The staff are personable, knowledgeable who respect your time; the store is spotless, non-cluttered and operates with surgical precision. My latest interaction was with Phillip Macdonald [Sales Consultant]. Phillip walked me and my family through what we considered very complicated series of issues prompted by a stolen iPhone. Phillip relieved our anxiety and walked us through the necessary steps to 'replace' the phone, deal with data retrieval and other security issues. Phillip and his team could have simply sold us a new phone, instead he worked through the Verizon system that allowed us to take advantage of Verizon promotions and Verizon Loyalty opportunities. Integrity, honor and character are valued qualities that make one successful -- Phillip possesses these qualities PLUS was a pleasure to interact with [personable with a great since of humor],

I saw a man behind the counter who looked like he was helping 4 different people at once along with changing out a printer cartridge...haha... This man was Judd. I noticed his calm demeanor and patience with people, especially some of the older clients who didn't have a clue on how to work the "SELF SERVE COPY MACHINES" When it was turn to be helped out, he listened to my request and went right to work noticing I didn't ask for 3-prong hole punching for the folders I was going to put them in, so he immediate suggested if he did them, it would save me time and be less stressful for me to do. I thanked him for the advice and did that as well. I did have a coupon so that helped with the price of the copies. The quality was GREAT. And, I loved how easy Judd made this experience for me. He is a great employee...they are lucky to have him! And...I will be back to have him help me with my next presentation for sure!!!

When I said I only wanted one could he please him to swap out only the one that was dead. He said he threw away the batteries so he couldn't do that. Again I only wanted one battery. He refused Then took both fobs batteries out and said he refused service. Gave me both key fobs back empty without batteries. I wouldn't have been able to run my car it's a hybrid without the one FOB that was good. As he said he threw them away. I don't understand why he couldn't have just done one. Why he caused all that commotion. Now I had to call the police to go to the store. Imagine how awful. He finally put my old batteries back in.
