We are ARBNB renters on the Island. Storm came through the night before. Power outage not related to power company and was out of power for more than 12 hrs. Packed up as they were going to move us, this green van shows up. 2 girls very angry with out power, water and A/C. This technician showed so much confidence that power would be on shortly. As he was removing panels and talking to us at the same time make us laugh and minimizing our long waited power. He said this did that, looked at Generator, switched this, opened some panel, moved this and turned breaker on. Then said your good. Went inside and just like that everything on. Your power is on and someone would be out to look at some box to generator in the next few days. This is long I know but our experience with Gerald was fantastic. Condee has helped me twice in the past few months. Their technician, Josh, saved me $3000 when I asked for a second opinion on a job. (The first company had recommended repairs that were not needed.) And then just yesterday my AC quit. I called the company and Josh was here within 3 hours to get it up and running again. I wish I could give zero stars. I set up an appointment for a routine maintenance on my AC unit months ago. I was told that they could not give me an exact time for when the technician would come out; I was told to wait at home from nine to one. I got a call after 3 PM stating to call back so they could send a technician out. I called back less than 30 minutes later, and they said the technician had already moved on. They said they always call first before sending someone. I expected someone to be at my door during the designated time frame. I got nowhere talking to two different receptionists, and they would not send anyone else out. Stay away from this company if you value your time. read more

They dropped the ball on my repair for my rental property my property manager recommended them he setup the appointment the repairman wouldn't come out because there weren't tenants at the time so we had to wait a few days finally the guy shows up says he needs a second opinion by his supervisor that took even longer maybe another day or two finally after the property manager calling and calling they tell him its the compressor they email me a contract through docusign I signed it same day thinking the sooner I sign it the faster it gets done but Nooo three days later I ask property manager for status he doesn't know he calls they say I have to ok the charges!? At this point I am just dumbfounded by their actions we're having to tell renters the AC is currently not working but it will in a couple days. I figured they'd of ordered the compressor already but no apparently a contract means nothing to these people they'd rather have a verbal. SMH It took almost a week to order then another half week to get it installed. Just yesterday I was talking with my property manager if they were done he said yeah did you get an invoice or receipt he said no. What kind of garbage is this Condee? I emailed Nikki asking if they were done if so where is my invoice but no response. Buyer beware I can NOT recommend this company they've caused more frustration than being of any help. Oh yeah and apparently they dont have anyone working the office on weekends so good luck with any emergencies. read more

I have been having a problem with Condee not understanding product liability. They installed a defective product knowing it was defective as stated in a lawsuit underway at the time of the installation. The product had to be replaced. The manufacturer supplied a new product , no charge. I was told that the installation would be $600. and they would try to have the manufacturer pay most of that. Instead I received a bill for almost $800. I have requested an itemized bill several times but they won't send it. I could not recommend this company. Their ethics are questionable. I hope Morgan and Morgan take a serious look at this. I will complain to the attorney general's office and report it to the better business bureau. read more

What a rip off. Asked to check for leaks. First they wanted me to fill with freon which had enough levels and then after filling up for over $400 of freon they told me that leak can't be fixed. Ended up buying new A/C with someone else. Get the Vaseline ready when you call them for service. Disgrace read more

We are new to the area and I located Condeee online. They did an initial service in May and we had an AC issue in July. I paid for the after hours service and a few days later was contacted by Condee that they wanted to refund that fee since they recently serviced the unit. That speaks volumes for the type of company culture they have. read more

This is a topnotch company. They have been here since the early days of Deltona (an interesting history on their website, by the way). When you call them up and make an appointment, they come on time. They do what they say they are going to do. They know what they are talking about, and during the actual work, you routinely get at least one supervisor stopping in to check and see how the job is going.The work is neat, the workers are courteous and professional. Condee seems to be priced a little higher, but in my experience on this island, you do get what you pay for, and Condee is one stop shopping. They have installed a split system a/c in my garage and are going to install a whole-house generator, and upgraded some return ducts in my home. They also service my central a/c unit. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are shysters. I had to pool heat so they came out, inspected the unit, and said there was nothing wrong with it. The gentleman asked me if I wanted him to tighten up some wires. I said if you think that will fix the pool heat go ahead. Again....He said no there's nothing wrong with your unit but I'll tighten the wires anyway. So they charge me over $200 and the guy left saying that the heat was working. It was not. I called them back a few days later and said that the heat is still not working can you please come back out?. They said they wanted to create an entirely new call ticket and would have to charge me again because there was nothing wrong with the unit the first time....then they said that I told the guy to tighten the wires. Which I did not. He offered as I was not home and this was a phone conversation. So they wanted to charge me again to come out to figure out why the pool heater wasn't working when they said there was nothing wrong with it. Obviously there is something wrong with it and they're trying to charge me multiple times to diagnose the problem. Unprofessional. And unethical. Steer clear of these people because there are plenty of reputable pool service companies nearby! read more

I am in a condo down on Marco, the AC went out on us on Saturday night. We struggled for Sunday and Monday when the owner got Condee to look at it. The unit was shot, they said they would be back at 8:30 Tuesday morning. The shop called us first to tell us they were on the way, nice touch. Two gentlemen showed up and went right to work. It was a pleasure to watch this team work, each knew what to do and it was almost fluid in motion. They removed and installed the new unit in about two or so hours. Very professional, cleaned up everything and left. I am not from this area but I was very impressed with this company. read more

They quoted $3000+ for a project that I had another vendor perform for $495. System is working fine ever since. I cant trust them.

There were two men, who arrived promptly and were professional. They did a very good job. The issue was one of the electricians was obviously very experienced, while the other one was "new" - as it seemed this person was in training. They took all day. We heard the instructions all day to the new electrician - "now install this screw"; "now do this....."....etc. When the bill came due at the end...it was $660 for the experienced electrician and $429 for the "in-training electrician". This did not seem right, as we were paying for someone to be trained. We called Condee and were basically told that we could take our business somewhere else next time. We were stunned. The person at Condee was rude and unkind on the phone to us. We just moved to Marco, and Condee was highly recommended to us...never in a million years did we expect to be to be treated so rudely and unprofessionally by the management at Condee. We were trying to reach a reasonable solution to this issue with Condee, and they were plain out rude. We called back later to find out who we had spoken to so that we made sure we discussed this issue with the right person. We connected with someone else, who said they would look into, but alas, we have never heard a things. Too bad, in so many ways. read more

They were contracted by my home watch service to look at my A/C. The system is 16 years old and ready for replacement. Tech goes by and determines its worn out, but decides to do 400 dollars of work to patch it. Never calls and asks or gives advice. We are not even in town. Replacement is what we needed. So when I finally get the report about it being worn out I ask for a quote, they never respond . Call them to find out 1. What the bill is and 2. How much a new one would cost. The folks have no idea what I am inquiring about. Ask them to investigate and phone me back. Days go by with no call. Contracted someone else to replace system. One month latter I get a bill from Condee for patch job. Contacted them to see why they never gave quote. Got a huge lecture about how they would never take advantage of a customer and they are a family business. Was told they provided a estimate on repair and quote for new system but they can't tell me who they sent it to. Long story, go elsewhere for A/C work. They are all talk and no action. Paid original bill and wrote it off to experience. read more
