This place is a Metro PCS authorized dealer. I purchased a phone from them. At first the…read morerepresentative said they didn't take credit cards. I said that was crazy. I was going to leave and I asked another salesperson. That person said they do take credit cards to purchase phones, but not to pay the bill. The next day I realized I forgot to ask about importing my contacts from my phone. I looked through my paperwork to try and find their phone number, but could not find it. I checked the Metro PCS website, the number on the website was out of service. I went back to the store and questioned them about why the phone number did not work. Tatiana was very rude. She said they changed the number when a new owner took over. I asked why it wasn't on the receipt. She had me try to look it up on Metro411 and it wasn't there either. I asked for a little help with the phone and and said she could not help me because she did not have that phone. While I was talking to her she would help other customers pay their bill. All she wanted to do was charge me $10 to import my contacts. If I decided to import my contacts I would not have them do it. After I went home I figured out how to import my contacts using Bluetooth from my old phone. This place has rude employees and does not value their customers. Buy your phone somewhere else.

Experienced ok coverage out and about but got virtually NO service in my own home. After 2 months of missed calls and having to go outside to make a call I cancelled and signed up with another carrier...only to find out Cricket locked my new phone for 6 months and refused to unlock it. Both customer service and district manager face to face meeting went nowhere. Pathetic business practice and misleading approach.
