Terrible service. He came to my house and left my TV worse than it was, and when he left my house, he hit my car on the rear side. Then he ran off without saying anything. I was lucky enough that my neighbor saw him hitting my car and let us know right away. He came back and convinced us not to call the insurance because he was already paying for another accident. After almost a month already we still have a broken TV, and he has decided now that he is not paying for damaging my car. Now, LG, Geico, and a lawyer are handling the situation. BEWARE: The owner of this business is dishonest and untrustworthy. I brought my TV in for repair, he required a $75 Deposit (why ? I have No clue since he has my $2k TV) which I Venmo him. He says it will cost $200 to fix. OK. When I go to pick it up all of a sudden it now costs over $300, And, more importantly he now claims he never received the $75 Venmo Deposit (which I absolutely have proof of) ! He now holds my TV hostage until I pay the $300 - not taking the Deposit into account ! So I paid it (since going to court to get my TV back was too expensive and time consuming). BEWARE of this con artist...he is a crook! He came to our house last Friday to look at our Sony tv that was not working. He charged $95 for a 10 min service call & demanded a $100 deposit for a part. On Tuesday he left a voicemail saying the part is on backorder for up to 6 mo. When we said we need the deposit back he starting trying to negotiate starting at $50 then he said $75. When we said that we need the entire $100 back he hung up on us. We drove to his business on Taylor Rd. in Naples to find out he was no longer there & is now working at his house! We tracked him down & went to his house! He was shocked to see us! He gave us a check for the deposit. This is a shady man. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!! We are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau next..His rating should be an F!!!!!! and just found he is not rated with the BBB!!!!! read more

I called because my 55 inch Samsung TV had Darkness on 1/3 of screen. He took it to his shop, and replaced an LED lamp. I picked it up, and the next day same thing happened on the other side. Took it back, he replaced that one. Got it home no sound, took it back, he forgot to hook up the sound. Three trips $275.00 later. Here it is 6months later 1/3 of my TV is dark again. read more

Luis did a warranty repair on our 65" LG OLED TV. Needed a new panel. He brought the new panel by, it was defective. He ordered a new panel and this 2nd replacement panel fixed the problem. He came by twice, always called and was prompt and courteous. read more

I would not recommend nor use this repair service. We had a Samsung warranty and he told us we would have to bring our 70 inch TV to his shop because Samsung doesn't pay enough for warranty repairs. How is this my problem? He was obnoxious and totally unprofessional. He obviously did not want the business. I began having problems with my three year old lg tv not connecting to the internet. I contacted lg and they set up an appt. for Express Video to do a warranty repair. Luis Perez, the manager, came out the very next day. He took the thing apart, replaced a cable which was apparently a manufacturing defect and put it all back together in less than 30 minutes. Then when it was fully functioning again, he took the time to show me some great shortcuts that I never heard of! Whether bits a warranty repair or not, I'll be contacting Express! read more

We had a screen (panel) failure in a Samsung 65" TV purchased from Costco. Or calling Costco concierge service, Express video was the service provider assigned to handle my repair. Luis called me to assess the problem with my TV, had me take a photo of my panel and the problem area, ordered the right part, contacted me as soon as it arrived, and installed the new panel within 30 minutes of notifying me that the part had been delivered to him. Luis was exceptionally competent and efficient. His work was fast and flawless. I'd recommend Express Video and Luis Perez for anyone in need of TV service. read more

As others have stated, Beware! Extremely unprofessional. For a company in the business of handling TVs - flat screen LED and LCD, to name two - one might think cloth gloves would be standard operating equipment issued to all employees. NOT. My LED was returned to me with greasy finger prints up one side and down the other. I spent $90.00 per a home pick-up / drop off charge (checks or cash only) and upon the employee helping me re-hang the TV, became insulted at my offering him an extra $20.00 for the 15 minutes of assistance. He insisted his time was worth - at a minimum- twice that amount. Talk about a shakedown. Overall, really sub par customer relations & service. read more

Excellent service from Luis in repairing our 55" OLED TV. Ironically, the cable line was hit with lightning and it blew out the master board. Luis picked it up in a timely fashion to provide an insurance quote. He then returned it as we thought we could do the repair ourselves. When we could not receive the master board for a month, from the supplier, so Luis then picked it up again and repaired it. He was extremely professional and more than courteous. While in Naples for the 4th of July holiday, our cable company came out on a service call. The cable guy broke the main board on our Samsung TV while trying to resolve our cable problem. Our TV was out of warranty, but Samsung gave us the number for local service provider Express Video TV Sound. Within 90 minutes of our initial phone call to Express Video, the manager Luis came out to assess our situation. This was late afternoon on the 3rd of July. Luis ordered a Samsung part, had it express shipped, and he repaired our TV when the part was delivered on the 5th of July. He was happy to help us late on a Friday afternoon. Luis was very knowledgeable and patient through the whole process, and we will call him again if we need TV repair. read more

My mother-in-law, who doesn't live in Florida full time, sent her brand new Samsung TV here to be fixed under warranty. Then we had a death in the family and she had to leave town. As a result she wasn't able to pick up the TV for several months. These guys gladly stored the TV for the duration and did not charge her extra for storage. TV came back working great! Paid for a deposit up front and close to 300 on top of that to have a sharp tv have the smart board replaced so I could use Netflix and YouTube TV. The smart functions still do not work (although they work fine in every other tv in the house) and express video did not offer to refund any of the repair funds. I can't even sell it after putting over 300 into it. read more

In regard to customer service, as well as repair of the TV, I could not be happier with, and highly recommend Express!!! My 65" LG OLED TV, only 6 months old, suddenly started having strange issues with the picture. I called LG; it determined that the TV needed to be seen by a local technician. Express is the ONLY LG-authorized service center, and I am glad that it is! I called on a Saturday morning and, even though it was closed, Luis answered the phone, had me send photos of the issue and diagnosed the problem!!! Sadly, on Monday, LG insisted that the TV be taken to the shop for additional diagnostics, so he made arrangements to come all the way down to Marco Island just to pick up the TV. Sure enough, the problem was exactly what Luis originally thought it was; however, LG was out of the parts, with no ETA in sight. Luis kept me apprised throughout and, when he learned that there was no parts availability, called me and suggested that I contact LG directly, which I did. LG confirm that the parts were not available and actually opened a ticket to either replace or refund the purchase price of my TV. Eventually, the parts came in stock and my TV was repaired. Luis then made arrangements to drive back down to Marco Island to deliver the TV. All in all, I was without my TV for four weeks - solely the fault of LG being out of parts. So though I may never buy another LG TV, I would certainly contact Express with any audio/visual video issues. read more

This business is a joke the owner/service technician has no idea what he is doing. I left my television there for 3 weeks I picked it up and still the same problem when I dropped it off. Second he did not replace the television with the manufacture screws he took out.so when I took the television to a repair company that knew what they were doing they gave me a hard time fixing my TV under warranty because this gentlemen put in screws not provided by the manufacture.
