn't be fixed and that I would need to upgrade. I ended up deciding that I would get an iPhone 11. The employee did not help me switch everything over because my data was backed up on the cloud. She just gave me the phone wrapped up and sent me on my way to figure it out at home. I set up the phone, then realized that I wasn't able to send texts or call anyone because she didn't activate the new SIM card or deactivate my old phone. Thankfully, my fiancé was able to switch my old sim to my new phone and all is well. I was frustrated that she didn't help me set the new phone up and feel like she did not do her job to the best of her ability. read more

Very very disappointed not only in Verizon but this location. I have been a customer of Verizon for 10 years and the service is getting horrible. I went into this location and wanted a print out of what was owed on my 4 devices. The 1st lady was very nice and said she could print it she then turned me over to another lady that refused to print anything and would not let me screen shot my bill or device info. This is the worst Verizon store I have ever been to..not helpful and have no idea what they are talking about.

I tried calling this store about a phone model in stock, but was unable to reach anyone at the store. I called again and was rerouted to customer service who said they could verify the stock of the phones but not the color, so I drove to the store. Both the customer service agent and hours online listed the store as open. I arrive and they are closed but I see employees inside. I knock on the door and wave and it takes about 10 min for someone to walk over. They refuse to open the door - I am just trying to verify the hours for the next day as they have two different hours listed on the door (also different from online). Apparently they are NOT OPEN SUNDAY even though it is listed as open. Extremely rude as I am just trying to find the hours for their store as they apparently close early, don't open at all if they don't feel like it? No way to treat a long time customer or someone thinking about switching! The treatment I received was humiliating and frustrating. Makes me seriously consider switching carriers all together. read more

I have been with Verizon for almost two decades. I went to this store and, based on agreement with the store agent, I purchased unlimited data plans for all phone lines and purchased two Samsung S20 Ultras. That was a huge mistake because the agent lied about several major details of the agreement. First, I went from a 42GB / month data plan to unlimited because she said unlimited is less expensive. I use almost 42GB per month and that was made very clear to her. I had heard about slowdowns and she clearly said that they do not apply. Secondly, she lied about the cost of the phone devices because there was a published incentive, and it was significant. A few weeks after purchase I hit a 10GB slowdown, which made data usage impossible and useless. I am a self employed computer systems engineer and I need remote data connectivity, so I paid off the phones so they could be unlocked and I could switch to T-Mobile. Verizon charged me nearly $1500 per device (2X), but the payoff on the agreement was $1500. So they double charged me and are not refunding, so I in the process of disputing through Visa. What a nightmare Verizon is. I could go on and on with other details, but it aggravates me so much and raises my blood pressure so I need to post this now. read more

Worse experience ever!!!! Steven at this location sold us nothing but lies when we did a transfer from Sprint to Verizon. I informed Steven prior to switching over from Sprint that I didn't want to get involved with lies about switching over to verizon with payouts and their gift cards promotions that we would get a total of 2 gifts cards to be a total of $600-$700 for our 2 7 iphones (lies). And now i'm stuck with a $1500 bill from Sprint that we have to pay and the only amount they gave us for our phones was a $148 gift card which is full of b.s for a 7 plus iphone and 7 iphone. that was still like new with no damages. And not only to say all they do is give you a credit towards their bill for you switching over thats not shit when you do the math and stuck with a $1500 bill that they lied and said they would help with the last bill and payout. Please if you are thinking of switching over at this store don't go elsewhere that would actually be honest with you and not to just worry about making a sale off you and get you stuck with a high bill from your other carrier that they don't do anything they say they would.
