They just helped with an issue with our overflow piping that was cypining our pool water out of the pool. Kim is great at fitting us in for emergencies and great to work with. Wally is a great tech! He knows how to find leaks and knew right away what was going on with the cypin issue with the overflow. He fixed it and recommended some small fixes to the system that makes it easier to know that the overflow is working. Pricing is very fair. They are a great team and I totally count on them and recommend them!

We chose Finishings by Theodore. Since we'd never done anything like this before we were totally ignorant of the process, the products & the time frame. Ted answered all questions and gave us more information bc when you don't know, then you don't know the questions to ask! From the initial visit, the estimate through the resurfacing process, Finishings by Theodore was great. He met us at the pool supply company to pick out tile & some culping stone. We loaded up with samples to find the right products/colors. Calls/texts were answered promptly. The workers were awesome & it was obvious they'd done this a time or two. Our pool had more than just the one area of concern! So many areas were addressed in the process. We have a salt pool & we discovered that the 'curing process' for the resurfaced pool varies greatly from a chlorine pool. Ted has made the process easy & has worked with our regular pool company via calls & texts. We couldn't be happier with the end result.
