I'm happy to read that I am not the only one who was treated poorly at this particular location. At least it's not personal, but just the way they are. Clearly, they don't need or want our business. I was waiting for a particular watch for a year and was repeatedly told that they can not special order it, that it would ultimately just show up eventually by surprise. Well, imagine my surprise when I easily found the watch that I was looking for elsewhere, I immediately purchased it. Upon returning to Naples, I went into this Bucherer with the new watch on my wrist. My original sales associate who had told me that this can not be special ordered, saw my watch and said: "Oh you got the watch, I had special ordered it for you and it just arrived" Bull crap. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing from start to finish. On my first visit, I spent quite a while in the store before anyone acknowledged or assisted me. When someone finally did, I was shown a few Rolex watches and given a very haphazard explanation of the process for purchasing one. I created a profile and left hoping the experience would improve from there as this was a gift to myself for reaching a professional milestone. About a month later, I returned specifically interested in purchasing a pre-owned Rolex. Once again, I walked around the store for approximately 30-45 minutes and was essentially ignored before someone finally offered to help me. They didn't have the watch I wanted in store, so the associate and I looked through their available inventory online and found one I was interested in. He asked me to send him the link and told me he would locate the watch and have it brought into the store within 2-3 days. A week passed with no communication, so I reached out myself. I was then told he actually couldn't locate that watch and was asked if I wanted him to send me other options. I said absolutely and also sent him another Rolex from their own website that I was interested in. I never received a response. At that point, I took my business elsewhere and purchased a pre-owned Rolex through Bob's Watches. The difference in customer service was night and day. I would highly recommend. I understand Rolex availability can be complicated, but basic communication and customer service should not be--especially when a customer has visited multiple times and is actively trying to make a significant purchase. Being repeatedly ignored in the store and then ignored again during follow-up made it very clear that my business was not a priority. I was skeptical of coming in here because of it being recertified, but a friend of mine that's a real estate broker told me to go in and speak to Grady and he was incredible full of knowledge very well spoken very polite very patient. I gave my preferences and continued to follow up as the party approached. A week before her birthday I got the call that her watch was ready for pickup. After my wife's party my wife and I brought it back in to be sized, and Tess and Clara went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special and enjoy the watch buying experience. As a rolex collector and a long time customer I visited the Bucherer (Rolex purchased this company) at Waterside shops. I was told that the salesperson I have always dealt with had retired. I asked if I had a new advisor and was met with stoney silence and a curt answer. After waiting approximately 10 minutes I was told a new advisor's name. I asked if I could see the person and was met by the manager. The manager explained that there will be no advisor assigned and I need a relationship with Boucherer - not Rolex. This is perplexing as Rolex purchased Boucherer and in fact sells Rolex. I have never met a colder, unfriendly, and seemingly incompetent staff that are led by a manager that is obviously in the wrong position. This isn't about waitlists, this is about treating people like human beings. Stay away from this location and visit literally anywhere else for your Rolex needs. read more

Imagine you'd ask a salesperson for the price of a watch. Instead of an answer this person - a stranger who does not know you at all - would laugh and yell through the store: "This watch costs more than your car!" This is what happened to me and my wife in the Tourneau store at the Waterside Shops in Naples. Here's the entire story: In 2016 I bought a GMT Master II BLNR at the Tourneau store at the Waterside shops in Naples. A year later my watch had a small scratch on the side and the store offered me to polish it out. They polished it so deep that now I had a dent in the case. I did not like that, so I sold it as a used watch and ordered a new one with Shawn, the sales person who sold me my previous GMT Master II. He put me on the waitlist in 2018. I periodically checked in to see if there was a watch for me available. About a year later I came in and I had to learn that Shaw was no longer working there and that my waitlist ended up in the trash bin. No one informed me about that. So Michelle registered me on a new waitlist, that was over 3 years ago. Michelle got pregnant and left the firm. Guess what? Nobody informed me and the waitlist I was on was not passed on to any other sales