I ordered and paid on line for a pick up. Big waste!! There was one customer service person for pick-up, return & exchange!! Seriously?? There was a long line when I got there so I went through the store and picked up a few items and walked right through the check out! Now I'm waiting in line for a pick up! How is this faster??? read more

We are in between Targets but this is one we frequent often. This target I feel like is always busy, I sometimes struggle to find parking, and the self checkout is insanely long. The reason we come here is their beauty selection, they have an Ulta within this store and that is super convenient for us and I love that I get my target points. read more

Target - electronics employee on a power trip - Department Stores Near Me - Cape Coral, Florida

Ok target. Now while it's not the biggest. But it had the most lovely of employees. I was greeted like 27 times. When have you ever been treated like that in any store? Like oh hello how are you? Do you need anything? Hey how are finding everything- and it not be in a condescending or disrespectful manner as in oh we are watching you and treating you like a criminal? Yeaaaah no this was beautiful. Real. Honest. And by god I'm so glad this is the target we decided to stop into! Thanks y'all. Ya queen felt magical af. read more

The employee Cristina was so kind to go above and beyond and help me find a product I was interested in. Without asking for her help, she offered to help me and check the back for the particular product I initially came into the store for. Although the item was out of stock, her kind gesture made the experience very pleasant. read more

I've had good success with the logo tshirts from Target. One of my favorites is the bright red Tabasco so I stopped in today to see if there was something similar. I liked the Star Wars and one of the Superman shirts but none were in a similar bright red color that does well for me. I also checked out the travel department to see if there were any new widgets or doodads that would be useful on my upcoming trip. The luggage is nice but expensive and I already have the cool doohickeys that I need. The store is tidy and brightly lit. Wide aisles and helpful staff. Everything is very clean, even the restroom. I love my target it was great every time. I've been here no problems returning stuff. So kind

As far as Super Targets go, this one is anything but Super. Perhaps the problem is that I was born a man. I recently moved here and thought that this target, based on the comparable size to the one I used to shop at, would offer comparable selection of affordable men's clothing. The men's section less than a quarter of the size of the last Super Target I shopped at regularly. The selection is poor even if it was fully stocked, which it is not. Many racks are empty. I wanted to pick up a cheap wallet for work, since I don't want a good one getting destroyed at work. Zero mens wallets of any kind. The Women and children's section took up about half the store. Pretty sad. Only useful for some grocery items and cosmetics. The toy section also sucks. I went there on December 5th and the Christmas section was half-empty shelves. I brought a reusable bag for my few purchases and told the cashier as I pointed to the bag in front of her. The cashier the. placed all my items into two plastic bags, then put those into my reusable bag. I wish I could say the service was at least good but clearly it was not. The only decent things were men's cosmetics selection, not the price, and the sale prices on alcohol. read more

The manger of this store needs to be fired. The children's shoe section is a disaster and you could not find shoes if your life depended on it. There is not one single box in place on the entire isle. Every box is open and strewn all over. I attempted to purchase a shirt to discover there was no tag to scan. The checkout person said it was part of a set and she was sorry and just put it in a bin without offering to help. Then the people in the shirt section were to busy talking to one another to help. read more

I came here looking for a laptop but they informed me that they didn't have any and it would be hard to find any at this time. I really appreciated their help because after leaving Office Depot, Staples and Walmart; even though a Walmart employee helped me I've had a few bad experiences with Staples and Office Depot. I feel like I will always have the same experience when it comes to Target. The employees at around every counter and they are willing to help no matter what they are doing. Target is such a beautiful store, in and out! I also love that all of their carts are really good and another thing; I respect and appreciate the fact that they have someone cleaning the buggies every time they have been used. I thought that was very thoughtful considering the certain situation that we're all going through at the moment with this virus. read more

Amazing, love coming here. They are also so very welcoming, especially the Starbucks even when they're busy they're always in a good mood and make great drinks. The cashiers at check are always kind and helpful. read more

It's a nice target store but they really need to train their employees better. Soda stream has a national exchange program whereby you can bring an empty CO2 container and exchange it for a new one for $15. Walmart was out so I went to target. Target had the exchange sign on the counter so they clearly were a participating Retailer The target employee took my empty CO2 container gave me a new one and charged me $32.- which is the price of a new one. I asked her why and she told me it was because I was using the pink container I started to walk away and went back only to observe a woman exchanging a blue soda stream container and being charged $15 The store has a soda stream sign that says exchanges are 14.99 I gave the new container back got a refund and left the store And then went to the soda stream website word stated that participating retailers or exchange containers for 14.99 Again they really need to train their employees better. Why would I trade-in aCO2 container and pay full price So back to Walmart I will go read more

