So my wife and I walked into the store with almost no one being served and the employees on the phone and not even acting like they care about the customers. definatly a location you can automate because the employees serve no real purpose. I spent over $4000 on phones and I pick up two of them Iphone 16 pro max at the LOGAN LANDING STORE, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!. We were syncronising the phones and unfoutunately couldn't leave the trade ins at the Logan store and had to go to business center. No one shared how to get on the wi-fi to complete anything. I am now home and I will get a box to mail them. Someone needs to take a good look at the proficency and productivity in that store. i will never go in there again even for a free phone! read more

I had a problem with my AT&T account. I called the 800 number and was told they could variety my account and that I had to go to a local store with my drivers license. I went to one store and they spent 30 minutes trying to fix the problem with no success. I when you this store and the issue was fixed in 5 minutes. They were very professional and friendly. I will only be going here from now on when I have AT&T issues. read more

Holy crap this was the worst experience I've ever had at a wireless store. Only 2 associates in the store and they weren't doing anything. One was eating. There were at least 6 people waiting. I waited for over an hour and a half to be serviced. Never again read more

Worst service ever!! The store WASN'T even busy, and I was not greeted, which a "hello" or "I'll be with you in a second" can go a really long way!! I can understand if they were slammed and I wasn't greeted right away, but there is absolutely no reason not to be greeted when I walk into the store. I was going to buy myself a new iPhone, but walked out and decided to take my business somewhere else. Those people at the store are not going to get my business/ commission. This was a terrible experience. Terrible and trust me when I mean this, terrible manager named Angie. This manager has no intention of helping customers out and has no empathy for people. I came in with a situation that could have been resolved but they did not investigate or care to help me in any capacity. I never believed people when they write these negative reviews. Believe me Angie is not a good person and you will not feel good leaving this AT&T. Go to the one ten minutes north and you will have a better experience with people that genuinely care. I will be calling corporate on Angie making sure they know who is representing their company. read more

Purchased a phone as a Christmas present for my son away at college and made very clear it did not need to be activated. After waiting Lily had issues with her iPad and had to go to her manager to ask questions about what she needed to do. She then says "oops, the system crashed and synced his SIM card with the new phone... sorry, sign here and pay". I refused, asked her to cancel the transaction and start over. She said she needed to call customer service and asked if I wanted her to correct it or if I wanted to call customer service. I said she needed to fix it. She disappears in the back for 5 minutes, comes back and says all set. I pay and sign and walk out. A few hours later I get a text from my son saying his phone no longer works and all his information is gone. Lily lied and got me out the door, earned her commission... then I had to spend an yet another hour on the phone with ATT customer service fixing her mess and my son found out about his surprise Christmas present. So disappointed. Go to the ATT on Pine Ridge and 41. Truly horrible experience. read more

Unpleasant, unprofessional service. They added my money to a wrong account. I spent 2 hours on the phone with AT&T to learn that only the store can cure the issue. Drove back there (30 min) and was told right away, it can only be solved over the phone. Called back AT&T where a supervisor tried to call the store, but no answer as expected, so she finally agreed to solve the issue over the phone. I wasted a total of 6 hours of my day because a rude dumb ass guy at the store could not copy a number from an ipad to a computer, and then refused to correct his mistake! I hope google allows minus stars one day. -5!!! read more
