I go in and speak to the representative after looking at things he tells me my bill would be going up because they are not giving $1100 in trade in value for the phones. All trades ins are $730 value. Mind you the day before I had visited a different AT&T store where I was given completely different information and my bill would have dropped almost $60 and that was getting all new phones for my family. I just looked at the rep and left. Called AT&T customer service line where that rep informed me that the store was completely wrong in what they provided to me. Because of this we have decided to complete leave AT&T. Corporate needs to investigate this store for their practices.

I now have permanent damage to the back of my phone and they even asked me to play another $110 dollars to fix it after I had already payed $150. Surprised they wouldn't fix it for free after they blamed their mistakes on me "mishandling" my phone when there was no damage except for the lens. It was the glue and poor repair that caused my phone to break. Not very trustworthy/reliable... if you break the back of your phone just go to Apple to avoid the mistake I made.
