1.9 carat e cut emerald diamond custom made ring with white gold.

Walked into diamond district with an idea and with the help of Jason and Todd , and Robert the design specialist. We picked out the most gorgeous diamond I've ever seen and transformed it into a one of a kind ring. I'm very happy with my ring I'm going to share but pictures don't do it justice. I wanted the style of the new Tiffany male engagement rings and I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks Robert !

About a year ago I was interested in purchasing a diamond & also needed a Platinum ring sized down. Rather than call old sources & deal with mailing, shipping etc I decided to establish a relationship with a local business. With over 40 years in high end fine jewelry manufacturing on a national level & recently relocating to SW Fla, I was familiar with most of the retailers here. From previous dealings & experiences with 2 other businesses (1 featuring Pre Owned Rolexes,) & the other a satellite store from a Naples home, I was quoted in the $150 -175 range to size down a platiunum band a 1/4 size. I ignored the "Rolex" store based on previous dealings knowing their PricePoint over Quality priorities. When visiting Diamond district they did a quality sizing (on premises) for $90.00 ! Soon after I was interested in purchasing a diamond in the 1 -1.50 ct range. I had a clear idea of what I liked as far as color, cut , etc from experience & followed up with Shane on getting some stones, knowing diamonds are not marked up anywhere near what the public assumes. I wasn't interested in calling old sources & dealing with the shipping costs & times & wanted to have a local jeweler I could trust & relate to, & after seeing their available inventory & quotes, they were as good if not better than I would have gotten. They've gone above & beyond taking care of other things too. If you're in the market for quality jewelery or stones (including better designers) at fair prices visit Diamond District & check them out. You'll be treated well. I worked with Shane, but honestly all the staff there couldn't be more pleasant & helpful with the level of service & attention you deserve . Kudos to the "Brothers" for a great experience !!

I came in one day in October after work to buy a diamond ring for myself (I recently got engaged, and while my fiance and I are somewhat non-traditional, I wanted to celebrate this and many other wonderful things that have recently transpired in my life). I'd done a lot of research and talked to a lot of people about where to go, and all signs pointed here. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Warren, who began by finding out what I was looking for and helping me to narrow down my choices. He was highly knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about and experienced with fine jewelry, but also completely unassuming; some jewelers seem to be quite stuffy, but I didn't get this impression at all from either him or the store as a whole. He really got to know me, and in the course of conversation, it came up that none of the employees work on commission, so I knew his interest in helping me was genuine. He guided me to a ForeverMark diamond, which I learned were often significantly less expensive than traditional diamonds, AND of much higher quality (less than 1% of the world's diamonds have enough quality to qualify, and the store is the only in SWFL to carry them). They're also sourced ethically and from a branch of DeBeers that promotes the advancement of women, both of which are very important factors to me. Warren had a printout, from which he found three stones that fit what I wanted. I ended up choosing a 1.52-carat radiant-cut diamond (for the same price of another brand, it would've been almost 40% more for lesser quality, plus raising ethical questions about its sourcing). They have literally hundreds of bands to choose from from a wide variety of brands; I also found exactly what I had in mind in this regard. The initial fitting was a tiny bit too big, but they have a goldsmith in-house who was able to adjust it for the next day. Financing was a breeze; 0% interest for two years. Although I have excellent credit, I got the impression they'll work to get you the best deal possible. I also learned that they'll clean your ring for free at any time, and upon registering on the ForeverMark website, I got a free cleansing kit in the mail. (Diamonds can also be cleaned with isopropbyl alcohol.) In sum, I would strongly recommend Diamond District to anyone. If you have any other questions, please feel free to message me--I'll be happy to give you any other details about my experiences.

Great work! So happy at the look of my new center stone!

My husband & I had been talking about upgrading my engagement ring stone for our 20 yr wedding anniversary for quite some time, so we decided to stop in to see what their quality & pricing was like. We have a favorite jeweler in NC where we're from & had no intention of buying that day as we had just started looking - & we even let our sales associate, Song, know that up front. She was very understanding but still took the time to find out what we were looking for, our budget, etc so she could help us decide determine the type of stone we wanted & set a budget accordingly. While Song was getting the stones from the vault, I wandered around the store & another associate offered to clean my 3 ct anniversary band (made by our NC jeweler 10 years ago). There was a wide variety of rings, earrings, necklaces, etc. ranging from tasteful smaller, budget friendly pieces to what I call "you need a body guard to wear that out" budget busting pieces (but given the proximity to Naples, not surprising). Song returned with several stones in a variety of sizes, colors, & quality. After looking at several princess cuts, we found a beautiful 1.44 ct princess cut diamond. My husband is an engineer so spontaneous is definitely not in his makeup - rather he needs to research, price compare & analyze. So when he said - "it's beautiful, let's get it" I nearly fell out of my chair! There was no pressure, no sales pitch, etc - had there been we would have left because I can't stand that approach. In less than 7 days I had my new ring & my original stone mounted as a pendant. When I picked it up I thanked Song & she was excited as I was about how it turned out! Once set, the diamond looked much larger than when we hovered it over the ring; it totally changed the appearance of my rings! We feel confident that we got a beautiful diamond at a reasonable price! Thank you Song & the staff at Diamond District for a wonderful experience!

BEWARE - My 45-Year-Old Heirloom Ring Was Swapped I am…read morewriting this to warn others after a devastating experience at this establishment. On July 22, I brought my solid gold ring--which I have owned and worn for 45 years--to be appraised. I dealt directly with the manager, Mark. At the time of drop-off, I was told they could not take a picture of my ring. When I returned on September 3 to pick it up, the ring I was given was not mine. It was a "nugget" style ring with six small diamonds, whereas my original ring was a solid band that had never been sized. The ring they handed back to me clearly shows sizing marks on the back, something my original ring never had because it always fit perfectly. I spoke with the owner, Bill Skidmore, who insisted the nugget ring was mine, offering no resolution or accountability. I also noticed that when I picked up the ring, Mark took back my original drop-off slip and replaced it with a new one. I have since taken the "new" ring to the Diamond District, where it was confirmed to be a completely different style from what I originally owned. This ring was intended for my daughter and held 45 years of sentimental value. I am heartbroken and feel completely deceived. Please think twice before leaving your precious items here for "service."
