If I could put 1 star I would...hubby and I joined Verizon and CS rep told us to any Verizon store to trade in our phones with the Black Friday iPad phone and Apple Watch. Went to store and store manager took our phones, wasn't supposed to. Sent in my iPhone but stole my husbands Android and lied about it. Escalated this to regional manager and was promised a call back, never got one. Because he stole the phone, pocketed it, I lost my promo that Verizon would pay off my previous carrier bill. Do not trust this store or manager Juan Gonzalez, as this is not an authorized Verizon store and has no official business plaque which every business is required to have. This is a Verizon RESALE store do not be fooled. These people will not help you and the manager is shady and will steal your devices. Juan, if you see this, know you screwed my husband and I over and will see you in court. read more

If the store offers you a promotion you better look at it twice and really understand what you're getting into. These sales people sell nothing but loss leaders. They say that they will pay off your old phones in order to bring your business to them. Well guess what you don't get that payoff anytime soon or maybe never. They also tacked on a lot of unnecessary items to your bill without you even knowing it and you're thinking it's part of the promotion. Really understand what you're getting into before you sign up with these people/Verizon a lot of loss leaders. I am now left with an $800 bill and I can only hope that I will get the money/gift card eventually that I was promised to pay off my old AT&T bill. I would give zero stars if I could, unorganized and dishonest staff. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. They stole my phone I traded in and said I never turned it in, I tried to get the police involved but I need proof of receipt which they told me I could not get in store and that it would be sent via email but that never happened. They have done nothing to rectify the issue. I have exhausted all avenues and currently waiting for police report to be sent. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Attention! Future Verizon customer. Do not make the mistake of opening an account with Verizon. Check out other companies that might treat and respect you better. I have been a Verizon customer for 10 years and what happened yesterday was a total nightmare. I will definitely be replacing my phones and will never return to this company in the future. I arrived around 7:50 p.m. to this store because Verizon customer service on the phone was unable to help me resolve the issue I was having with my phone. As soon as I walked in the door, the employee who was in this store at the time told me in Spanish, "Sorry, we are closed!" He had two women sitting with him in the store who were not customers. He seemed like family. I explained my situation and his response was, "We only sell, we don't take care of Verizon issues." I said, "Where do you have a sign here that says it's a sales-only store?" He then walked me through the door and showed me a small sign they have there. He told me if I wasn't satisfied with the service and wanted to close my account, this wasn't the place. I responded in English, "That's not what I'm explaining to you, sir." I came for help with my account because I'd been to this store before and had been treated well. He told me I needed to go to another one and slammed the door in my face. He was rude, impolite, and I was shocked that he would treat a customer this way. I'm a nurse, and I'd like to know how you would feel if you arrived at the hospital and received the same treatment I did. It's totally unacceptable. Now I know this store is a Verizon franchise. Now I know I won't stay with Verizon. I never write reviews on Google, but I think other people should know about my experience. I live in the Golden Gate State, and the service is poor. I will tell my friends and family about my experience, and if you're reading this, don't make the mistake of using this company or sellers who use Verizon advertising, because this is what you'll get from them. read more

If I could give them zero stars. I would. I bought a " brand new" iPhone 12 mini from them. The employee tried to sell me on a deal/promotion that. Come to find out was no longer available. Sat in the store for hours on end. Multiple times to fix the issue, the manager never helped. My so called new phone was actually refurbished, that's why the battery was dying quickly. Came in once again to get a replacement 12 mini and yet again the replacement was also a refurbished phone sold as a " new" this people are crooks. I recently upgraded my phone, my husband got a free phone. While I was talking to my representative another guy came over offering all these deals. Add another line to your phone get a better price. Well, low and behold I get my bill and there's an extra line. Total of 4 lines and 2 phones. These two guy lied to me and rammed the deal. I'm angry We've been with Verizon for years. I fell ripped off. Not to mention the 100's of spam calls I am receiving daily on those extra lines. I called and asked them to remove them and there has been no response from that store. EPIC FAILURE! I went back to the store and the matter has been resolved. Waiting to see what my bill will be next month. I was told that k have to pay the double activation fees and them they will give me a credit. We'll see. read more

