    I've been trying to get xfinity internet at my house for two months. It's the only fiber service…read moreavailable in my neighborhood and all my neighbors have it. The challenge is, the line has to go under the road to get to my house. We've had 6 technicians show up to install our service and they all say they can't do it because it has to go under the road. Each time, we call customer service to ensure they know it has to go under the road and they say, not to worry they'll be out xxx day to do the install. On the day, the tech shows up at our door and says he can't do it because it has to go under the road. We tell him the last 5 guys said the same thing and he says, I don't know, they just tell me where to go. So back to customer service and they tell everything is approved, they will be out on xxx day..... and so it continues. Each of these days, I rearrange my schedule to be here for the installation window and it's for nothing. If anybody from xfinity is monitoring these comments, I'd appreciate some assistance.

The installation of the home internet and customer service are terrible!!!! First, the technician did not show up. I received a text advising they were on my property, which they were not. Shortly after I received a text " sorry they missed me " like I was not home. I chatted with Xfinity stating I was home and that the technician never was there. After confirming my address on the appointment, which was correct, they said the technician was involved in a minor accident. Which is it? They were there or involved in an accident? Since we were still in my installation window, I asked that they still respond after the 'minor accident', install tech went to the wrong address, or just said forget it because the service install was on a Saturday. I got switched to four different representatives on the Xfiniti chat having to explain the situation over again to each. Finally, they called. They offered the technician contact info, but when they gave it it was my number. They disconnected and did not call back. I then got notified my ticket had been closed! They did not resolve anything and are totally clueless. I gave the review a 1 because going with a negative score was not an option. I wasted several hours with this company.

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT - DO NOT RECOMMEND…read more We operate an apartment community and manage 96 modems through Comcast/Xfinity. We pay over $3,000 per month ($36,000+ per year) for this service, and yet the level of support we receive is absolutely unacceptable. We recently had an issue with 7 modems that required immediate technical support. We reached out to our account manager and Xfinity support bulk account specialist Arvind, expecting professional assistance given our substantial monthly investment. Instead, what we experienced was nothing short of negligent: 1. Arvind failed to provide any meaningful help or troubleshooting 2. He abruptly CUT THE CALL in the middle of our conversation without explanation or resolution 3. We were left without proper support for critical infrastructure that our residents depend on daily Despite being a bulk account with significant monthly spending, we were treated dismissively. It appears to be nearly impossible to reach the right person at Comcast/Xfinity who can actually help. The support structure is broken - there's no accountability, no escalation path that works, and no urgency given to commercial customers like ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a company receiving $36,000+ annually from our business. We are now actively exploring alternative providers because Comcast's customer service is non-existent for bulk accounts. If you operate a business or apartment community, DO NOT choose Comcast.

Our service has been really good and although our HOA is moving to Hotwire, we have chosen to stay with Xfinity and pay out of pocket. Sorry their service did not work for some but we have not had any issues and my husband needs to have reliable internet to do his job and this works for us.

It was VERY difficult to understand any of their tech support. That is very frustrating. I had to call several times to finally talk to someone who somewhat understood what I was trying to say. Next, the tech who ended up coming to our house today was VERY nice BUT, he was flustered because he had to do a lot of work to make FIOS work again. I don't blame him for being flustered about that though, if the first tech who was here to hook everything up would have done it properly, he wouldn't have had to come out to fix everything - the problem was however, he forgot to hook our bedroom TV cables back up in the attic. I've paid for 2 On Demand movies, HD Movies weren't working so was out that money, now the TV in the bedroom isn't working at all - it's been a couple weeks now that I have had problems, paying a WHOPPING bill with service that's not working and tech service that quite frankly sucks. If I had another choice for cable optic service, I would take it in a heartbeat. I tried taking on Verizon chat to have the tech come back out to the house (he forgot to leave his business card) but they said I could be charged for the visit - because of their mistake!!