Honestly want to give it 0 stars after today... I ordered something online and it shipped to me and was broken so I went to this store to return it. I went straight to the area with the sign saying "Exchanges and Returns" and there were two girls standing there. Right when one asked what I needed the other disappeared. Okay, fine. I explained to the woman what happened and she said I can get my money back on my card or go find it in the store and exchange it. I went on a scavenger hunt to find it because she gave me no direction and then when I got to the area where it would have been it was all gone. I went back to the "Exchanges and Returns" to find the younger girl who disappeared earlier and she asked what I needed. I explained again and she proceeded to say, "we do not do exchanges". I was shocked! The sign literally says exchanges!! She then said if I have the receipt I can get my money back...*which the first girl would not let me do since the order had not processed yet through my bank because I ordered it a day ago*... I told the young lady that I ordered it so I had no paper receipt and she blatantly looked at me and said, "it's on your phone". I went to find it and was very lost since this was my first time ordering online at a Target. I showed her my phone for some sort of direction or help and she said "well idk which order it is" I told her I had no other orders and this was my only one lol. She was no help so I had my dad (who was with me this whole time) help me find it and she scanned and said it will go back to my card. I'm frustrated with my whole experience!! Do better! read more

Ok, so this is my local target. It's the one that has taken most of my money ha-ha. Luckily I'm ok with that. Once you go into a target, you have an idea of where you are. They're all the same. I remember going to some nationwide, starting in Cali all the way to Boston..and they all had this similarity to them. Very consistent with their design and approach as a team. Because of that, if you like one, you may like them all. In this case, this target I've had 0 issues with. They usually are clean, organized, and well staffed. I can usually find what I'm looking for and I can usually return stuff without any hassle. In fact, I had to return something and there was an issue so I came back the following day and they helped me out more...it could've been one of those situations where I'd be upset if they wanted to put their feet down and say no. But they did the right thing and made it super easy for me to continue to go here and spend money. The introduction of the Cartwheel app has been great and usually saves me money and the need to look for my target card. Parking at this location is usually easy and it's a huge lot! Safe to say, I'll be back. read more

I love coming to this target when I am in FLorida. Not only is the store always clean and everything organize but the customer service is awesome. I normally walk around the store just looking at stuff, the traffic of people fluctuates from time to time but they still find a way to get things done at this location. Why not shop at a store where everyone greets you with a smiling face and a thank you for shopping with us? Pro- has everything you want and need Con-next to my favorite store publix! lol read more

Dysfunctional. Stopped to buy Diet Coke. First register is run by a woman who could only be described as moving in slow motion. Another person came out to help and open another register. Credit card machine was broken on that register. He saved the scanned purchase and move me to another register. Credit card machine was broken at that terminal too. Move me back to the Original cashier who could not get the saved purchase ticket to scan. 15 minutes to get some Diet Coke and I had to walk out without it. ‍ I felt like I was being pranked on a TV show. read more

Typical Target as the way of merchandise that Targets carry. I do not care for the layout in this store. One entrance/exit and it's in the corner and enters n the clothing section. To get to any housewares, food, seasonal items, you have to walk to the back corner, dodging carts coming out at you, people just stopping in the middle of the walk aisle, kids darting out from underneath racks. You get the point, it's a chore. Now I get that stores like to do that so you stop and shop along the way but stnding in my way is really ridiculous stuff that I would never be in the market for anyway (like a Valentine's Day Hallmark card on Christmas Eve). The checkout lanes are also ridiculous. They are the double ones so you go in front or in back. No good flow, people cutting in lines not realizing there are lanes since it's all a big cluster. It has a full service Starbucks inside. No way to enter off of Colonial/Veterans if you're going south. Need to turn onto Santa Barbara and weave through thePublix parking lot. read more

This is a clean Target in a pretty busy shopping center off Veterans. Parking can be a pain, but it's not the store's fault that people can't park. I like that this store includes Grocery, which must be a disadvantage for the Publix next door (I say this, and my brother works at that Publix, haha) since people get get all of their items in one place. read more

Convenient location in the shopping area at the corner of Veterans Memorial and Santa Barbara. I'm able to take care of many errands in a short amount of time when I shop here. This Target is bright and clean. It isn't a "Super" Target in that it doesn't have a full large grocery inside but it does have a nice grocery area despite that. I've found it stocks some varieties I like that the Publix next door does not. We have noticed items being out of stock throughout the store. Making a better effort to keep stock on shelves is something they could do to improve this location. read more

Why is it that the Santa Barbara Target has hardly any girl (6x, 7-8) clothes. This location is messy, over crowded with junk. No cute kids clothes at all. Disappointing. read more

It's Target. I'm sure you're familiar.... This Target is clean, bright and the employees go out of their way to help you. During season they do tend to run out of grocery items, but there's a Publix next door if you're in a pinch. read more

How this dump is still open is a mystery to me. I'd pay big bucks to get a better big box retailer in this space that wasn't oblivious to what the public actually want. It's just more of the same old tat found up the road at Wally World only with a red bullseye on it so sheeple think it's worth it to pay a few pennies more. Don't get suckered into the hot mess that's Target. Don't feed the bear!!! read more

