Do not trust this store or manager Juan Gonzalez, as this is not an authorized Verizon store and has no official business plaque which every business is required to have. This is a Verizon RESALE store do not be fooled. These people will not help you and the manager is shady and will steal your devices. Part fixed in 15 min while I waited. Charged $30, causing me to question why I was originally quoted $150. Seemed a little shady to me (employee hinted at feeling the same way of the other employee).
