I bought a very expensive $213.58 Duracell Motorcycle Battery last January 4 2025. Today October 18 2025 the battery is dead and has been on a Battery Tender... So I pulled the battery and took it back to the store at 1811 Tamiami Trail Naples, and was told by a smart Mouthed Kid that the Battery was not under warranty!!!! On my receipt it states the battery is under warranty until 1/04/2027 !!! I was lectured by this smartass kid that the battery needed to be above 10 Volts for them to warranty it.... If the Battery is BAD it should not be my issue !! I have bought MANY Batteries from them before, BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!! Customer service is a thing of the past !!!! read more

VERY HONEST EMPLOYEE Stopped in here last Sunday. A gentlemen helped us find some bulbs we needed for our night lights. It's a small, tidy location across from the Cheesecake Factory that doesn't have a lot of traffic. It's situated in a sketchy plaza, but it's a good store and I'm glad we went in. I'm really happy with the very honest in-store recommendations we got esp for strip-lights. Everything he said was true about them I wish I took his advice lol! Batteries Schmatteries Nice clean store. Staff was friendly. I was told that this store has every battery you could ever need... Lies! ...Not true! I came here to find a cordless Black and Decker drill battery. They didn't have one, but they did offer to rebuild the current battery for the cost approaching the cost of a new drill and battery. I ended up finding a few new ones with free shipping on line. This is good to know when certain models become obsolete. read more

I always like to give positive feed back when it is deserved. I have been going to that store for 5 or 6 years. They have always been helpful and able to answer all my questions. Was able to get same day service, all parts in stock ...make an appointment on line and receive a coupon for $&& off ...pricing was reasonable The bad: ...store is HOT! I don't know if their AC was broken or what - but hot hot hot! ....service, although competent, was slow. Slooooow. Don't go in if you are in a hurry. The ugly: ...staff is not friendly. I came here last week with 4 watches that had dead batteries. I called sears and one of their associates recommended me to batteries+ LOL! I called ahead and asked for their rate and they told me, "$15 per watch with a lifetime warranty." When I arrived I handed over my watches to an associate. He made sure that none of my watches were over $300, because they are not able to work with watches over that amount (that was my understanding). In about 15 minutes they were able to replace my batteries and write out some warranty cards for me! I paid a total of $65, and as long as I show those warranty cards I will get free battery replacements for LIFE! I don't know about you, but bargains like this is what I live for! read more

I went into this store to purchase sets of 2 different lightbulbs. Entered store and gave old bulbs to associate who went out on the floor and retrieved replacement bulbs for me. When I got home tried one set of bulbs which did not fit lamp. Tried to bring back and different guy there with a beard was very rude saying package is open so he wouldn't take it back. I said it was the other employee's fault for getting the wrong item off the floor for me when I provided him with the old bulb so I would get the right replacement. I asked to speak with the manager, and was waiting for him to get there while this employee was laughing at me with another employee. I asked what was so funny, and employee then began screaming at me, and cursing at me telling me to get out. It's like he had major anger issues and was taking out his anger on a senior citizen. They're pretty good. The initial purchase is higher than I'm use to but that should straighten out the next time I need watch batteries. The trick is to not use the little card they give you for each watch battery they replace. read more

This company does not honor their warrantees. I recommend Sams or Costco. I had jet ski battery that should have been covered and they simply refused. Very deceptive business practices and do not honor warrantees; people in the stores are nice but clueless and simply say it's not covered. Do yourself a favor and get your batteries some place else. read more

If you need your phone fixed, come here. I had to replace my iPhone screen, they charge me $130, where anywhere else ask for $150 to $199.

It turns out that they damaged my phone's microphone while fiddling with the screen replacement. Just a trainwreck with these guys.

I was searching for a very specific battery for an old film camera.. And I was very excited that they had it in stock!! I also got my watch battery replaced and installed for $15. Went into batteries plus today on 10/9/17 at about 5:00 pm to get a battery for my boat live well and was quickly greeted by two young guys working there they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable what a great experience somebody needs to give those two employees a raise! they went above and beyond to help me find the battery I needed i will definitely do business again! These guys were terrific! My IPhone wouldn't hold a charge, so I went to the Verizon store, as they're my carrier. Immediately the tech told me the battery could NOT be replaced and that I'd need a new phone for $500! I was bright enough to walk out and head to Batteries Plus. Mark and Dylan replaced my battery with a brand new, charged battery for $60 within two hours while I continued my errands! Thanks, guys! Good to know someone out there has my back! read more

I went to the store in Bonita Springs to have my IPhone screen replaced. Three days later my phone was getting hot and not responding to touch. After a couple weeks I took it back to them and they said it was a coincidence. It must be some sort of IPhone update or defect. They didn't even look at the phone. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

Went in to buy a samsung galaxy 3 phone battery. Walked out with a $36 rayovac which did not help (phone would not hold a charge). Still did not help. Returned for new battery under 14 day warranty. They gave me a new one...same problem so I assumed by that time it must be the phone. Sent phone to samsung and they put in a samsung battery. Finally after returning the phone twice...losing all my contacts...thought it might be the charger chord. Due to the 14 day exchange policy they would not refund$36. Samsung merely changed the battery to s $9.00 samsung battery. Batteries plus refused to my money. 14 days was up and I was out of time and out of luck. Who needs to deal with businesses like this? Not me...never again will I set foot in one of these again. Crappy return policy with no desire to make the situation right...selling $9 parts for $36. How do you spellRRipoff?
