Recently when selling some jewelery, we had the ring looked at by a fifth ave. jeweler, and he stated that Bigham's was a good offer...which begs the question! what transpired 3yrs ago in that backroom at Bigham. I lived in Sedona for a couple years, place that's littered with crystal shops. And even comparing to AZ, the prices here are very decent and are fair. So no need to smoke crack or do heroin. Any storefront like that doesn't normally carry 20 carat diamonds in the cases and keep them there. If you're looking for fine jewelry and you want the best I would recommend this place. I am a super stickler for diamonds and I recommend it. The staff do what's necessary to make you a happy camper if they can. I've already eyeballed a pair of earrings that I'm afraid to ask what it cost, but I will then I'll mail it, but I'm already doing something very lofty for me. It's not a usual purchase.
