(Because I just replaced one.) He didn't say much. Came back 5mins later said he replaced both but did not test. When I said I only wanted one could he please him to swap out only the one that was dead. He said he threw away the batteries so he couldn't do that. Again I only wanted one battery. He refused Then took both fobs batteries out and said he refused service. Gave me both key fobs back empty without batteries. I wouldn't have been able to run my car it's a hybrid without the one FOB that was good. As he said he threw them away. I don't understand why he couldn't have just done one. Why he caused all that commotion. Now I had to call the police to go to the store. Imagine how awful. He finally put my old batteries back in.

Drove to…read moreinterstate battery and almost died at a light just sitting for it to turn green to go and turn and the interstate battery build was literally a minute away down on the right. Had to go back and forth at the light to keep battery charged until light turned green so I could go. Thank God I made it! They hooked me up said it looks like it's the battery but said if he unplugs it and the vehicle shuts off it's my alternator. I was praying to God as he disconnected the machine he was using and it stayed on thank you thank you thank you God. So had to get a battery, so I bought one they installed it for $30 bucks extra, I could've done it myself but I didn't want to drive off and crap happens down the road. I didn't have my tools so I just said go ahead and I'll pay. I asked the guy at the front desk about a warranty he said there's a 36 Month Replacement Warranty on the battery since I bought a new Interstate battery. The tech said anything below 12.6 charge is no good. He was very quick with the installation. He did a great job. I was very pleased about these guys and their professionalism. They are great.

Purchased a new Duracell 30LA battery for my 2017 Harley Davidson Road Glide on 1/23/2024. On…read more10/15/2025 I returned it because it no longer had the cranking amps under load to properly start the bike. This particular battery carries a 2 YEAR FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. I have purchased many of these same batteries in the past for my Harleys over the years and never had a problem until now. Chad, the guy at the counter load tested my fully charged battery and it tested at 13.1 volt and under load it tested at 313 cranking amps. This is a 400 cca rated battery. That's 87 cranking amps short of rated capacity. At that point Chad refused to honor the replacement warranty further stating that loss in capacity needed to be greater than 20%. I'm not really sure where Chad got his math education but 20% loss is still 320 amps and mine tested 313 amps. That's not enough to start a Harley Big Twin so essentially I now I have a $219 completely worthless battery that is ironically still under warranty. Apparently you don't get what you pay for at Batteries Plus anymore. Kind of odd that their website is filled with glowing reviews yet there is no provision for customers to leave reviews. Beware!

Danny is a honest, straightforward, intelligent, thoughtful, and compassionate, and understanding owner who happens to be an excellent technician and mechanic and in a world where time labor and parts can add up quickly he is an absolutely indispensable resource. He was able to diagnose and gain access to the trunk of my Bentley, which Five other mechanics were not even able to come close to doing. Anyone familiar with these automobiles knows that there are certain situations when you run up against what seems like an impossible situation. To put a bluntly Danny worked a bit of a miracle and was able to access the trunk and diagnose what was going on with the vehicle. He then gave me a clear estimate of other problems and with no pressure proceeded to help with the disassembly of some components that needed repair. Anyone in the southwest Florida region needing a mechanic who specializes in foreign exotic European automobiles should first take a look at exclusive European and give Danny a call. You'd be surprised At How good he is!