I came to this store to up grade my watch. Although everything seemed fine. A few days later my account was hacked. My husband and I have been Verizon customers for years and never had this issue. We've learned our lesson to only deal with corporate stores as we've never had issues with them. My husband had to change all passwords to everything since whoever hacked the account has been trying to get into bank accounts and everything else. I bought a new 12 Pro at the store and my sales men was Ron. Everything looks fine in the beginning till the next day I saw that my next bill was from $90.00 to $200.00 Also on my paper work there was another paper work from another customer attached I went back the. next day but Ron had off so I ask someone else to help me ,he only took a short look and says I have to talk to Ron ,I told him about the paper work he took that without comment Next day Ron was there but busy with customer ,he ask me to come back later I told him that I don't want to drive around all the time ,so he said he will call me we can do that over the phone. I wrote down my name and phone number needless to say he never called. So I went to another store they were very nice it turns out Ron added insurance even if I told him twice I don't want insurance. Do not use this store period. Two weeks ago, walked in, 2nd in line. other people walked in and were helped prior to us, they stated these people were there before which only had my wife and I wait for almost an hour. By the time we were helped, we were told that the phone we wanted for our upgrade, iphone 14 pro max, had to be ordered. Went ahead and ordered as they said it would be about 10 days and that they would call us to set an appointment up. my wife tracked the order on our Verizon account and our phones had come in on Monday, 6 Nov 22. On 12 Nov 22, we decided to stop in, as no one ever called us. We arrived at 2:15 pm, of course we had to wait as other customers were being helped. Finally was asked how we could be helped and this gentleman went to the back and came back and said yes, they had the phones, NO ONE EVER CALLED, yet they had been in for 6 days. This store has 2 agents working, it's slow, disorganized, and in my opinion has no professionalism. In their defense, they try to multitask and help multiple people at a time only to cause more waiting. The agent transferred data from our old phones to the new ones after he downloaded an app on our phones and the charges us, I believe, $35 per phone. This is ridiculous, for downloading an app and pressing a button. The charges and fees that these companies are charging are downright wrong, they are nothing but thieves, in my opinion. Finally, at 4:16, left and will never go back. Needs more staff, training, and customer service overall. Didnt even have a bag so we could put our chargers, cords , cases, and screen protectors in. read more

Have visited the store on multiple occasions and always say we're never going back. Rude and certainly not helpful. Made the mistake of going in on a Sunday this week because our data plan was up. We're greeted with hostile looks. Refused to let us have a copy of our bill. Said they were not there to help us with the bill that we had contact customer service. Absolutely no cooperation and just an incredibly hostile environment. Under no circumstances would I recommend that anyone go in there. There is a corporate office near downtown Naples on Tamiami and they are very helpful here. That's because they are CORPORATE! read more

I had a meeting this morning with store manager and had my questions answered and issues resolved. She was very straight forward and professional. Be very careful when you purchase a phone from this company. They twist the truth and make up the real cost and benefits. They tell you things are free (you later find monthly service fees) and when you directly confront the sales staff they denied the truth. When you receive your bill it will be different from what they told you directly. Again be VERY CAREFUL in dealing with this Non Corporate Dealership. This store was one of the greatest stores I've ever come across. I had an upgrade available on my account and I was anxious for a powerful device to use everyday, but I didn't know which one was the right choice for me and my needs. The consultant that was working with me was Gabe. He was very knowledgeable about pretty much all of the devices, and after asking and analyzing what kind of things I'd use my phone for, and what my hobbies and interests were, he suggested the galaxy s5 for me. He took very good care of us. Was friendly and professional and took his time with us explaining everything in full detail. A week ago I decided to drop AT&T as my carrier and go with Verizon. It was my great fortune to walk into the Collier Blvd., Verizon. It was a Sunday and the only person working was a lady by the name of Ashley. Purchased a new phone and signed up with Verizon. Ashley was busy that day with customers coming in with all sorts of question.I was impressed with how she was able to multitask and give all of her customers equal time so that the questions were answered.