person. When I accidentally found out I had to start from zero again. This was about 2 years later, so I registered again to be on the list for the GMT Master II. A watch that had been damaged by this very store! Whenever I checked in at the store, there was never a Rolex watch to buy. On May 2nd 2023 I swung by to see if a watch was available and to find out where I was ranking. And guess what - again? Yes, again I was not on any of their waitlists. Almost 5 years of waiting for nothing. For the third time in 5 years they have deleted me from their waitlist. It seems so shady, as if they were dealing just with their buddies. On top of that, the sales person -a tall man - told me in a very arrogant tone that I will NEVER get a Pepsi from them. When I asked why, they told me that they would only sell it to me after I established a purchase history with them of at least 5 new Rolex watches. How - I asked - if you never have any Rolex watches for sale and if you keep deleting me from your waitlists? No answer! So I asked if they had actually a Rolex watch for sale right now. There was one. I asked for the price and this very salesman laughed and yelled: "This costs more than your car" Seriously? This guy saw me for the first time, he has no idea what cars I am driving and he thinks he can prejudge me and talk to me like this? Hours after posting the google review on May 3rd 2023 I was approached by phone by a Gentleman who introduced himself as one of the Tourneau managers. He apologized for my experience and he promised me that I will receive my desired timepieces and that their sales associate Tess will reach out to me and will take good care of me. He asked me to remove the review. In anticipation of being able to purchase my desired watches, I deleted the review. Guess what happened after that: NOTHING! Tess never contacted me, no one from the store ever reached out to me. I was patiently waiting - again - and when I revisited the store 5 months later in October 2023, nobody of the staff remembered any promises to me. In fact nobody remembered me at all. Way to treat a customer! After damaging my watch the least they should have done was selling me a new one. I did not ask for discounts or freebies. Instead they wasted 5 years treating me with arrogance and disrespect. After Tourneau's response Nov. 10 2023: This Tourneau store had 5 years to right their wrongs, it was them who damaged my GMT Master II. But I was not important enough for them. Their sales people don't shy from publicly humiliating customers in the store. They called me on May 3rd 23 promising the world if I would delete my google review - so I did. And after that Tourneau did not care for me again - until 6 months later when I posted my new review. They called me the next day. And I am simply done, fed up with their hypocrisy, their disrespect and arrogance. This store not deserve my business. read more

When the crystal on my watch cracked, I took it here for repair. Their repair center did an excellent job repairing my watch. It looks brand new like the day I bought it. I visited this store twice to try and buy a Cartier tank watch, but both times I received no customer service and the staff did not know the merchandise. The first visit I was ignored by the staff; I was the only customer in the store. The second visit after I finally managed to get the saleswoman to help me, she said they didn't have that watch in stock and walked away to talk with another saleswoman. I looked around on my own and did see the watch in the display case, but no-one would help me and I left. I ended up buying the watch on Cartier's website. Having visited a few locations, to include the flagship Las Vegas location, I can say I felt the staff was more willing to work with me than any other location. Will return as a repeat customer. After striking out inquiring at a few other Rolex stores and feeling like they weren't giving me the time of day, I found Tourneau Waterside on a google search. On my first visit James was very informative with the popularity of Rolex, the rareness of the specific watch I wanted, and the potential wait involved for the watch. He was realistic with me in saying there was not a very likely chance of coming upon one before the wedding but took my information to let me know if anything came up. I would stop in the store for months just to check in knowing they hadn't found anything but was welcomed every time by the whole staff to talk with me right as they were closing. James kept me in mind and called me one day to let me know he somehow was able to get exactly what I wanted. Huge miscommunication with paying for a Rolex watch. They only accept wire transfers or cash. Had this been communicated beforehand, we would have been prepared. We were on a tight time frame to purchase this watch and on the day when we were ready to buy, their policy was was either their terms or none. The manager was very rude, unsympathetic and not apologetic enough for us to pursue the purchase, so we will go to their competition who treated us with dignity and respect. When it came time to purchase the $11,400 watch I wanted they were only willing to give me $11,000 trade-in value on my old watch.
