The bottom panel is no longer attached to the laptop because of how much the battery has exploded/expanded. I followed up the first time at the beginning of January and they did tell me that they were waiting for parts. Called again on January 12, 15 and 20th and left messages asking for a status update and a return call. They never called me back. Today is January 24 and I went to pick it up. No repairs have been made and when I requested it be returned to me they said they could send it out today. I'm not sure why they didn't send it out earlier. I understand if you're busy and if you're waiting on parts, but a simple update would've been appropriate. I'll take it somewhere else. Would not recommend.

On my receipt it states the battery is under warranty until 1/04/2027 !!! I was lectured by this smartass kid that the battery needed to be above 10 Volts for them to warranty it.... Jake Kirchen and Bryan Peacock went out of their way and got both batteries installed while I was there. The heat out side was unbearable and these guys put in the hard work and got it done.
