I went into this establishment today and while I was there, the regional manager whose name was "Rafael Irizarry" verbally assaulted my elderly grandmother, and yelled in her face while the other staff sat there and watched. I have filed a report. I would stay away from this establishment, they don't treat their customers well. How embarrassing, Rafael you should be ashamed of yourself. read more

This is a corporate owned store, with a tremendous staff. I have been with Metro for 6 years, starting in New York and carried over to Naples. Anytime I've had a problem all I have to do is call and a staff member has always solved my problem. Jordan is my go to guy and he has the patience and knowledge to work me through. Yes, I'll continue doing business with that store, even though there is a franchise less than a mile from home. It's worth the drive( if need be). Keep up the good work guys read more

The sales person my husband and I spoke to needs to have a class on providing customer service and/or having manners. While my husband was talking to him a guy walks in, cuts infront my husband, then starts a conversation with the sales person in their language. You would think the sales person would put him on hold and handle our situation.... nope he ignores my husband who is standing right next to him and starts talking to guy with no manners. Why have people sign in and wait if you are going to let people cut in and ignore them? We walked out and took our six lines of business elsewhere. Unreal! read more

Everyone has a problem and if you can't deal with, don't. I have been dealing with the people in this store for about six months and I have relied on them for help several times. Each and every time they have been more than helpful and in a very professional manner. I had been with Verizon for years and decided to try Metro's service. It has provided me with the same level of service that I was getting from Verizon on TWO PHONES at half the price. Lee Iaccoa would say, " If you can find a better deal, take it." I only gave four stars because I like to leave room for improvement. read more

I'm on my third phone in a month, after six visits trying to correct a reception problem. I've been given numerous explanations as to why calls are regularly dropped and have now come to the conclusion that I'm being jerked around. The customer service has been okay, some good, some bad but once I checked the internet for comments I found out the real reason for my, and many, many others, problem........the reception in the Naples area is terrible and has been for a long time. I had assumed that, and said so on my last three visits to the store but was given a variety of "other" explanations. In reality, they must know but can't do anything about it. I now have to make most of my calls on Skype at added expense. I would not recommend Metro PCS if you depend on your cell phone. read more