This is my favorite Target location in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area, especially because of the courteousness and exceeding helpfulness of employees, time and time again. It's also extremely clean, well-lit, well-stocked and organized, and has an excellent selection of items (albeit not the relatively insane selection of Super Target stores, like the one on Pine Island Rd., also in Cape Coral). This store--like many Targets--has recently been redesigned to include more extensive dry grocery and dairy sections, and has added produce and pre-packaged meat and deli products. It also has a relatively large Starbucks though, too, with lots of merchandise and seating (through true that there's no Target Cafe with other types of food available). Taken together, then, it's pretty similar to many other locations in terms of scope. However, for some reason, I've always found this store to be much more comfortable and welcoming than other area locations. It seems like it's a "store culture" thing--anytime I've needed something and asked, the employees have really impressed me with their willingness not only to help, but to go "above and beyond" in exceeding the already-higher standards I have for Target. For instance, on a trip a couple of weeks ago, I wanted to buy a pair of shoes with a $25 gift card I had. The gift card wasn't working for some reason, but instead of maybe trying a couple of times and saying, "I'm sorry.. do you have another method of payment?" the cashier tried scanning it at least half a dozen times, manually typed in its two codes several times, then when it still wouldn't work, gave me a $5 gift card on the shoes because the card wouldn't work. What?! How nice! I find this time and time again at this store. Overall, I really like coming here and would go out of my way to do so. It's big but not super overwhelming and hard to wrap your head around, like some Super locations. I think if this is your cup of tea, you'd like it, too. :) read more

This is one of the newer, redesigned Target stores. While new is nice, there is really nothing else to set it apart from the rest of the Target stores in the USA or the world. Not to get completely existential, but while walking through this Target, I COULD have been in New York, Alaska, or Utah and would never have known the difference. read more

It does it's job and is what you would expect to find in a town the size of the Cape with a large city next door. It's the first for items to always go clearance and has an ok food section. If you want the huge grocery section and don't want to pay a toll, you'll want the super target on pine island. But, if you are going and are ok with making that second stop next door, this one is a pretty good deal. read more

First of all, I love all things Target, but this specific location has a really friendly staff. I had barely even stepped foot in the store when I was greeted with a cheery hello from one of the employees. Shortly after a girl who was stocking the shelves stopped what she was doing to say hello. After finding more than what I was looking for, the lady who was checking me and my fussy toddler out offered a cute little puppy sticker to my son. Gotta say, the customer service and personality of the employees makes this my favorite target! read more

Target always has whatever I'm looking for. They have come a long way in the past 10 years. This location is very clean and the staff are nice and helpful. They keep a full inventory and carry brands that most stores in the area haven't even heard of. Target also offers great sales! read more

I've been to Walmart, Walgreen's and CVS before choosing Target Pharmacy,. Not only was Walgreen's one of the most expensive, but the Walmart near my home was filled with, sorry, Idiots. They never got the prescription right, and honestly, didn't understand English, most of the time. I went to Target on Santa Barbara Blvd, and I'm so pleased! The pharmacist knows my name now, after a few visits. and the staff is also good. I can Talk to the Ms. Cheryl, the pharmacist, and she always has time and actually cares about my condition and how I'm feeling as a person, not only as a customer. The prices are very close to Walmart so, without the hassle, it's the best place ever! read more

This Target is clean and friendly. It's a little pricier than its competitors but I can ignore that if the quality and customer service is good. My one complaint about this store is its offerings in the women's plus size department. The variety is small and what they do have isn't very trendy. I suggest you offer a few more items in store. You have them available online so I know you can make the clothes. read more

I walked in to buy go pro accessories when I made it to register I noticed box was open so I went back and left it and left the building when I was outside a guy walked up to me and said "I wouldn't do that if I were you" (I was riding a motorcycle and it was raining) I told him oh no I don't ride on rain. He than mentioned that he was talking about the merchandise I had in my pocket. I said "excuse me" I gave him permission to search me and my backpack he denied but he wanted to know where the stuff was I walked in with him and showed him where it was left. He than mentioned about me looking sketchy on camera I told him I'd like to go and see the footage and of course he declined my request. Really like this store. Not a Super Target but they still offer some groceries. Never crowded and super convenient.

Spent over half an hour in this store. Didn't come in for over six months because of bad service last time. In 30+ mins I had not one person offer assistance. In addition, while shopping at the front of the store, an employee dropped cans of carbonated soda on the floor which exploded covering me in soda spray. The employee saw this and wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that my entire back was sprayed with soda ruining my shirt. Instead she turned back around and acted like it didn't happen. She then got on the radio and called up three other employees to help with paper towels. Not one of them came over to me or offered a towel. I had to go over to them and ask for the towel. Absolutely atrocious customer service. With all the bad publicity about this company lately, you would think they would leverage something they "used to be" known for, which was service. If I could give this place a zero I would. Nothing has changed in two years. read more
