I've probably spent over 24 hours on the phone with these clowns trying to get my internet/cable TV to work over the last couple of months. Customer Service and chat sends you to the New England phone number. The account in question is in FL. They can't fix the equipment because they don't carry the special router on their trucks. They make appointments at the wrong addresses. They don't show up for scheduled appointments. They won't show up until you pay for the amount of time the service is out. read more

This place is a nightmare. I arrived at 8 am to return my Xfinity equipment, because I have cancelled my service with them (because of horrible customer service). After hurricane Ian hit both our home and our rental I quickly brought back the equipment and paused my account as both were uninhabitable. Upon completion of our condo, I reactivated my account & I drove the 25minutes to this location. Since you can't schedule an appointment, we checked in to wait. We were told it would be an hour wait, we stepped out for 30 minutes and returned to be told they called our name and we're put back on the bottom of the list.... I am currently at an RV resort in Naples and went to the store to pick up my needed equipment. I was told that I would need to pay $100 in order to have a technician come to my site and turn on the system. I could not receive equipment without payment. I called the resort and was told this was ridiculous as they had an account and my site was already hooked up. The store manager refused to speak with the resort while I had them on the phone. He was extremely rude to both me and the resort. It took the resort calling the company's 800 number where they set up an account for me and told me to give the manager my account number and pick up the equipment and leave. After another 10 minutes of waiting and arguing he finally gave me what i needed. Before leaving (and I was being as polite as possible with him although feeling quite upset inside) I said that "I think you owe me an apology". He said that he doesn't apologize. Wow. By the way a technician did not need to come out to turn on the system. Works just fine! Makes me wonder who's pocket the $100 would have gone into. read more

I was helped by Cindy who went above and beyond to help me with my moving process. I had a modem that didn't work in my new apartment and she helped me even after I left the store Via text to make sure I got my WiFi up and running. The manager in the xfinity store in Naples is rude and entitled. Longtime paying customers should not expect to have a pleasurable experience at the Naples Florida store on Tamiami. Comcast/Infinity Naples insisted we had to re-cable our condo by a third party electrical contractor to fix a weak signal. After considerable expense we still don't have a reliable signal. Comcast and electrician say "not my problem".....thanks Comcast for making me pay for your incompetence. read more

The Xfinity store service was great. However, when you can not set up your internet, the first thing you do is call customer service... well, I called 8 times in the last 15 minutes. Every time my call is forwarded to an agent, the call ends before I get to tal to someone. If you can get another provider, save yourself a headache and choose one different than Xfinity. read more

The technician arrived on time, so they got better than a one star. My Internet and cable have been out for 2 1/2 days, because they couldn't get anyone out here in a timely manner. In addition, they send automated calls to try and get me to cancel the appointment today three times a day. I got another three calls on the morning of the appointment trying get me to cancel. Went to this store on two consecutive days and had professional, personable and prompt help. They were quite busy both days but the agents took the time to answer my questions and get the internet hookup/account setup necessary for my stay in Naples. I am surprised at the reviews as they might make customers to think twice about visiting this store. I would recommend highly. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their payment kiosk did not accept my account number. When I asked, I was told 'well that is your number, but not for making a payment.'. Then the kiosk does not give change. It's just applied as extra credit towards your future bill. So I had to leave and come back with bills as close as possible to my total. The staff in there all had a very bad attitude. I would love to leave Comcast. They are the pits. read more

Comcast deserves -5. Service is even worse than ISP reliability. After wasting 6 hours trying to troubleshoot connectivity but no ISP over 2 days, and wasting over an hour with multiple resets they set up a technician call 4 days later because of their faulty equipment. Just don't do business with them-their up-charge for small business service is a complete was and despite being out of service for over a week refuse to credit the account for time out of service or discontinue their contract despite their breach of agreement. FTC complaint is next. Will be moving completely away from Comcast ASAP-in my humble opinion Comcast is the worst company ever to provide service and completely untrustworthy. read more

Today I have one of the worst experience as a customer. I called Friday night to request service as my internet, television and phone service were not working. When I called, the next service available was on Monday January 11th from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Although was not fast enough, I could not complain. Today, January 11th, at 11:00am I called as there was no indication that I was going to receive the service requested and to my surprised they tell me that they don't know what happened but the service was never scheduled. The worst part is that I asked the customer representative whether my call was documented and the answer was yes. Then, I asked for a solution and the easy answer was that the next available service was on next Wednesday January 13th from 10:00am to 12:00pm. I told the person that the solution was not acceptable as she was treating me as a new service call today and not as a service call on Friday. At this point I Has spent 36 minutes in the telephone trying to solve the problem. I asked to talk to a Supervisor and the customer service representative told me that I would have to wait as the Supervisor was in a call. Twenty minutes after, YES, 20 minutes after, they hang the phone without providing me the opportunity to talk to a Supervisor. So, clearly, this is a company that promotes that they want to improve the customer satisfaction when you are asking for service, but their actions are WELL BELLOW expectation and totally unacceptable. read more

Comcast is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The bills came to me in NY for 7 years & all of a sudden they started sending them to our condo in FL. We weren't there & they turned the service off & we had a tenant there. Every time you call, it takes at least 20 minutes to get a live person & then they cut you off - I think intentionally! You can't understand what the person is saying & when you ask for a supervisor, a supervisor won't get on the phone. After 2.5 hours (4 calls) on New Year's Day & my husbands birthday (& we had company) & 3 waying our tenant in, I gave the tenants name & phone # & told them to call her to schedule an appt. since the cable & internet weren't working (but the phone was?) & they called me! The same person that I had spoken to twice w/ the tenant on the line, the same woman that read the tenants phone # back to us! So I tell her to call the tenant as I don't know her schedule & they never did. The next day the tenant asks me to call again & they have no record of any of the calls the day before or the tenants name or phone #! What a joke. I think they delete the info so they can't get in trouble for not taking care of your issues! I'm looking for another provider in Naples, FL. I really don't need the phone since everyone has cell phones, but I need internet & cable. Any suggestions??? read more
