I do not recommend visiting this T-Mobile location. My experience with the customer service there was very disappointing. I had an issue with a charge that was still being applied to my account even after I had already closed my service, and I went to the store looking for help to resolve it. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to get assistance, and in the end, they did not provide a solution. I was told to contact a representative myself, when I expected the staff at the location to guide me or help me through the process. The person who assisted me was not very empathetic and did not seem interested in understanding my situation. I felt a lack of attention, professionalism, and basic human consideration during the interaction. The manager also did not do anything meaningful to help resolve the issue. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for good customer service or support.
