One item in particular needed service. Kenny said repair was becoming costly and I should select a new piece. I had to catch a flight and did not have time to shop. I was shown two items. I quickly selected one. The new item was significantly lighter with less gold and diamonds than the one I left there. My local northeast jeweler estimated the new item to be worth $3000 less than the item I had returned.
