Very rude staff from the moment I walked into the store. Mission was not accomplished. I will never go back there.

Worst service ever. Checkout people oblivious that people are waiting to checkout while having conversations about their personal lives with folks that have already checked out. I've spent thousands of dollars in that store. I won't ever go back. read more

I walked in to order a specific guitar. The salesman was not particularly helpful or polite. This was a simple sale. I paid extra to have it delivered quickly and stopped by on the day it was expected to see if it arrived. The same salesman lectured me that I should have called, etc. The guitar arrived the next day and a different salesman assisted us. The second guy was great. read more

Went in bought a new fender guitar and new amp. I was asked if I would like the extended warranty. I politely said no thank you. As the salesman continued to press me on why it's best that I do purchase extended warranty. I explained I would prefer not. I gave my reason and he got upset with me and walked away. Been gone for about two years and the attentiveness and professionalism seems to be some poor maybe a little bit more training to how to service customers and not worry so much about Commission if that is in fact how a portion their wage is calculated. Best advice I can give is take care of your employees. They'll take care of the customers and train train train train read more

Went with my Husband to purchase a couple of guitar strings for his guitar. All staff greeted us and was very welcoming, kind and extremely helpful. Michael, Chris and Bobby were all very helpful. So glad to see this place here in Naples and not have to drive all the way to Fort Myers any longer! read more

Michael took care of me ! I took a lot of stuff I had accumulated over the years, I asked if they would buy them! They took time to test everything. They told me how much is was worth and paid me! I was so happy! read more

i bought a vintage pedal online they dropped it in a plastic bag and shipped it when it arrived smashed the young man was worried that I was going to take it out on him right from the start and I hung up and called corporate where they gave me a refund for my purchase but if you put anything in a plastic bag and 2 batteries and no cushion what do you expect I have ordered stuff 15 times in the last six months 5 times it has been the wrong item or a disaster read more

Won't be buying anything from Guitar Center ever again. Spent thousands over the years at this company but the Naples Location did them in. Purchased a Simmons Drum amp a few months ago and it always buzzed, I called the store they said bring it in sounds defective we will swap it out. Brought it back and they said it was over the 45 day limit. Oh well, was planning on buying a new Ludwig Drum Set for my wife's birthday next month and expected to spend at least a couple of thousand and since they are around the corner from our house I would just buy it there, NOT NOW. They lost a lifelong customer because of bad policies and poor customer support. read more

came in to buy a guitar..weird I know. the guitar center employees were great, got us what we wanted, and that part was fine. the really really annoying thing was...the store is a giant metal box Faraday cage. luckily I had the page opened to what we were looking for already. otherwise there was no phone signal and no wifi inside the store. WIFI Inside the store would a great idea. read more

My EBMM JP6 guitar needed a switch (3 way) repair and a standard set-up. Mr. Bobby Proietto, the guitar tech, did a marvelous job taking care of my guitar. He fully restored it to its original state. The tedious custom switch repair, intonation, action, set-up, and tremolo adjustment he did were phenomenal. I was extremely happy with the outcome. The playability and tone was just as fluid as it was when I first purchased my axe 20 years ago from Ernie Ball/Music Man. If you are in the Naples, FL area and in need of precise/quality work for your guitar, please take it to him. You will not regret it! Thanks Bobby. read more

I rarely post reviews but in this case I am compelled to share my experience with Guitar Center in Naples Florida. Over the past few months I have had several guitars set up by Bobby Proietto, the guitar tech. Bobby is someone who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. Each guitar came back in spectacular condition. Both the quality of the finish and the playability were outstanding. He restored an acoustic that had been dropped and the electronics shot back into excellent playing condition. Most recently his excellent set up work allowed me to put a guitar that i had long ago stopped playing back into the rotation. I would highly recommend Guitar Center of Naples and specifically Bobby Proietto to anyone looking for a great guitar tech. read more
