We've removed the laptop from our house because we're scared of it blowing up Also, for any skeptics, we treat our possessions like laptops very well and do not throw them around, etc. We use this laptop around the house for things like email, movies, taxes

I followed up the first time at the beginning of January and they did tell me that they were waiting for parts. Called again on January 12, 15 and 20th and left messages asking for a status update and a return call. They never called me back. Today is January 24 and I went to pick it up. No repairs have been made and when I requested it be returned to me they said they could send it out today. I'm not sure why they didn't send it out earlier. I understand if you're busy and if you're waiting on parts, but a simple update would've been appropriate. I'll take it somewhere else. Would not recommend.
