I am absolutely DELIGHTED to have found this place! This will be my go-to for any jewelry needs…read moregoing forward, top notch work for a very reasonable price! I needed to get my engagement ring and my wedding band soldered together, and I did not want to take them to some big box place that was going to ship them off to God knows where for a month, so I was looking for a local jeweler to do it. He had the project done the next day, so I was without my wedding rings for a very minimal time. Because of the type of stone that I have in my ring, it has to be soldered together with a laser, and I also have a very unique, vintage setting with a custom shaped wedding band that would be extremely obvious if it was misaligned even a tiny bit. The rings are put together so well, it is absolutely seamless! Both rings are aligned perfectly, you cannot even tell that they are soldered together, except the fact that they are very firmly and securely one piece. He was also kind enough to alter the ring holder necklace that I have, bending it just a little bit at the top so that my rings lay flat when I put them on the necklace

One jeweler though did fill the crack in with something, not sure what it was, but it actually made the ring look worse! Kathy and Robert, the owners suggested that they would find a stone I believe in Miami, they sent me pictures of several stones and I picked out the one I liked. The end result was spectacular!! This meant so very much to me because it was my late mother's ring. I wear it everyday now and I always get compliments on it!!! Also, their selection of jewelry in the store is breathtaking and they are the most kindest people I have ever met in the jewelry profession!!! With Christmas just around the corner I wanted to make sure to write this review but anytime you visit their store you will always be pleased!!!! Jo-Ann Larson

Having plans Saturday night and wanting to wear my new watch I called at least a dozen places looking for a link, I even went to Bucherer at Waterside Shops and struck out there despite them being an AD. Just when i thought it might be over i sat in my car and Googled and this time because of my location Statement Jewelers came up. I called and Brandon asked me exactly what watch i had and proceeded to look and got back on the phone and said yes i have one come by were here till 3. I went and I couldn't have been more impressed with his facility and how well it presents, how down to earth he is and how he's just laid back friendly and sociable with everyone including myself like we've met before. Not only did he sell me an authentic link and install it but just for the hell of it i asked him if he would authenticate my watch and he did, including obviously opening it to authenticate the movement. Brandon made my day, actually my weekend and whole week since i was able to start wearing my watch immediately and not have to find a link online and wait to receive it. I wish his shop came up when i was looking to by my watch because i would have absolutely checked to see if he could get me what i was looking for. I will be checking with Brandon when i need something else as well as referring others to him. 10/10 recommend Statement Jewelers.
