Dunrite has good subcontractors but the owners are the worst I have ever dealt with. Extremely poor…read moreor non existent communication. When I asked for more proactive communication the response I got was "I don't know what kind of proactive updates you need. We are building a pool. Just like the thousands we have done in the past." With the amount of money you pay for a pool you should never feel like you are an imposition calling the company you hired. When digging our pool they bent a few pieces if our fence bc they piled dirt they were digging on it. We calmly let them know and the response was "where do you expect them to put the dirt". No accountability at all. We would cringe each time we had to reach out because we would get a short condescending response back. We always felt like we were rushed and bothering them. Within a few months the buttons on our salt system do not work when you push them. We asked Dunrite to come out and look at it and they responded "You will need to call the warranty company to service it. Their phone number is 239-481-9500." This was after my husband saw a member of their company and asked him about it. He didn't even attempt to look at it after husband spoke to him 3 houses down from us. I am beyond disappointed in their service and would never recommend them to anyone. Overall we ended up happy with our pool. If you do decide to go with them just know their service is very bad and you will constantly be stressed due to their attitude and lack of communication.

Dun Rite is more like 'Done Wrong' - Like the other reviewer mentioned, at first very nice but once…read morethey have your deposit then it's like Dr. Jekill and Mr. Hyde....when going through the process of building we were taken aback by the rudeness and additional money charged but we stayed quiet and took it like a good customer. Once finally finished we were happy with the pool, however, 3 years into the pool being completed the entire diamond brite is now coming off the walls and has to be replaced. It started with a hole and now everything come off the inner walls. I initially called and they passed by and said it must have been bad pool service but after speaking to many pool experts they all tell me it was a badly done construction job bc this should not happen after 3 years. I was told by Dun Rite 'we will work with you' and that we sent you a quote via email (not true). After calling numerous times and emailing I am now being ghosted. I have yet to receive anything to see how we can remedy this poor pool job. Sad that these folks are the way they are but sooner or later bad service catches up with you. Never again!

However, when come to the office manager, it is a different story. First of all, I got hold back fund by the mortgage company and need to have the pool equipment repaired. The office manager issued an invoice and greatly over stated that the pool must be closed until a missing screw of the main drain replaced and her company does not do this type of work. Why she issues a statement for things that her company does not do and nobody asked for? Secondly, she supposes to educate and explain to customers what is going on rather than throwing some harsh words to them. This is the first and I hope I never have to deal with her again and would not recommend this company to anyone.
