When I entered the store I saw two different agents, one with what looked like a trainee. Both agents were engaged with a client. Neither offered the curtesy of acknowledging my presence and/or indicating they could help me once they were done with their current client. I waited for the first agent to conclude his transaction with his customer. The customer left the store and the agent again ignored my presence. He began a conversation with the trainee. I could not determine if it was business related or personal in nature since I am not fluent in the language they used to communicate. I remained standing there for a couple of minutes before leaving the store. Only as I was exiting the open door did one of them reach out. It was too late. T Mobile customer service is no better than the AT&T service I am trying to distance myself from. Just a heads up if you are shopping for a new phone carrier.

I finally got around to updating my old iPhone 6. For a late Christmas gift. It was no longer…read moresupported with updates. And the digitizer was starting to ghost type and buffer the taps. I ended up wanting a new phone with the biggest memory. The sales Momo helped by ordering a phone and it came 4 days later initially they ordered a 13. But I really wanted the 13 pro max they were able to return the old and order the right phone. With Michael Anthony helping to activate it a week later. I've had a few problems initially because with the new phone some how wasn't compatible with my old plan I was told by a good friend who manages store in Milwaukee do not switch my plan no matter what they say. It took about 3 different specialists to review my plan and eventually my persistence paid off. I spent 5 hours on one of the employees personal phone since my phone was being worked on and adjusted. My phone did work for a 3 months then all of a sudden on a Saturday I lost the data side of the plan while my phone still worked. I came back and the staff put me in touch with another account person that explained they will fix it today it required getting an updated plan so I was able to find a plan very similar to the one I had that. The first bill came and I found out that I couldn't get into my account so Mike helped me regain a new password and adjusted things to work greatly. They try their best to fix phone issues but sometimes things are out of there hands. For example our area I have only two towers that are not very close so I'm stuck with no signal in a galvaluminum roof. Unless the phone is at the windows may get 1 bar. At the moment I'm happy with all the services that this location has to offer. It's rarely under staffed with brief waits less than 2 customers long. We chose two different models. Mrs. K wanted the phone with the best camera and a bigger screen. She chose the 16 Pro Max. I wanted a new phone, and the camera was not important to me. I shoot my pictures, which are important to me, with a DSLR. So, I chose the 16 with 256K of memory. I can instantly transfer my photos from the camera to the phone. Wow, I got that out of the way. The store is short-staffed, but we lucked out and were greeted by Victor, who helped us get the right phone model and the accessories we wanted and needed. The phones were not in stock but were ordered and delivered to the house. Victor gave us his phone number so we could set up an appointment to activate the phones. Victor failed to call us back twice. When he gave us his number, I was doubtful he would answer or call us back. Just too busy. So, we dropped into the store, and another associate put us together and spent the proper amount of time telling us what to do. Pricing is fair, service is good, not having the phones in stock was a bummer. Victor told us it would be 21 days before we recieved out phones. One came the next day the other came the following day. I am guessing it's corporate to overstate how long it will take to get the phones. Then, they exceed your expectations.
